Haven’t been to this location in a long time but I stopped in today and everything was pleasant. Ordered a sandwich and received accurate and fast service. Also picked up some chips, a cookie, and a pretzel. The cookie and pretzel were both good. The store seemed to be well stocked and clean from what I observed. I’ll be back.

Coffee not like it confusion cup coffee my order I’m wait wait to long...

Worst WaWa I’ve been to. Indian lady preparing the sandwiches had a meltdown in front of me. When I asked what sauces were available, she told me to go check on the computer and said how she can’t do this anymore blah blah blah. Oh and the best part, General Manager was next to her doing absolutely nothing.

I love wawa but this location sucks, they left my soup haft way and also I asked for a chicken salad and they forgot the chicken Ive never had any problem at any location before but I dont recommend going to that one I couldnt even enjoy my soup because I asked for a small one and they didnt even fill it up

Today Wawa has lost a customer. Turns out their employees tested positive for COVID-19. No proper social distancing from day one. Wouldnt recommend taking a risk to anyone that cares about their health!!! And wouldnt want to eat any of their infected sandwiches. I bet visiting a hospital is safer than going here... Also, their Garfield location had the same problem a few days ago.

Nice quick stop off Essex street for gas and snacks or even a sandwich. Nice open feeling to the store. Decent gas prices.

Valerie is very disrespectful and rude.. also pulled a Mac and cheese out the water didn’t temp it and put it right on the steam table without changing the bag or pan. When I got the Mac and cheese it was under cooked and temped at 130.. very unprofessional..

This store employees preparing people food need to cover up their mouth. I was in there and I see them talking, joking and laughing while making people food. And they have no idea that they are spitting on people food and spreading germs.

We came in to grab some hot chocolate after our soccer game. Machines were broken. We were directed to order through the sandwich kiosks. That took a really long time.

The old guy that is working at the register is helping the uber guy to put the order in place looking for items for 15 min and nobody is at the register to check people out.I dont know why i am stopping here the costumer service is the lowest at this wawa.For all of your comments call the wawa corporate headquarters!Also support smaller businesses stay away from big companies!

First of all the coffee station is not clean. Second of all the worker give an attitude and kept arguing with me. Lastly the coffee was made from a long time ago and was cold, and when I tried telling the worker to change it she did not do it and was arguing with me about the coffee if it was empty or not.

Dont have any in NY but I can see the appeal. Its clean and well stock.

I went in this morning to grab breakfast for my boyfriend and I. I ordered two breakfast burritos and they came cold. I wanted to order coffee, but I wasn’t given the option. I told an employee, and they didn’t seem to care. When we discovered that the burritos were cold, we called the store, asked for a manager. and they didn’t seem to care as well.

Waited 30 mins for my food then got Cursed at for asking about my food

Very inconsiderate of doordash drivers and very slow! Get it together and be Considerate of the driver and the doordash customers. Ill will be reporting this location to doordash.

Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional employees. There is a cook ...overweight, either Hispanic or Indian decent with glasses who is really ghetto. I usually dont post complaints but her level of education or dare I say lack of showed beyond the spectrum of her cooking space. Foul mouthed, had something negative to say about every shopper that came in.. I use to frequent this WAWA on my way into Tribeca for work..but I dont think Ill be doing that again. To whom ever owns this franchise please do a better job on screening the level of employees you hire..it could save you from having to be sued for Harassment.

GET JOE OFF THE REGISTER, the guy falls asleep when ringing up and hes slower than anything at busy hours of the morning

We usually go there for food on the road or a meal to bring back home. The food is very good and has a wide variety to choose from. There is no exact reason I rated this 4 stars but it is definitely better than decent. Lines are short, and food takes about 7 minutes to be ready.

Who doesnt love Wawa!? Jersey staple with great food and gas, too! 😁

They never update the lunch menu ontime and if u ask about it they are rude and the line goes arlund the lanes to the door and they only put on 1 person on the register!Ppl literally just walk in and leave.. yea they make good money but imagine how much more they could make it they ran this place the right way

Bathrooms are as nasty as employee attitudes. Dont go there if you dont want to catch anything.

This is probably the slowest and most understaffed Wawa I have been to. The checkout line only ever has one worker so the line wraps the store. The sandwich section has 2 workers that are super slow so again another line. At least the gas attendants are on point. These folks that run this Wawa need to go observe other better run stores to better handle the volume they get.

Anytime that I am in this part New Jersey I make it a point to come to wawa. I am from New York and unfortunately we do not have the pleasure of having wawa which is very depressing honestly. Ive come to this specific wawa more than a few times and I like the people who work here and how easy it is for me to get to and from. The place is clean and has enough parking where I have never not been able to go. The inside of this wawa is huge and they have a lot of stuff that you can get.

Ive been to the one in Elmwood park NJ and the food is always fresh and made well and so delicious. It was my second time to this Lodi location, the food & frozen drinks dont taste good, the sandwiches are sloppy and taste horrible.

