This place is definitely under new management. I went there to print off a label and they were even able to take my box and ship it for me even though it was USPS. Leaps and bounds beyond what the previous management used to be like. Excellent customer service. High recommend.

Do not use this store as an access point to reroute packages, or for any reason for that matter. Either the employees provide inaccurate information and the owner doesn’t stand by his employee’s word, tells you to call UPS corporate and hangs up on you. To the owner, if you wish to respond to this post, please arrange for both us to have a conversation with your female employee that spoke to me on June 17, 2021 at 3:11 pm.

Ive never been so happy to see a banner announcing new owners. I used to dread going to this UPS store so much that I would pay extra to ship something with USPS. Thats right, I picked paying extra and going to the POST OFFICE over having to go to this place. But now, the floor space is cleared of clutter instead of the little trails between stacks of boxes to get to the counter and the mailboxes. Packages arent being piled up and sometimes left unattended behind the counters. The new owner is friendly and, this is just a guess, but I would be willing to bet he doesnt show up a half hour late to open the store.

This store is under new management, they are awesome. They are very professional. I had a package damage during shipping and the went to bat for me with ups claims. Raj and Ben made it happen. If not for them fighting for me. The damage item was collectible and was hard to replace. Thank you to the store. I will be back with more items. And I will have you pack them. Much easier for me. GREAT STORE.

Under new management. Store is organized—no packages stored behind cash register. There are plenty of customer service reps to keep any line moving. It is a MAJOR change. Truly professional. It looks and feels like UPS should for the first time in years! At last!!!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!I came in on Sunday, January 31 to a cleaning crew making some much needed updates to the store. The old management that used to run this location is no longer a part of this store and the new management is doing an excellent job!To anyone looking to to give reviews regarding anything that happened before January 28th, please make sure you go in and talk to new management and see if they can resolve your issue first. Youll find they are much more kind and customer friendly then the last.

This UPS store is under new ownership. The level of customer service has improved ten fold then under the previous owner. The store is much cleaner and the level of service is outstanding. Strongly recommend using this UPS store for all of your shipping needs.

I went into make an Amazon return and was assisted by Andrew the manager. He was rude. He was short tempered, quick to snap at his employees and customers. Andrew was no help, and I am surprised he is “in charge” of that store. I will not be returning to this location, All I can say is that I hope their manager learns better people skills for the sake of their customers and their employees. Disappointing.

Long lines. Under staffed. Rude. If you bring in an Amazon return, the owner(seems like the only employee) gets all uptight about it since he doesnt make much on the return.Store is always a mess, no space to place boxes so he just puts them behind the register. Filling up the floor like storm of heavy snow just dropped 2 feet of snow, but boxes.The place needs help. Hopefully another UPS store opens up and can handle the work load.

Very rude and slow service. I first came here a few years ago to have paperwork notarized. They offered two types which I had never heard of before so I asked the employee what the difference was so I could decide which was best for my document type. Suddenly this large husky white male employee around age 20 snapped at me interfering saying “he’s not an attorney dude he can’t tell you which one to chose.” It was very rude in an angry tone. They definitely need more mature-age employees without attitudes and better customer service skills.

The owner is extremely rude to everyone.. i have to come here just about every day for work and I always see him talking down to customers.. he just constantly rants about how his business makes no money and wonders why he cant sell the business.. i have also seen him make people with Amazon orders who have been waiting in line, let other customers in front of them because he doesnt make much on Amazon returns.. this store is a joke

Poor customer service. If you need something done correctly, do not bring your business here. Don, the so-called owner, is incompetent and has no clue how to run the place. Never a polite word from him. Rude, and does not know how to do proper paperwork. If you need accuracy and customer service, this is not the place to go. Save yourself the trouble.

I normally go here to drop off Amazon packages, but you can tell the owner is fed up with everything about this place. Recently the owners especially fed up with the new COVID-19 regulations and policies.He chewed me out for not being too close to a customer. I did see the confusing and varying lengths of tape on the ground signifying where to stand. However, it was awkward because the door is always closed so cold air from the AC doesnt leave the store. But now everyones touching the door handle so the whole point of keeping us safe is kinda thrown out the window. The lady in front of me thought the distance was okay enough and I agreed so she let me in. Clearly that wasnt the case while I was being scolded at but she silently apologized to me.Apparently there was supposed to be a window guard above the counter to protect against sneezing/coughing, but it broke. I overheard the owner talking about how he refuses to purchase his own while UPS is processing for a replacement. So theres that. Hopefully its there now.I get it though, the dudes always stressed. Maybe hes also not customer service material. Maybe its both, I dunno.In terms of the actual service, its pretty busy at times but it goes pretty quick if you know what you want and what youre doing.

A clerk acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door. They had many customers, and two clerks worked through the line as quickly as possible, giving adequate care to each customer. I got good service. My clerk advised me to always be sure that I got and retained a receipt. THANK GOODNESS, because that package did go astray. And we were able to get it located and resolved.

Busy location. I didn’t realize how much people use UPS store. Owner is selling this place. I will miss the owner he has a calm spirit and always has interesting conversation. Owner has helped me get my mail after closing one evening when I forgot my box key but had main lobby key only with me.

I used to dread coming to this store so much that I would either pay more to ship USPS or drive to Stockton. I even complained to corporate about the horrible previous owner. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a sign saying under new management and decided to give this location another chance. Im so glad I did. Its now clean, well organized and every employee I have dealt with has been great. They are friendly and greet you right when you walk in. If there is a line they attempt to make it go as quickly as possible. I will definitely be bringing my business here now!

