The employees at this location have always been friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the store both inside and outside is good.*** ATTENTION OWNER OR TO ANYBODY THATS ABLE ( if youre reading this)... The staff at this location have always been exceptionally friendly and it goes a long way when its recognized, especially when words are paired with a nice gesture like buying lunch for all staff one day. So if you appreciate that they provide a pleasant shopping experience for the customers, I recommend you surprise them with a simple lunch or bring in icecream with a variety of toppings, a token of appreciation.

My visit sucked. My purse got lifted then turned into store manager. When I got it back I realized my wallet w/$400, bank card, drivers license were all gone. Asked to view the security footage for that morning. Apparently the cameras were not working. I honestly feel that the person whom turned my purse into the manager did not take my belongings. I truly feel it was the Store manager that went through my purse after she took it back to the office & ripped me off. She was acting all Hinky the whole time I spoke to her.Oh well... Lesson learned...Never ever trust a female.

This place was nice/clean, but when I went to check-out there was only one register open with a long line. I thought there was two, but when I got in line the guy said that he was closed. I said,,Theres a long line over there and I only have two items and Im paying with cash, cant you just help me? He did, but somehow I didnt get home with my greeting card for my friends birthday and I live in Stockton! So I called and I got a high-pitched beep in my ear and no answer. Tried several times, same thing. I tried the next day and someone answered, but the high-pitched beep interrupted so she said to call back in 5 minutes so she could answer in the office. When I did, she was NOT in the office, she was at a register and rushing, trying to get off the phone! She said to hold for five minutes but she never came back! So after being on hold for nearly 15 mins, I finally hung up. I tried to call back but the line was busy! I tried again 55 mins & 4 HRS later and STILL BUSY!!! Talk about unprofessional! I wish I would have gotten this girls name!

They usually have all I need but it was really rummaged this time.

I always find things here for a good deal and the staff is always nice 🙂

A man aggressively approached me and demanded that if I start harvesting money from trash cans in his area, I am not to bring friends with me. I told him I am in control of the entire area and he could fight me for control if he wanted. He threw a steel trashcan lid at the window.The end.

False advertising they have some stuff under 79 cents, but at the register it will cost you 99 cents and even you show them they’re shift manager only said” oh someone front that merchandise wrong? Well let me tell you that’s false advertising,and is not my fault that one of your employees did that, you guys need to fix it right away and need to honor the price that you had on your shelf’s

I normally do not travel to lodi to shop but I had a drs appointment and figured might as well peruse since I was in the area. The CSR who rang me up had the best customer service and was genuinely friendly. This location had a lot more variety to choose from and their store was neat and tidy.

This is a very nice, clean, and organized 99 cent store. They have a nice size produce section, all looks fresh. The employees are friendly and willing to help! Definitely recommend this place!

As is with all of these stores the prices are good, but this store seems particularly disorganized. No sanitizing of the carts or baskets, and only one hand sanitizing station at the door, only if the employee isnt doing a cart round up. They sell masks but dont enforce the mask policy for customers. Improvement is needed.

Im here in California from Indiana YouTube family loss. Went there today I was very impressed everything was very nice and clean and great prices there was a few things that I could not find and that was pump hand soap and Google on. But it was a good experience and I highly recommend it

I when in thier about 100 pm today very busy on 2 cashiers working one of the busy days of the week .99 store family dollar dollar tree do the same thing let lines build up leaving the cashiers shouldering heavy burden .Shouldnt the lines be less instead of building up for sake of or health we are not supposed to be grouped together like this icounted 20 people waiting bunched up walmarts the same way .

Every time I go into this store it smells like a baby has a dirty diaper. The store is always chaotic, unorganized and the staff seems not to care. Store on Hammer Lane in Stockton is cleaner and more organized with friendly staff.

Went here to pickup a couple of items that I saw but didnt pick up a couple of days ago.. ...and they were no longer there. So I bought a couple of other items that. i really didnt need. But what the heck its only a buck right? Cant always find something I m lookin for but I can always find something to buy!

They stop selling some items and when they do have them in stock they never place them in the same place. So I will only give them 1 1/2 stars till they get there act togather!!!

I love the store itself. Great prices but their is an African American cashier who is so rude and unfriendly that rolls her eyes at you when you say something is another price . Im sorry but Id it said 50 cents Im not paying $1. She was very annoyed and kept apologizing to the people in line and not me and my sister. She never said hi or thank you . Never smiled. Just a plain rude you know what. Now the rest of the cashiers and the manager is sweet as can be and very helpful and didnt get upset because he had to come fix her mistake. We told her at the beginning what we got out of the bargain bin but she didnt want to listen. If shes working I will not go thru her line. If shes the only one working I will not buy anything . Id rather go somewhere else.

My family an I had a great time shopping there today I was able to buy stuff for our churches food pantry which is a blessing

Better than the dollar tree next to the new grocery outlet . theres less stuff on the floor and they have better summer toys. Even swim suits for the little ones.

This place has a good selection of items that do range in price from .99cents & more. Most always have a shortage of cashiers equalling long lines as well. They do have a public restroom that is usually lacking in cleaniness and on supplies.

Fruits and vegetables are surprisingly fresh and i couldnt believe the cold box selection. Great bargains although its truly NOT a $.99 cents only anymore.

Really crumby experience... I look up a few stores to see which will be open these last or less few minutes this Christmas Eve Night. So at 9:47, Google Maps says 99c store closes soon. I strapped on my shoes in a hurry without socks & jammed down there. An the only thing stirring down there...was a mouse! I watched it scurry around. Than it walked to the window after it noticed me, & looked up at me n spoke these words Were Closed! We closed at 9. Well who should i blame, Google Maps,? 99c Store,? Or that stupid lil Mouse!? Hmm, it would be a shame if someone set up a whole bunch of rat traps on random shelves!!!

This place has so many deals. Lots of household items, food, seasonal,school supplies, birthday decor...large selection of everything.

The cashier slammed the receipt in front of me and rudely said, bye! I mean the atmosphere is ok, but train your employees how to treat customers.

Ive tried going to this barbershop twice. Both times I was turned away. There was only 1 customer in front of me who was already getting his haircut and the barber told me I wouldnt be able to get a haircut until 5:30. There was only 1 barber by the way. Im never going to that shop again. Id give it zero stars if i could.

I went there tonight i like the store,, the cashiers are always nice but tonight i was a young very rude lady,, she says to me thats it, end when i paid i said thanks with a smile en she just said mmm with a bad atitude,, end that doesnt feel right,, she dont have to be rude,, thats bad 4 customers service,, im gonna be sure to dont get with that rude bad atitude no respect lady :-/