After going back after a few months, the service has gotten better but I still want to keep this review so maybe they will keep maintaining their quality.Ordered a scrambled egg bowl. Instead got what looked like a cut up omelette with some ketchup thrown on it. Wasnt even an eggs worth of an omelette either. I get it they were busy but really?

I came here to buy food for my family and they messed up on one of my orders do to only 1 person in the kitchen making food while the other girl was in the back talking to a manager. I give the girl in the kitchen apologized multiple times and stated she was very sorry and that she was the only one in the kitchen i give her props she did a great job by her self but the main point is there should be more then 1 person in the kitchen at all times bc there might be one day its going to happen and the customer aint going to be happy. But the girl I had that was all by her self I give her a 7/10 for doing a great job by herself

Yesterday I came to this wawa to get some coffee and experienced the worst service. I asked the woman for 2 coffees and she continued to clean her work area for over 10 minutes. She then asked me after she was cleaning, “What do you want sir”. I repeated my order. Again, she continued to clean her work area not even acknowledging I was there. Then an employee came from the back and shouted at me to stand 6 feet behind the counter, which i already was. I was very furious and repeatedly said that this store has the worst service ever and was waiting for two coffees for at least 20 minutes. Then this man had the audacity to say “NO COFFEE FOR YOU”. Absolute worse service ever and employees with worst attitude.

The old manager Armondo was amazing and the store ran like clockwork. The new manager is horrible and fired the good workers. Seems to be always short handed and workers look miserable. Lines grow long and he sits in the office. Not a fan.

My go-to fill up spot when traveling from NYC, westward.Exit 63 from I-80 is a gas oasis. Theres a high-priced BP and a bunch of lower-priced alternates. This Wawa is a block or so down the road and offers as good a price as any, sometimes better. Lots of pumps with easy access.Bathrooms. Greasy, satisfying fast food, some of which has to be fresher than the silent-movie days.

I just wish there were more of them in New York,. I am sure they are going to do well. Changed a lot,and after visiting Wawa, gas stations will not look the same anymore. They are great.

This is without a doubt the best convenience store Ive ever been too. Very friendly staff, excellent prices, delicious food. The general manager; Rob, is great and knows me by name as I visit often. Very positive environment and clean atmosphere. Definitely go here.

I visit this location often whether it’s to get gas or grab a quick coffee or refresher and the service is always great. There was one time where the service stood out and that was when I visited the location about 1 old 2 weeks ago and they had some compute problems with certain items not appearing in the screen. This was around 8pm and Allison despite being by herself went above and beyond to compete out order and fix the error on the computer system afterwards. This was a great act on her part and I am extremely satisfied with her service!

Closest Wawa to NYC, easily accessible from Exit 63 of I-80 (and Route 17) and laid out thoughtfully with ample space between different sections of the store. Worth the 10 minute sprint from the GWB for some of the cheapest gas around (since they refine their own gas) and a fresh sandwich.

This has to be the friendliest Wawa ever! My family usually stops at this location, every time we travel down to NJ, & the service is always excellent (last visit was last night 11/23/19 @ 10:30pm). Employees always seem to be in a great mood (especially the baristas...Always love getting specialty drinks, because they do such an awesome job). Facilities are always clean, store nice & stocked, & amazing subs/sandwiches/wraps/quesadillas...etc.

It was a mess in there one of the workers were complaining about the amount of people coming in you could hear her bad mouthing the customers. I order a sandwich, get home to eat it and it’s missing half of the things i asked for. The only good thing there is bottled soda cuz you can’t go wrong with that and also their cookies never will i go there again

Literally encountered the laziest Wawa employee ever hear. I’ve never seen someone take less care when making a sandwich or a quesadilla. I’m really enjoying the water dripping out of my quesadilla because you couldn’t even try to drain the chicken first.

Love the sandwich here, you can build your sandwich using the touch screen computer. Coffees and hot chocolate are great here. Staffs are nice and friendy. Atmosphere feel cozy here. Overall great place for a quick spot for anything your craving.

The lady with the tattoo on her neck that works at night said a wise ass comment about the sandwich I wanted because I wanted oil and vinegar, then loads it with oil and vinegar on purpose. Just horrible, messed up my whole sandwich and I always get the same sandwich and its never sloppy like it was today. If youre that mad with life then dont work there.

I went to buy a drink and it was going well but when I was waiting for it, it did take a bit of time for it. 10 minutes pass and i asked one of the workers that i had ordered a milkshake and they directed me to the side where there was another worker who was white with blond hair and when I told him he acted so offended he literally almost shouted what was my number because he hadn’t done it yet and he purposely made sure that I knew he was doing it like a favor to me. He yanked the cup and slammed the lever down to get the ice cream out. I heard him sigh from across the store and then when he was done he slammed the cup down and rolled his eyes.

Very nice wawa and has extensive menu options. Staff very friendly also. I go there every day.

The staff inside were fine but they didnt have anyone posted outside late at night for gas service. I couldnt just wait around for someone to show up after 7 minutes when there wasnt anyone else being serviced in the gas station.

