Norm is very professional and beyond fair. He and his crew did a wonderful job on my vehicle and I highly recommend them for any vehicle service work!

At first they seemed great. Very professional and polite. After the job was done they treated me pretty bad. The woman at the front was short with me and rude, acting like I dont know how cars work and down playing my issues that they caused. Then she tells me I had to wait 4 days for them to correctly time my car and change a belt. Go somewhere else or pray they fix your car right the first time.

I called and made an appointment ahead of time and they were able to fit me right in for an emissions test. Everyone was friendly and I would come here again.

Theyre great! Lent me their battery charger to get me car here in the first place. Went in twice in a week; once for the battery the second for a new alternator. The first alternator didnt work, so they put in a new one. Very glad theyre so close to my house!

Im shocked at the great reviews. Ive never been treated very good. Just get them in get them out. Counter people always cold. Was suggested work to be done that was already done at another shop. Took car back to that shop and they said no doesnt need done. I personally will never come back. Never ever any problems at other shop, but they are farther away so tried you. Not happy at all with Car Smart in Logan.

My window wipers quit working and after checking it out they were going to charge me $280 to swap out my wiper switch! I ended up just buying the part (and getting charged a diagnostic fee ~$50) and doing it myself. The old switch wasnt working very well but the real issue is probably the wiper motor anyways. I would suggest looking around for cheap parts yourself and at least get an idea of how long something should take. Considering the switch was $150 (cheaper parts online are more around ~$50), they were going to charge an extra $130 for a misdiagnosis and 5 minutes worth of work. Definitely overpriced.

Car Smart has been quick, friendly, and so helpful for being a college student away from home it worried me to not have a mechanic close, but they have been great! (There is almost always a coupon in the coupon book for students as well!)

I have found cheaper prices but then had to bring my car to Car Smart on 400 N to fix the issue anyways. They are honest and trustworthy. They care about their customers and have fair prices. I will only trust them with my cars. That is for both cosmetic fixes and major mechanical work. If it is over their experience level they tell you straight up instead of attempting, charging, then sending you somewhere else. Also, if they make a mistake they do not charge for the extra work and fix it.

The reason why I gave this specific shop a 5 star ratings is because they did just that. They saved me from a (up to $3500) car problem. Im not very schooled in cars. So for someone (who couldnt guide me further into my problem ) they recommended these mechanics (especially Jeremy) to help figure out what to do with whatever issues remaining I had with my vehicle. It saved me $, time, & more issues. Im glad to hear that any mechanic is willing to recommend another mechanic for jobs that are out of their league. It helps to know that if one mechanic cant figure it out they highly recommend another who can. Great job guys. Thanks for all your help to the receptionist to the mechanics. Thanks much

I have been to a lot of car repair shops in the Logan area (read: Ive owned a couple of junkers) and this is the place that I feel has always been honest with me about what is wrong with my car and exactly what is important to fix and what isnt. The customer service is always friendly, and now that I have nicer cars, I still use them because I trust them. I recommend these guys to anyone who asks!

These guys are awesome! I had to replace my headlight fixture a few weeks ago and a lot of places were going to charge me over $600 to replace just a headlight, CarSmart charged me less than half than these other places. I also had a couple headlight bulbs that were out and they only charged me for the price of the bulbs! I plan to do most, if not all my repairs here from now on, highly recommend them!

They want to charge me $300 more than what the dealer charges to fix my issue. Normally the dealership costs more.

Jiffy lube told me I needed new brake pads. Not trusting them to do it I took it to car smart. It turned out jiffy lube was just trying to up sell me and lied about how bad the brake pads were. I didnt need new brake pads, and car smart didnt even charge me for looking at them and informing me that jiffy lube lied. Great people!

Ever since taking our truck to CarSmart for the first time several years ago, we have been very happy with their friendly, excellent service, and fair prices. We will never go back to the car manufacturer dealer again for repair service as long as CarSmart is an option for our vehicles.

They let me bring my car in and get my oil change done right away, even though I had forgotten to call and make an appointment before hand. Very accommodating, but definitely lucky they werent busy! Call to make an appointment before.

I once took in my old civic for a head gasket, I was quoted over $1800 and $2000 at other mechanics. I took my car to CarSmart for a third opinion and was quoted $1250 for the same repair!! They even caught other issues (belts) that needed addressing, their knowledge and expertise is unparalleled. Theyve saved me HUNDREDS of dollars and have gained a customer for life! Great friendly service. Tucked away and tricky to find, but in a great location. Wait for your oil change there with WiFi or walk to some of the great restaurants and coffee shops near by. They have serviced my old Buick in a variety of ways from major services to simple oil changes. Fair pricing.

