My daughter purchased a washer and dryer and a week later they deliver it and the dryer had Hugh dents all over it so she of course refused it cuz who wants to pay $800 for it!! Then they say they can’t deliver a new one for a week! Can’t pick it up either! No discount offered for the hassle either!!! She would of been way better off going to lows! This is so unacceptable and horrible customer service and the date they are delivering it is her due date to have her baby! I would of gave them no stars if I could!! So if your going to have appliances delivered from Home Depot you should beware!! It’s B.S.

Unfortunately for a gorgeous woman who approached me, she expressed that she wasnt helped by staff locating a bracket and would have rather gone to ACE Hardware as theyre more helpful. I should have asked for her #, but the parking lot was too big and I missed my chance to follow up.

Is a typical HD. The lockers are great if those online orders will fit. The scan code isnt on the app yet making necessary to access the ready email to get it. Scan it, locker opens and done.

Some products are minimal in choices. Other products have lots of choices. Kind of hit and miss finding what you want. Other Home Depot stores have experts around the aisles to help. Not this store. Found out why. They are bunched up near the registers talking and blocking access to self check outs. But they sure dont offer help when you need it. Poor.

This is the first time Ive ever been to this Home Depot location. The customer service help here was incredible. They had exactly what I wanted and I was directing exactly where to find it thank you very much for your customer service I really appreciate it.

Just called there asking for a water based all natural wood sealer. And the women in the paint area was kinda rude. First off she said I dont know. Then she said Im the only one here. To which I asked her ok. Does that mean your not going to help me? So she says Im looking it up right now. This lady really needs to work on her customer service skills.

Came into Home Depot today to purchase a water heater. Found a young man to help. He went and got a cart, put the water heater in the middle of it upright and walked off. Silly me, I assumed he was going to pull the cart up to the front but instead he left that to my 77 year old husband. Who then had to lift the water heater (with my help) into the car. We saw so many people who were working (standing around) but no one stepped forward. Such a disappointment.

This was the perfect solution for everything I needed while installing my artificial turf. First off, I didnt get my turf from here. However, I did get weed barrier, 10nails/ spikes, leveling sand, retaining wall bricks, hand tamper and I even rented a 48 vibrating plate compactor. The best part was that they helped me load and unload the compactor as it is a two man job. Renting was simple and cheap. My rental was for a full 24 hour period. I plan on doing more and am actually happy that the rental process is so easy. The longest part of the transaction is the drive.

The customer service lady was amazing and I was able to do a special order. The electrical person told me he cannot help with anything they do not carry in stock and pointed to customer service.

Good place to shop theyre really kid friendly get my daughter a little toy to play with while my wife and I were shopping for home goods.

Love going here. Look up what you want online before going and you can see exactly where it is in the store. They have many self checkouts open so you almost never have to wait in line. Staff is typically helpful. I also love the free projects they give out for the kids at the beginning of the month!

Almost every single employee is standing around talking with another employee. Terrible customer service. I asked for help and still waited for a very long time. A lot of employees would look at me but never ask if they could help or get someone to help.

This Lodi location is so nice. Its clean and well organized, and (at least at 8pm on a Tuesday) it is not crowded. There are actually employees around to help you! One guy helped me in plumbing for about 20 minutes, and was very kind and knowledgeable.

I came to the Home Depot in lodi just to buy a snow can spray. I couldn’t find it anywhere until I came across a young man whose name was Sergio from electrical. He was very helpful he called someone else to make sure it was in the right aisle because he wasn’t sure neither he took me all the way to where to snow can spray was it and even out in my car and asked how many I needed!! Now those are the type of people you want to keep working for you!! Very nice young man

I like to wander thru stores trying to figure out the layout for myself. This was a challenge. I looked thru garden dept. for ideas on additional items for our yard. Plants, a new watering tool, quik connect fittings and a new spout for our bath tub. I was al over the place. But, with assistance I got it all. Good selection. I enjoyed the trip.

Went in to buy a $2000 lawn tractor. The web site said free delivery. The manager said he had to charge $80 for delivery. Free delivery if only ordered online and delivered from the warehouse. Wherever that is. Beware.

Stuff was easy to find, but alot of lanes are blocked off and carts are just left in random spots and nobody cares enough to move them.

We can usually find what were looking for at Home Depot. Unfortunately, Ive noticed that the younger staff need more customer service training. When a customer asked for assistance looking for something, the answer shouldnt be, I dont know. It should be, I dont know, but let me ask so I know for the next time.

This store is clean and has great customer service. My family and I were looking to rent a vacuum cleaner and the gentlemen who helped us in the rentals department (I think his name was Karl according to the receipt) was very professional, friendly and helpful. He helped me find all the items I needed. I highly recommend this store!

Honestly, my experiences at Home Depot have been hot and miss. But tonight, went in for a quick pick up replacement thermostat. Sharon at this location helped me to locate the exact item I was looking for, explained to me about the legitimate price difference and offered me a discount as a customer courtesy. Felt very supported and taken care of considering it was a last errand of a long day. Very good customer service at this location.