This place has free air. The best part is, it is an electronic pump. The place is very clean and lighted up with lots of gas stations so wait is is minimal. Should definitely go here.

This particular Wawa has absolutely the worst service ever of any Wawa.They hide your food behind the counter and will wait until it gets cold before they give it to you.Every time I order food over the counter at this Wawa when I get to the counter to pick up the food, the food will be ready but Ill stand there and wait for between five to seven minutes before they actually give me the food thats already made. Any kind of food that is served hot will be cold by the time they give it to you. This didnt happen to me once it happens to me every single time I order food over the counter at this particular Wawa.If you want hot food dont waste your time going to this place because theyll hold it until it gets cold and then give it to you even though youll be standing there for 5 to 10 minutes waiting for it. The manager of this Wawa should be fired or taught how every other Wawa does it.

So you take some macaroni, some cheese sauce, add frozen shredded chicken thats been nuked in a microwave, add buffalo sauce, and thatll be $7. The employees are the best but wth was that. I was hungry but next time Im just gonna go to Quickcheck.

Very nice gas station. Friendly stuff. Full service. Also cleaned my Windows for free. Also stuff is professional and did their job very good.....Restrooms are nice and clean. You can get your groceries inside. A Lot of to choose from. I dont know about you guys but Was a is always nice gas stations. [My personal opinion] Im driving a Lot, and Im always happy to go to wawa. In wawa you can use restroom if needed, buy groceries and price is reasonable. Sometimes I use those cheap price gas station, and I tell you, there is a big difference in service, restrooms and gas quality. I better like to use gas stations like Wawa, Shell, Quick stop, NO, Sunoco etc. When I want to buy some groceries and gas I go to Wawa.

I was there last monday night,the people working there were doing absolutly NOTHING,when i asked them if they could warm up the sweet cream pretzel they came up to me with an attitude...they are NOT available until 9am(every other WAWA dont have a problem doing it)....plus we are short staffed.....remind you they were not doing nothing!

Wawa equals No-No!Stopped by Wawa for lunch with my family and had nothing but a hassle. It started with a very unfriendly cashier named Linda barking at me because I started to place my items on a empty counter. She was helping someone find a tobacco product and hadnt completed his order yet, he offered his apologies, but she only barked out that she wasnt done yet. OK, I get it, just tell me like a normal human being. Then when it was our turn, she rang us up and took two twenty dollar bills from my wife and gave her change for thirty dollars, not forty. We had just stopped at the bank prior to the Wawa store and got only twenties from the ATM machine, no tens. So a mistake was made, but from Lindas reaction youd think we just robbed the place. Unfriendly Linda screamed Martin check the camera and proceeded to be the rudest person youd ever deal with. She closed the register and bolted pass us acting poorly and having zero understanding of customer service. Im sure the ten dollar difference was important to her, but after Martin checked the register tape and the camera, the error could not be substantiated. So we chalked it up to having a very expensive hot dog. We thanked Martin for his assistance and his effort, especially since closing the register at a busy time was no easy task. We also attempted to offer pleasantries to Linda as we exited, but she would not acknowledge us and again bolted past us, a fine example for my 5 year old son to witness. So on the ride home, my wife lamented about what to do, and we found that there are two other Wawa stores in the area, Garfield and Hackensack, that Im sure they would love our business and can act a little more professionally when faced with a minor bump in the road. The one star was given for the Managers professionalism.The Very Unhappy Lunch Bunch!

If you find yourself on the roads very often, you got to love Wawa. High quality coffee, good sandwiches and other things to make the driving easier. There is nothing much to say, except exactly what you need during a long drive.

Cheap gas, excellent sandwiches and delicious smoothies all mixed in with a top flight conscience store.

10 minutes for an egg white omelet with 2 people behind the counter doing alot of BSing.

I also wondered about why all Wawas have the bottle of water in the milk box, it is always there because it is used to take the temperature of the unit. Obviously they cant stick a thermometer into the milk so the water bottle is used to take temperature readings. If you go early in am you can catch them doing it.I wish they made the jalapeno poppers still

I am a huge WAWA fan.... raised in south jersey going to this store on a daily basis. Great alternative to fast food. BUT lately the food at this location has been sub-par. I order a soup, pay for it and they dont have it. Yesterday I ordered a basic pepperoni sub and it was NOT GOOD. Before I left I mentioned to the WAWA associate making the sandwich that there seems to be less meat on this sandwich then I am use to (i get this sandwich often). After giving me a blank stare like i was speaking a foreign language she indicated there were 10 slices on there.... well it was pure bread. I will find another WAWA, because this is the 2nd or 3rd time my sandwich was not made correctly. Very unfortunate. The brownie I purchased was excellent though!

Those m&m cookies are bomb! I call them smashed m&m cookies as it literally looks like someone took a handful of m&m and just hammered them into the cookie. Besides that, clean and open 24 hours!
