On March 4 2021, I was amazed by the hospitality and customer service Angelica from Staples displayed!I had many items to buy for our Heating and Air business in Lodi, and she was there to answer any questions, and offer help if i was forgetting anything fornour business.She even walked to the front and brought a basket for me to make easier to shop.Angelica made my time at Staples feel like trully my business was important!!Its not everyday you see employees show how much they love thier jobs....Angelica is not just 5 stars ..... She is the EXAMPLE of what Staples everywhere should be when you walk into there stores and deal with thier staff.10 ********** Rating for this experince with Angelica!Staples---- Dont EVER lose her as a diamond employee...they are just rare!
Just bought a printer, had a great experience with a kind employee. He talked me out of a more expensive model, gave helpful insight, even offered to send me a message when more ink was in stock. People like him are a primary reason to continue to buy in-store when online is now the norm

Needed business cards, but was having no luck with the online system. Went into store and was helped by Caroline. Caroline was a wonderful help, very friendly and patient. Cards ready same day. Kudos to Caroline for her help.
I picked my order of business cards up from the Lodi Staples store, Sarah Bepristis is the one who had completed my online order and helped me in store. I had to also make copies which I did the email to the store and print them out myself option, however it didn’t come out as planned. She helped get it right and was so friendly and pleasant and professional about it, even though it was busy. It really makes it such a nice experience to run into a store when they have such great customer service.
Chris the store manager gives excellent customer service. Needless to say Ive been using the print shop for many occasions over the years with no issues to be had. Until today, for fear the issue was not being resolved with a sense of urgency, I asked for the store manager. Chris was great very professional, handled the issue right away, and exceeded my expectations.
Not crowded on Black Friday morning. Sales guy was very helpful and friendly trying to get me a good price on an item. Unfortunately, they cant match BF prices. On to Costco!
I have to drive out of the way to this particular location to buy the products that I need to run my business. Well this will be my last visit. While checking out yesterday, some security type or asset protection guy was standing at some post, at a computer, giving the look of death of trying his best to count all the boxes that I was purchasing. Stereotyping or judging others based on the color of there skin is not how you run a successful business. Not sure why this man would think I was trying to steal boxes especially when most companies will give them away for free. Well this is the perfect example of how to loose a faithful customer and now I will now be shopping with your competitor!
I got my iPhone screen fixed here first the screen wouldn’t respond too touch so they fixed it again and when I picked it up my home button didn’t work I told them and they stated it didn’t work when I dropped it off I had to call the store manager I asked them to look at the phone but they wouldn’t and I had to call the 1800 number to have them fix my phone I ended up having to buy a new phone a month later they finally agreed to look at the phone and realized there technician didn’t hook up the home button I had to go through to much just for them to be wrong
There isnt much to say. The experience was positive. I had bought printer ink that I needed to exchange. The experience was smooth and the associates were very helpful.
Horrible experience. I placed my order online 10/7 which was 50 color copies front and back and had it delivered to our local business. I received an email on 10/13 saying my order has been shipped. I realized today 10/23 that we still did not receive our order, when using my tracking number it did not work. I call Staples Support and the lady said that my order is STILL in production and will be sent out tomorrow. So apparently instead of it being a fast turnover if you order online it takes 10 days? AND the email I received saying that my order has been shipped is false. Who knows if I would have even received my order if I did not follow up since the tracking code also didnt work. Very disappointing.
Dont carry hardly any of the products that they used. Everything is online at it really isnt more convenient. You have to search for what you are looking for, then you have to order it, pay for it and shipping and then you have to wait for it. Youre better off getting Im the car, driving down the street finding it on stock, paying for it and walking out the door with it in hand and be done

Fine selection and presentation, but very poor service. Asked for a common Ethernet cable and had the employee refer me to a second employee who pointed us at a rack of power bars - on the opposite end of the store from what we were looking for - not a good experience.
Place an online order for an office cart for pick up. The order was ready for pickup the next day. Great service!

I found a 128GB SSD online on-sale for $70 but Staples Warehouse said it was Out of Stock. Called this particular Staples I was momentarily nearest and Sales Rep Brian found one and held it overnight.Right on guys! Staples... its that easy.
