Went into the store to just look around and get an idea of what we wanted. The sales reps Patrick and Sean were helpful and we ended up leaving after purchasing an amazing bed set thats going to be delivered later this week. They accommodated all of our questions and requests for delivery dates. Beyond impressed by their knowledge and helpfulness.Edit: We had a terrible time trying to get things delivered. Got called into work and had to reschedule. Ever since then, its been poor communicationEdit: Communication here is not good at all. We just found out that the final part of our purchase is going to arrive in a few days. We got lucky that someone will be home that day. The store told my partner that she wasnt important when he was helping another person.

I actually went to Mattress Firm but they were closed for remodeling. Im glad I did as I told Sean exactly what I needed and he pointed me to a very comfortable mattress for my guest bedroom. He also gave me a great deal on 2 pillows, a sheet set and a mattress protector and free delivery. We were in and out within 15 minutes. Its great to shop local.

I have been to other mattress stores, but this was by far the most pleasant experience. Sean was exceptionally polite, knowledgeable, patient and attentive. Sean had multiple customers simultaneously but not once did we feel ignored nor did he give any indication of being rushed or flustered. Wonderful experience. 10/23/2021I went to this store about two weeks ago. I was not greeted when I entered. I looked around for about 10 minutes. No one came over to me. I think they were with other people, so I just left.

I was very pleased with the service I got when I visited today. I pretty much knew what I wanted when I went in, and the salesman didnt try to pressure me or upsell me. He answered all my questions and explained all my options, and he was very personable. Its also important to note, during this pandemic, that he wore a mask (properly covering his nose and mouth), as I did, and he kept his distance from me. I certainly appreciated that courtesy.

Incredible personalized and attentive customer service at the Lodi location. We were working with time constraints and needed a Cali King mattress and box spring set delivered within the week. I especially appreciated the attention to our specific needs instead of trying to up sell us on something that we didn’t really need. The prices were very good for what we ordered and the white glove service took care of everything else. I highly recommend. Update: one week later & mattress, box spring & mattress cover that we ordered were delivered on time & installed quickly and well. Were very happy with the entire process! Thank you, Sean!

Im still waiting for the 48 hrs for the foam mattress to expand. The salesperson was very courteous. Deliver was earlier then expected so far so good. If thing go good with this I will go back to purchase another mattress with bed.

My husband and I had a great, no pressure, experience at Sleep First in Lodi. We purchased a Nectar, split king, adjustable, memory foam bed. It comes with a 365 day trial period. Weve had it for about a week and so far we absolutely love it. A female employee at mattress firm who helped me gave me that are you going to buy anything or not attitude. After helping me for 2 minutes she then got tried and left. Worst service ever. I then went to Sleep First and was treated great. They gave me a great deal and very personable.

He really listened to our needs and successfully matched us with our perfect mattress.The mattress and foundation was delivered today. The drivers were incredibly kind and efficient. They were very respectful of my time and my home. Their supervisor came out from the warehouse with Mo, the salesperson we bought the mattress from, to deliver some extras the from the warehouse. I can see who trained the drivers. Very nice gentlemen. He and Mo were ensuring all was done to my complete satisfaction. I mean the salesperson came to my house to make sure I was taken care of. WOW!! Great experience all around.Ive been to a lot of stores. I purchased a lot of items. This was one of the best customer service experience I have ever had. We researched mattresses and retailers for over a month. Buying a good mattress is an investment so we took our time doing the research. I have to say, going to Sleep First was hands down the best store we went into. Sean was a great rep for us. Bought a bed was told it would be delivered on a Saturday woke up early Saturday to throw away my old bed then it turns out there was some kind of error and it would not be ready till Wednesday I go Wednesday to pick it up just to find out I didn’t buy a bed frame ? Why would I buy a new bed and not get the bottom frame I was charged an extra 80 bucks thanks to the worker he got me a deal from 120 to 90.
