This In-N-Out Burger location gets 5 stars. Why? The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff plus a delicious Double-Double cheeseburger made perfectly.I’m a Midwesterner. In-N-Out is a western state’s chain. I’m not real familiar with their menu. I’ve eaten at a few, never really knew the options for toppings and stuff on their burgers.Today, Alice took my order and she was super patient, helpful and friendly. She even suggested sliced peppers for my burger which I was not aware they would do. I thought the peppers were only available by the condiment station. Alice also made other suggestions and generally impressed me overall.My made to order Double-Double (two patties with cheese on each) with tomato, pickles, sliced peppers, their signature spread and ketchup was exactly what I was craving.While I waited, Dan was super friendly and a pleasure to chat with as he had an uncommon spare moment since I arrived just when they opened. I beat the crowd. Good timing on my part!5 gold stars, for sure, for this Lodi In-N-Out Burger!

The fries were a bit to crispy Almsot like cracker. BUT all in all everything else was good so 4 stars for me.

I cant believe I have to give this In-N-Out 3 stars. The guy who took our order in line was extremely nice and got everything correct. My hubby and I just wanted our fries to be warm because there was a super long line. My daughter wanted well done fries.. The issue was whomever did the cooking didnt pay attention. They gave us well done fries that were hard as a rock. 🍔 🍟⚒ 😖

The only reason I even give 2 stars is because the food was good but I had a major issue with the young man that had taken my order. First and foremost he pressed up against my girlfriends and my car he was giving us a nasty look while we were ordering our food he was even giving mean looks at my girlfriends 10 year old little sister. He made us extremely uncomfortable. His name was James and we went around 11:00pm. I suggest he should be fired.

They have the longest wait for drive through so I just went inside. I still had to wait 10 minutes tho. Their food is good. I will return.

You wonder where you are in space and time.Eyes open.You are, in fact, sitting in the parking lot because there is no dining in due to the pandemic, in Lodi, California, enjoying a very good burger.

I always enjoy stopping off for an In-N-Out burger when I visit California or Nevada. I do the double double with animal fries. The animal fries are topped with grilled onions, melted cheese and thousand island dressing. The fries are cut fresh from potatoes, in house. The staff are always super nice and polite. I know the uniforms arent ideal though they serve for such a great atmosphere in such an established burger restaurant. Fun fact for those not already in the know, if you look at the food packaging such as under your drinking cup or somewhere on the wrapper for your burger or french fries, you will find Bible scriptures hidden.

Overseas friends specifically ask to sample this well known burger. Food here is excellent for the price n the teens behind the counter are fabulous.

I drove through the drive-thru at about midnight. The parking/drive-thru was hard to figure out where to go as there arw. Ones just everywhere. Then instead of being allowed to go up to the speaker and place my order, a man came to me car to take my order.I wanted to look at a menu but all he had was this dangling menu off his little ipad that he takes order on. He didnt stand still at all while I tried to read it, and he stood too far away for me to read any of the writing describing any of the options (like the drink menu which is far smaller than the entrees).Then I guess he got tired of standing and waiting for me to struggle to read the sign and crouched down, making the sign farther away, crooked, and actually impossible to read from my car.I get that in-n-out is popular and they get a lot of customers and it was KINDA busy at midnight but I felt like they did not tailor to a new customer at all and I felt like I was not allowed to know what food options I had.I ended up just ordering fries and a lemonade. He didnt even ask what size of drink I wanted (which was a small and they gave me and charged me for a medium). I did not even know there were different sizes until I drove past the large speaker menu up close and also realized that I somehow accidentally ordered sugarfree lemonade?Overall a terrible experience where I hated the food and the 30 minute wait for it... and paid too much for a drink I didnt want and ended up throwing away half of.

Clean inside and out! Long line outside so decided to go in, to our surprise, by time we got our order to go (was pretty quick) went back to our car the outside line was about 1/2 the size

Quick and easy, food is good. Way too many pickles on the burger, though. Didnt understand their COVID-19 sign posted for no indoor service, as my handicapped father (74) was hungry and needed a bathroom. He decided to we just get food via the drive-thru and upon arrival at the pick up window, people were being serviced indoors.

Great burgers, disappointed in the fries though. Thought since they peel them and cut them themselves theyd be better than that.
