This was a truly exceptional experience. My garage door was unable open and close due to an accident with the door. John came out (at the time he said he would be here) and quickly assesed the situation. He fixed the problem within about 10 minutes, charged me a fair price and was a very nice guy. If you have any issues with your garage door, stop looking around and just call John. You will not get gouged on the price and the problem will be fixed, period.