A huge shout out to the customer service desk here! I’m from Sacramento but when a covid-scarce small duramax shed popped up in Lodi I rented a trailer and made the drive. The Customer service desk was proactive, called to mention some damage to the outer box, and preemptively checked the contents before I made the drive down. They called on the morning of arrival, and helped me load it in the car. That and I think their covid prep was better than what I’ve seen in other HDs... great job HD Lodi!

This store is a lot more pleasant than the Stockton stores. Store and parking lot is cleaner. Also dont have to worry about people breaking into vehicles as much.

Went in to buy a range. No one in the applance section helped us,(there was an employee, but he acknowledged us but then disappeared). The range we wanted to buy had no price(see photo). Waited for a good while, no one came so we left and went to Lowes.

Home depot is the worst store hands down for customer service, all the employees are to busy chatting with one another to know theres even customers around. I have called with questions at least 50 times and not one single time did anyone answer the phone. I only shop there if I absolutely have to.

I absolutely love the Lodi Home Depot. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and go out of their way to help you find hard to locate items. Their prices are fair and competitive and the return policy is great.

Always extremely helpful when I go in! Makes it so much easier whenever I am in a rush.

We asked for a price check, the worker said she not from that dept . She will call someone to help us and we waited and waited. so many employees walked pass us and talking to one another and still nothing. We acknowledge them that we needed help, still nothing. Very bad customer service!

Can never find an available lumber cart. Everything is being used for on-line orders or go backs. Even the employees say this is a problem. Left without what I needed because I couldnt find a cart to put it on.Knowledgeable employees are almost as scarce as the lumber carts.

Always out of fence pickets hello on all other number and they give you no answer to win new shipments come in and dont want to move the pallets so you can get to what you need

My husband and I went to the Home Depot to get some drywall for our garage. The manager was a humongous help since we are new to this! He got a machine to get down sheets of drywall off of shelves that were too high. Then he checked this cart and was able to find several sheets that we needed and he gave us a great discount because they had some minor cosmetic issues. Oh, and we brought our puppy and everyone was so sweet and kind to him! Fantastic trip to the Depot!!

This review is specifically to thank Bryce in the lumber section for his courtesy, friendliness and professionalism. I came in on Saturday, August 24 to buy some wood to make a lemonade stand for my kids. I don’t have a table saw so I needed an associate to cut some wood panels for me in-store. When I have made that request in the past the associate who helped me was reluctant to do it and made it seem like a major imposition, but not Bryce. He was cheerful and seemed happy to help, and didn’t make me feel at all as though I was burdening him. I appreciated his help, but also appreciated his attitude. It was clear to me he cared about customer service, and I wanted to recognize him for it.

I can usually find the items need here. If they dont have the brand I am looking for, they have another brand. I also order online and have it delivered to the store. I have no problems when I pick the item up. The customer service is good and helpful.

Went in to buy a sprinkler valve easy to find employees were very helpful and garden center is entrance is open now. Grab carts from inside the store because they sanitize them inside.

Ines are pretty long on the weekend.

I like coming to this location over others even though it’s a little smaller and doesn’t have everything. It’s just a nicer area and more pleasant experience than some other HD locations. I’ve been here enough now that I generally know when I need to go to a different store, but have walked around for 20 minutes trying to find stuff only to realize that I need to go to the Stockton location. Costco is right across the street, so that works well when I need to go to both locations.

Wow, what a bunch of nuts that work and deliver/install for Home Depot. I went to the Lodi store and wanted to buy a Dishwasher for $648.00 and after all was said and done with delivery and install the bill was $1,004.52. Delivery was free, install was &99.00, haul the old machine away was $15.00, if I was having them install it I had to pay $19.99 for an install kit, O, and lets not forget this is an electrical appliance so it needs to have an electrical cord, $9.99 and then we bought the 5 year protection pal for $160.00.So Wednesday comes for delivery and the truck pulls up and two men get out, not from Home Depot, and they walk in and tell me they cannot install the dishwasher as there is no air vent... confused I call my husband, cause the old machine works great and we have not had any problem with air gap venting... Nope cant install.So they leave the new machine and dont take the old one... as per me.. Fast forward to todayMy husband is installing the machine, he get the directions out and low ans behold, they are two ways you can vent the dishwasher....and most of you know this, right?You can vent to the sink or you can vent to the garbage disposal. Duh, ours was to the disposal.Stupid people that arent trained properly and try to make everything your fault. My husband rocks

Poor customer service!!! My boss spends 500. To 6,000 dollars. 4 to 6 times a week. They have been rude. If you call in an order to have it pulled it has never been ready. Im not talking about just one home depot, sadly its been all of them. Im waiting now for a will call order i called for at 6am. An its now 1pm an they havent pulled it. So im leaving with out my materials again an will not be able to finish a contract on time again. Horrible Service.