I brought in a large well packaged vintage motorcycle fuel tank that had no gas or residue to be shipped via priority mail. Marvin printed a label put it on the box took my money and gave me the tracking slip and receipt. As of today package is still missing. Don is doing what he can to find it.Update. The tank has reached its destination. Still not sure what happened, but the problem has been solved.

I don’t normally leave reviews but feel like I need to in this case. If you need to ship out via UPS, don’t use this store. Go elsewhere. I dropped a package off 9 days ago and it still hasn’t shipped out. I called today and they admitted it hadn’t shipped. No apologies and no guarantee on when it’s shipping out still. I struggle because I’ve been there a few times and it’s obvious the owner is trying to sell but upset he still owns it. He’s made it known to me several times. I fell bad for his situation and his health issues, but he is never nice. When shipping out my recent return he tells me people like to argue with him about Amazon returns. I told him I wasn’t there to argue, just drop off a package. 🤷🏻‍♀️ This is the last time I’ll go there. When I tracked my package today and realized it hadn’t shipped for 9 days, that’s my final straw. I’ll have to go get my package now, if they can even find it, and take it elsewhere.

I found the store to be refreshing without all the added distractions of unnecessary spontanious spending merchandise Owner is currently very hands on although perhaps alittle too much as he informed me they were very short staffed and that the business/building is for sell . You definitely need some patience due to the high volume of customers and the size of building and lack of staff But professionalism with a small home town feel is something our fondest memories consist of and are hard to find anymore and sadly something our new generations will never know of. Also the added services of notary, secure document shredding, and a play area for kids are a few extra highlights.

Ive been to this store many different times since moving to Lodi. Each and every experience has been positive- friendly help, fast service, and a knowledgeable business owner who treats his customers with respect.From what I can see, all of the negative reviews are for lengthy wait times. Not once have I waited more than 3 minutes. I assume that all of the complainers here are looking for a free Amazon return that they could have processed elsewhere. If you think every day of your life is Prime Day- youre in for a rude awakening!

CHAOS! Always! Not just at Christmas time! Line is always out the door and they usually have ONE poor guy working and maybe another somewhere hiding in the back. Clerks are nice but quite SLOW . I have seen the owner growl at customers and employees.

Always takes forever; even if I go there 5 minutes before closing, I still often have to wait in a line out the door. Only ever seems to be one employee at any given time, and if there are two, the second employee never assists with the insanely long line of customers. One employee there took a phone call right when he was about to assist me, and made me wait around 15 minutes while he helped the person on the phone. I’m always furious when I’m there, and for hours after.

Have used this location ~20 times for standard postage, live scan, international shipping, packages, etc. Long lines at almost all hours. Junior employees are good. Manager is awful. Note to UPS: you need to step in and overhaul this location. Note customers: if you have an alternative, don’t come here.

I came in today to drop off two packages to ship. This was my first time in this UPS store and I wont be back. Ill gladly drive to the Stockton store where its not convenient, just so I dont have to experience what I did today. When I walked in the door, I was not greeted, nor even acknowledged. The two employees inside were carrying on a conversation amongst themselves and were too busy to notice me. Finally I set my boxes on the counter and just waited. One of them eventually came over and I started to say, hi, Im trying to ship...when he abruptly cut me off and said yeah these are prepaid, proceeded to scan the boxes, all while going back to his conversation. Never mind the fact they were discussing a previous customer that had just left (rude). I turned to leave, and not one word of thank you or anything from them. They were still too busy talking. This was very unprofessional and absolutely rude. Very unimpressed. Youre in business for the customer. Maybe it would be nice if you appreciated them for a minute instead of being so wrapped up in your conversation.

I honestly wish I was exaggerating about the time there was two people in front of me two thats all and I waited in line 24 minutes!!Meanwhile the old gentleman with the Snow White hair chatted it up with another guy, then proceeded to take a phone call . While the only other employee there a larger gentleman took his sweet effing time with every single to ctask,down to cutting the shipping labels perfectly rectangular and each piece of tape he used took him 15 seconds to get off the real it was just the most absurd experience.Has anyoneever seen zootopia you know the sloth at the DMV it was like that but not funny.meanwhile three more customers come in behind me were all staring at eother in disbelief.finally the older gentleman says abruptly Can I help the next customer and then continues to tell his friend that hellysee him later. Literally waited for 30 minutes to ship one letter. Nobody in line, just me. This location was out of envelopes, the staff couldnt figure out how to meter the mail. They didnt offer a sticker for my address. Had to write my address on the envelope in a random spot with a sharpie permanent marker. The site was really disorganized and the staff seemed Ill equipt to handle anything more complicated than putting postage on a letter. Sorry, but this was really unacceptable. Ive been here before and gotten great service. Not sure what was going on today. I wouldnt be surprised if my letter doesnt make it to its destination.

Dropped off for packaging on Dec 26th and specifically asked for shipment to arrive no later than New Years Eve. Didnt care what it cost. Because of an error by an employee, shipment didnt even leave until the 29th and not arriving until Jan 4 !!!If you need it on time I would take it elsewhere. I definitely will !!

Horrible service...waited for thirty minutes while the owner walked in and out of the back room to let the poor young man that had 3 customers get overwhelmed...when i asked if he could help he looked at me and said he was to busy?...two customers left while i was there because of this....will never go back...i would rather spend my time and gas and go to Stockton....SAD...
