Friendly environment. Knowledgeable, helpful employees! I have to correct my review. I didnt see until this that clicking the star farthest to the left was negative and not what I intended. I dont do very many of these. I meant to click the star that represented the highest satisfaction with the service I received at your business which I thought was that star. Please forgive me. Ive corrected it now. I will definitely will return. Each time Ive come into your business you always have what I needed whether it be a car part or just an answer and guidance to help me with my car problem. Thank you!!!!!!

The store manager makes this a location to avoid. Ive personally worked in AutoZone stores in three separate states and now deal with dozens of different automotive supply companies working in automotive repair. The store manager at this location is hands down the worst Ive encountered at any parts store. Runs off all the decent employees, provides terrible training for them, and then is rude to customers on top of that. This AutoZone is always my last resort for a part in an emergency situation and yet they still always make it a regrettable choice.

After many vehicle problems and lots of customer service we were able to make it through the challenges! These guys are always great at helping out and make sure Im taken care of!

I had to go and get some parts for my car, and the employees here were super helpful in helping me find what I needed. I wasnt entirely sure what part I needed, and they looked it up for me to get the right part. They were very friendly and patient.

The AutoZone on Main Street in Logan is my go-to place for Anything Automotive. Their staff is very knowledgeable and they are always more than willing to help you out in any way they can.

I wouldn’t ever go back to this Autozone the manager is extremely rude and most of the workers are to. Ive been in to return some stuff and because they couldn’t find it they told me to take it somewhere else. The south logan store is hands down way better and everyone is nice and helpful and have my business from now on.

I use to enjoy coming to autozone but this location is not one of those. People here is not friendly at all. I came asking for a part that the web site show a different and the skinny guy is like this is all that I have for it .(different part) Then I told him to look for the part that the web site said. And. He is like you have to wait I need to help another customer. I was like what?? How I become second in line. Looking around, people don’t really like working here or they have not idea of what they doing. Funny part that they have a “customer satisfaction just walking around “I went to advanced auto parts and they got it right away! If autozone is you store then go the other south they way nicer !! This one is bad. Believe me you will regret it!!!

Worst AutoZone ever. The workers were very rude and unhelpful. I will never go back there. The South Logan location is much better and the workers actually take their time to help their customers.

They had the part in-stock. Theres a few variations of the same part. They were able to confirm the exact part number off the vin.No advanced Personnel Assistant functionality. Needed to have the transaction set up in advance with the confirmed part number ready for client purchase and pick-up. Wont hold more than 12 hours. Requires me to retouch the transaction to meet their time window.

The lady that helped me was very helpful. She made sure that I got the right parts for my truck. She answered all my questions and eased my mind with my concerns. I really enjoy getting my parts from there when Im in Logan.

Picked up a brake caliper to replace one that had seized up. I placed the order online and received an email notification when it was available for pickup. I also got the brake pads and rotors as a whole kit through AutoZone online and they shipped it directly to my house with all the little shims, lube packets, etc to match my vehicle. As a driveway mechanic, I get a lot of my repair parts through AutoZone.

Andrew was more than helpful the best employee on location by far needed help on a older truck and he got out in the parking lot and got hands on with the problem could not recommend anyone higher

Excellent service place. Staff will always put new windshield wiper blades on for you -- a task that would take me an hour.

Prices are alright. Employees are very helpful and wiling to help you find what you need. Free battery testing is a lifesaver, they also read engine light codes. If you are someone like me who does not know a ton about cars the advice and help is worth the price premium.

Absolutely amazing. Everyone who helped me was so nice. They helped me figure out my alternator was bad, and then they charged my battery overnight so that when I came back to replace the alternator it was ready to go. They were always willing to answer questions, and if they didn’t have answers they helped me go through repair manuals to find what I needed. Each of the 5 people who helped me were so great and willing to go the extra mile!

The manager Nancy was the most amazing person she helped me get parts so I could rescue my daughter and son-in-law. Who were up camping. She was so friendly and really knew what she was doing.

The staff was great and really friendly. They helped me find the parts I needed and swap the parts I got from the south store which were totally different and not what was expected. The tool rental was easy and return was fast.

They are very helpful with car problems. They test batteries and alternators for free, and they have good warranties on their batteries. I highly recommend them for your car needs.

Auto Zone is one of the top places that I like to visit when I am looking for a car battery. Their Batterys have a 1, 2, or 3 year warranty. I am usually greeted by a kind gentleman who is more than willing to go out of his way to help me. If I had one complaint, it would be that it takes a while to get through the lines on occasion. Thats usually because they are out helping other customers. Either way, you wont be disappointed.

Having to pay for parts when ordering is annoying compared to Oreilly, etc. who let you pay at pickup, but overall the staff are nice enough and willing to help.Knowing what you need in advance helps with most of the chain auto parts stores because they cant be expected to know everything about every car, but these guys are willing to help try to figure out what you need
