They have a great staff that works hard to meet your needs. Little less rushed than some parts stores, gives you that more one-on-one feel and a little off the beaten path. Always seem to have what I need and theyre literally only three blocks away

I had purchased 6 packs of non insulated butt connectors to rework a harness for an engine swap. The North Logan Napa didnt have enough so I had purchased 2 of the packs from the south store. I ended up changing my mind and purchased txl wire and Delphi terminals instead. I went to return them when I picked up the Amsoil transmission fluid. Hunter told me Id have to return them at store I purchased them. I was silently very frustrated about it but Caitlyn without me saying anything had overheard him and took over. She was awesome and returned them. So huge thank you Caitlyn for your excellent customer service!!

All it takes is, one person to have one negative experience (mostly a new employee) and everyone reads a bad review. Great, knowledgable staff. They have almost anything youd need, and if they dont they can get most things in by the afternoon if you order it in time, or next business day. These guys have been great on my VW rebuild with hard to find parts.