I have been taking my car in to car smart for 4 years now. The customer service is always wonderful. They always fit my car in quickly. Their pricing is very fair. They never try to scam me into paying extra. I went to another car repair shop in Logan and they told me I needed new break fluid. The guy seemed a little shady so I took it into car smart and they said the break fluid looked brand new and even told me how to check my own break fluid so I didn’t get ripped off ever again. This is by far the best repair shop in Logan.

These guys do great work. Ive been going to them for a few years now and have no complaints. I appreciate that they never try to upsell me, and I feel like they are honest in their diagnosis of potential problems. They also have a nice, kid-friendly waiting area.

I came here for an oil change and tire rotation. They were friendly and quick. They are fairly priced and often have discount coupons online that I use.

I had some issues with timing, but it was well worth it. The issues were based off how I never really brought my car in at the right time, and when they got booked I was without my car for a while. It was a stressful time, but when I finally got my car back yesterday they did everything they needed to do to fix it, and more. The staff were always friendly, answered all of my questions. I was looking at about $1,500 worth of fixes out of pocket, but the staff had given a $400 out of their goodwill. Not only was the fix done to perfection, they had outperformed my expectations for them. I highly recommend going here if you need your car fixed!

I have brought two different vara here over the past year for various reasons. Every time I come in the front staff are very polite and they are able to see me quickly. The mechanics know what they are doing and are also very friendly and the facility is very clean.

I only spoke with the ladies here, they were courteous, very knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. They gave me honest advice about what was most important affordable and what was wrong with my car. The oil change and emission test took a total of 20ish minutes, the shop workers were so quick! I was also so impressed with Darlin; at one point she was scheduling an appointment, answering a question on the phone, and printing out a form for me at the same time, thats some good multitasking! I will always go here for oil changes, emission testing, and quotes for any other car problems I have as I know they will give me affordable quotes and great advice.

I use to go here for everything. I took my sisters car in yesterday and they told me that the brakes didnt pass inspection and that the routers were rusted through and needed to be replaced. They quoted me $400 (roughly) to fix it all. Then I took my car to a more reputable, nationally known place. I didnt tell them what Carsmart said, I just had them check my brakes. They said they looked fine, but probably needed to be replaced. Routers? Just fine.On top of that, Carsmart DID the car inspection, but we paid for it before we got the brakes fixed. Carsmart charged us for the inspection the first time we were in, then upon return, they tried to pass the car, but couldnt because they cant do emissions tests. Refund? Heck no!Im never going there again. I used to recommend it. Now I wouldnt.

I dropped my car off Monday morning without an appointment and was able to pick my car up Wednesday morning. I had been told by a different mechanic that I needed a new alternator, as well as a few other things which would run me close to $300 or more. The mechanics at CarSmart realized that I just needed a belt replaced and it ended up being $130 out the door. Everyone was friendly and willing to explain the details to me. I would definitely recommend.

My daughter is attending USU and the heater in her car stopped working (not good in Logan in the winter). My brother-in-law referred CarSmart and I wasnt disappointed. They were great to work with over the phone and very friendly. They took care of the problem for much less than I was expecting. I would highly recommend them.

We love going to carsmart - I feel their prices are fair, they explain car issues clearly and leave options up to the customer. Ive seen them drive people back to work or their homes while their car is in the shop and pick them up when they are finished. We didnt do that as I have 4 kids that come with me, they love working on the toy car and watching cars while waiting.Would recommend to anyone.

Had my truck in there 3 times trying to fix the heat. Still not fixed and the second time I picked it up the receptionist said we have 30 other cars to look at we dont have time to make sure it works. Well it still doesnt.

My car was having random problems shifting so i took it in after calling at 11:30. I sat in that repair shop for 5 hours with them. They took my car for an initial scan within half an hour of me bringing it in. They were polite, friendly, and very helpful. They answered all my questions in detail and were completely upfront with real costs. Something else I noticed TONS OF LADIES WERE THERE!!! Why is this important? Because everywhere I go theres always a line of guys that Im standing with getting real results. Then my turn comes up and suddenly my simple fix is some catastrophic the world is going to end problem that costs $2000. Not here. I didnt get even the feeling that i was being taken advantage of for not knowing tons about my car. They were even willing to teach a girl how to reset her maintanence light so she could do it on her own. These guys are 100% gentleman. Ladies go where the rest of the girls do. Come to car smart.

I came there to get my car checked out for a rumbling it was making, and they charged me 45$ just to tell me to replace my gasket. The gasket is less than 15$ and they didn’t even fix it, just told me that if I wanted to it’d take them around an hour for another 90$. All for a 15$ piece that I could do myself. They also treated me like I didn’t know anything, and although I might only be 18, I know a lot about cars.

This place is a scam. My truck wasnt passed for inspection at this auto shop because supposedly I had cracks in both of my rear leaf-springs on my truck. They wanted to charge me $1,000 for parts not including labor. After taking it to other mechanics and going through a different safety inspection at another location, my leaf springs checked out to be fine. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone because they take advantage of their customers.
