My transmission cooling line had worn through and was rapidly leaking fluid. Intermountain Cooling was pretty busy and couldnt fit me in, but they where able to help me same day! I took off the line and walked it over, had it back in no time and my problem was solved.Just driving past the shop often I can say these guys are a definite go to, especially if you have older trucks. I will definitely be having my OBS Ford truck serviced at this location!

These guys are THE BEST!!! I cant praise them enough. For over 15 years they always get my vehicle right in. The call with an analysis of the problem within hours. These people are incredible! I have been using them for many many many years. Always had very good service and extremely high quality work. This is the only place to take your car for heating and cooling issues.

They fixed my fan for AC/heat.. I only had the highest speed left. It was only a resistor, when a couple other places told me there whole fan would have to be replaced. Thank you for being so honest and knowledgeable with your work.

Intermountain is super helpful and more than fair with pricing and service. The owner, Richard, helped me out a ton with putting in a radiator I bought online and then replacing it when it was a lemon. He also went out of his way to let me pick the truck up shortly after closing time which helped a ton. I would highly recommend these guys for any cooling service you may need.

Only place to go for your cooling needs

Had a great experience here. My heat had stopped working so I gave them a call. They got me in and out the next day, thoroughly explained the work that was done, and didnt overcharge.

I took my car in for a tune up to another large mechanic shop in town and was told I needed a new water pump. So I called around for prices and these guys had the best price. Took my car in and got a call once they started looking at it and told me my water pump was fine. I haven’t had any problems with it. I appreciated their honesty.

I took my Civic in with dead AC knowing that it probably wasnt going to be good news. They informed me that the compressor and condenser needed to be replaced. I couldnt afford to get it done there, but I appreciated their diagnosis so I could confidently buy the parts and do the work myself. Richard (hope I remembered his name right) patiently chatted with me for close to 20 minutes after closing time and described the problem in detail. After ordering the parts and watching tons of YouTube videos, my AC is working great.

I was waitting behind a car in front of the store and this lady in front of me was just waiting at the stop sign not moving and I was waiting to go forward I waited a good long while and then I honked after a minute and she looked back and moved. Right as I did this tho a man who worked there with a beard flipped me off and started yelling at me and my wife cause I honked cause this lady was impeeding traffic which I wasnt even to mad about but that guy was being super aggressive for no reason at all and my wife got super scared what a horrible was to represent your company

Turnaround for radiator replacement was fast and staff seemed very knowledgeable. Cost for repair was good too, although the flush seemed a little high for what it entails. Will definitely use Intermountain for similar needs in the future.

I remember my parents going to Intermountain Cooling with our vehicles when I was a child. Now that I am an adult with my own cars I understand why they did. On two separate occasions within the last six months my cars had what I thought were complex problems. Intermountain diagnosed, communicated, and repaired the issues the day I brought them in. The service was great, they explained the problems, talked me through options and I was blown away at how reasonable the charges were. I will absolutely be taking my vehicles back there for heating and A/C issues.

Excellent!! The Service and turnaround time at Intermountain Cooling are top notch. My Jeep was blowing air out but none of it was anything but the outside temperature. After dropping it off, they gave me a call within a few hours and the cost was more than fair. I picked my Jeep up this evening and my heater works great! I couldnt be more satisfied.

These guys really know their stuff - If you think you need an air-conditioning thing, heating or air system (fan) thing fixed, they are folks to go to - Also, they are really straight up honest with their prices. If the job is an easy one, no expensive parts, you will have a small bill. 5 stars deserved!

Our heater decided to stop working and they got us in right away. They figured out the problem, told us how much everything was going to cost and then ordered the part which came the next day. They had no problem with my daughter and I hanging out in the front room even though renovations were happening. Everyone was super nice, I would totally recommend this to my friends!

I got my air conditioner worked on. They put in a dye to check for leaks, didnt detect any but told me to bring back in a couple weeks. I did and they found some bad o rings and replaced as part of the service. Im very impressed with the service. They also have me a ride to and from work!

They were able to fit us in on a really busy day within just a couple of hours. These were unexpected repairs and we didnt have all the money up front, but they had no problem splitting the payment so we could pay part now and part later when we get paid. Every interaction was friendly and our car runs great now with our new radiator! Highly recommended!

Intermountain Cooling is the best place that I know in Logan when youre having problems with your air conditioner or your heater they know what theyre doing they have no problem doing the Diagnostics and checking on it and making sure that you know everything thats going to go into it before you get the bill and before they do anything doing excellent job I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else to get it done so thank you very much!

Fantastic. Intermountain Cooling worked so hard to save me money. They really went out of their way to fix my Excursions air conditioner and came in well below their initial estimate. They could have charged me more, but didnt. Super honest and I will go back every time I need air conditioning work done on my cars.

Frustrating experience. I made an appointment the day before. When I dropped it off I was told it would be done in a couple of hours. I didnt hear from them after 4 hours; I called to check and was told I would get a call back right away. After another 1.5 hour wait, I called again. I was told they hadnt started but that it would be done in 30 minutes. When I got a call back it was $50 more than expected. I wouldnt recommend them because of so many false expectations.

I called and scheduled an appointment a day in advanced over the phone. I asked how long the service would be over the phone and they told me about an hour. When I dropped my car off they told me 2.5 hours, I did not arrange a ride so I had to find one. The man was very short with me and had no patience and proceeded to tell me that he didnt say that to me over the phone. I figured they would have called me 2.5 hours after my appointment time to tell me my car was ready, but they didnt. I called 4 hours later only to hear from the that my compressor was broken and all in all it would be $1,000 dollars to fix. Poor customer service and unreliable. I do not suggest you take your vehicle here.

This is got to be the number one place in Logan I had gone to a bigger place they were pretty much trying to get me so it to Intermountain Cooling and I cannot say enough how nice they were there one perfect place

I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance for an AC recharge. I arrived Monday morning at 8AM and waited TWO HOURS before they even started to look at my car. Apparently they had overbooked their schedule and still had cars left over from the Friday before to work on. When they finally did start to look at it, they did have OK speeds it took then about 45 minutes to come back and tell me my compressor was broken and it would cost over $800 to fix it.Basically, they dont know how to properly schedule and are far too eager to overbook themselves to get more business than to provide quality service. Im sure they are decent when it is slow, but if you are trying to get something done and they are booked STAY AWAY!A customer is far more likely to come back if you have to have them wait a couple days in order to properly serve them than tell them you will be able to help them at a certain date but make them wait for hours after their appointment.If you make an appointment for someone and they specifically request as early in the day as possible that will usually mean that they are trying to get something done before work or a meeting. You do not like it when someone holds you up for two hours because they are busy and expect you to just deal with it so I would imagine your customers expect the same from you.
