It is the first time I have had bad service in this cafe, I dont know if they changed the staff, but they made me wait for hours when my order was ready and they delivered me a frappuccino in very bad condition. Very Bad Service this time 😤😑. They do not deserve a star as the staff very bad attitude.

Plenty of the condiments and sweetners were not available. Hot teas and refresher drinks are very limited. Check ahead of time before going.

Again, I am rarely disappointed with any Starbucks i go to. The only thing different is depending on who makes the drink is how it will taste. If you dont like it or its wrong they will make you a new one and let you keep the wrong one. So hey! One for now and one for later or for a friend!

I am currently very disappointed with Starbucks Corporation, I dont want to get into it here.However, I am very happy with the service provided by the individuals at this Starbucks! Travis, Ethan, Mitchell, Mikah and others (cant remember all their names), are phenomenal people that genuinely care about their regulars! Personal notes on my wifes brownie bag and coffee lid can really make a tough day better. I once heard, its the little things, meaning its the little things that matter. Well, this store cares about the little things! Thank you Travis for the notes of encouragement, the mean the world!

Closed early, no sign in drive thru, cars backed up before we had to finally put up a sign.

Really nice starbucks not the biggest location in the world but it does the job. The staff was nice and friendly and provided good timely service. Convenience drive thru was really nice. Pretty fast and the coffee was really good. This is a good location for if you are staying at the wine and roses hotel. I went here every morning for coffee as it is always worth it to have good fresh coffee in the morning.

If you love coffee is definitely a good place to go. But Im one of the people that dont go to Starbucks I get coffee. I like to go to Starbucks to get a drink called Captain Crunch its not make what used to be but its still delicious also just a chip it taste better with almond milk.

I am fully supportive of any measures taken to protect workers and customers.If this is the new normal managing customer expectations can save a lot of frustration. Frustration that tends to get directed at the workers.You have to pick up mobile orders at the drive-thru. If you want to pick up from the store, without idling your car in line, you need to order at the store.A sign outside, directing us to the drive-thru, would have saved our time and the baristas time.Just a suggestion.Thank you for my delicious mocha.

Extremely slow service but employees are super nice and welcoming.

I waited in line for about 15 minutes before i could order. Once i got oit of the car the cupholder ripped in half dropping 2 of my 3 drinks on the ground.

I came in to get a tall blonde Americano. They didnt have their espresso machine working today. They wanted to accommodate me, so they made me a comparable beverage for the same price. Very accommodating store. The staff are great.

The parking here is atrocious. Its a typical Starbucks. They have em at every corner and all are pretty much the same. I tend to do my coffee business at home.

Great experience at Starbucks. There was quite a long line but it was moving fast thats enough for me to get my coffee before work.

Starbucks does have a corporate image/vibe to all their locations. But, as Ive been let down by many locations in the past, the Kettleman Lane is one of my favs - consistently good customer service and drinks are money - every time. Nice store, among the best Ive visited.

Ive been here several times over the years. My only complaint is that the seating is kind of stagnant. They could mix it up a little. Everything is what youd expect at a Starbucks though, so its good if you like Starbucks.

This is the worst Starbucks in town. Dont get me wrong some of the employees ar3 very sweet but for the most part its a bad experience every time. 90% of the time Ive gotten a coffee 3/4 full or less.

I order a delicious ribbon Carmel crunch Frappuccino.

Atmosphere here is somewhat lacking, but always get good service at this location. Orders are accurate, theres always indoor and outdoor seating available (not too crowded), bathrooms are clean and the newspapers are almost always in stock.

First let me just say Ive only been to a Starbucks 3times in my life and never because its my suggestion and this is why. Very rude staff..girl at the counter was rude to my 12yr old and her friend. Its sad that people actually pay outrageous prices for these drinks as it is ..then when you deal with snobby attitude as well . Its just as pathetic as fancy job titles like barista (You pour coffee) Not that it matters but I will definitely never be back..and i am aware my boycott will not hurt your giant company. After all the hipsters of the world will always need a place to overpay for trendy things

Although everything is supposed to be standardized at these Starbucks. They can vary with each store. This particular one seems to always get it right

So when we arrived at Starbucks, there was a big line for the drive-thru and we decided to get out, because it was going to be faster. Well, it took longer; there were only two people in front of me but it took 10 minutes to place my order and they got my order wrong (new person in training on the register four people making coffee). I got my coffee and went to the station to [make to add half-and-half there and out]? It wasnt clean. I know every company that serves food has an obligation to keep things sanitized and clean, but this was not the case. It was a mess.

04/07 staff was very irritating this afternoon, the amount of times we had to say coconut milk and then we get it and it’s not even the same drink and then the two girls throwing attitude, smh

Drive through was a little slower than Im used to, but workers were very friendly and the drinks came out correctly, which is more than I can say for other Starbucks.

We have spent tens of thousands of dollars at SBs over the last dozen years..some good experiences and some bad..this is one of the good ones. If you want your drink made right and get a smile no matrer how busy they are then go here. I usually get a Vsnilla Besn frap and my wife gets a undertow(secret menu) and a Medicine ball tea. We used to get Carmel Macchiato on ice but they sre too sweet now that im old(er) lol .thank you guys!
