The showroom has good options and they were helpful and friendly to work with. But installation was a huge pain. We paid up front, and it was a huge burden to get the flooring completed. It took maybe 7 different people over the course of a month, with maybe 5 different installation days. It felt like there were people in and out of my house for a month, and we were living in the the work with a baby and a toddler. They do not return your phone calls, and it’s hard to get an answer. It has been 4 months, and I’m still missing 2 finished doorways and an end piece that was broken during installing and needed to be reordered. But they never actually reordered the parts and never followed up. Basically we’ve felt we needed to micromanage everything. FYI, finishing and caulking is not a part of the installation, you do it yourself. And as a mom of two babes, it’s basically the last thing on my list to do. Probably wouldn’t recommend them.

Ben Milligan who is a manager in sales here is the man! He always has been very honest and looking out for the customer. He truly cares about everybody he deals with and is super knowledgeable about all flooring products. To top it all off he has many year experience installing which makes him even more knowledgeable than the average sales person. I recommend Ben to all of my friends, family and anybody looking for flooring materials.

If someone was to ask me about in-stock flooring I would tell them to run the other way. After only 3 years of having my kitchen floor i am having to replace it because of the terrible job they did of installing my floor. I like the color but the installer was terrible!

They take your money, but never come and install the carpet. Then, they block your phone number when you call after a month of silence to ask why they havent come to install your carpet. Stay far away from this business. DO NOT PAY THEM UP FRONT!

They are usual pretty quick on following up on service calls/quotes/ and installation. Kaden is very knowledgeable about flooring and all the different residential options available.

InStock started out great with customer service. However, we have since discovered that we were completely fooled. Our carpet is 4 years old and needs to be replaced. It is matted so badly that I am actually embarrassed by its appearance. We have tried unsuccessfully to try to get our issues resolved. We have gone to the point of going directly to Mohawk, who told us they first needed the spec sheet from InStock. We requested it multiple times until we have finally just given up and feel so embarrassed and saddened by apparently being fooled. We spent over $11,000 in flooring for our very small house and specifically told Dennis at the purchasing point that we are retired and are spending our 401K money to update the house and didnt want to do it again for a very long time. We own a rental house that has carpet from Carpets of America that we got for half what we paid to InStock. We realize prices have raised, however that 20+ year old carpet looks much much newer and has held up so much better than what we have had for only 4 years. What a disappointment. I see they are moving to a new location, but please. BUYER BEWARE. There are much better choices available in Cache Valley. When I told InStock I would be leaving an honest but negative review, their only reply was, Oh please dont do that. That will really hurt us. But even then, not one effort to try to make right was was terribly wrong.

It was great to have in stock options as well as ready to order options for the flooring we needed. From the day we ordered the in stock options we had the flooring delivered and installed within days. The installation team was kind, professional and cleaned up after themselves. It was a great price and the store manager took really good care of us. Highly recommend stopping here if you need any flooring!

This company is awesome to work with! We had a difficult install of carpet on some stairs that the owner made sure was done right. They really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the final product. Pricing is very competitive. We will be using them to replace the rest of the carpet in our home.

We hired them to repair a hole in the carpet. Simple fix from what they told me.Their technician (Dennis) set an appointment, then never showed and never called. Two days later I called and found out that he had gone out of town and wouldnt be back until the following week.Called him when he got back into town and his excuse was that he lost our address. Scheduled another appointment. He didnt show again and didnt have the common courtesy to call. I called an hour later and he gave me some excuse that I didnt understand about his son being in Bear Lake. Okay, so I set another appointment for the next day at five oclock with the stipulation that he please call if he couldnt make it. Six oclock rolled around and he still hadnt shown up. And, surprise, surprise...he didnt call. This is totally unprofessional. We were going to have them replace the carpeting in our home in the near future, but no way now.

This is the worst customer service by far! Scheduled appointments to fix flooring installed three years ago. They never show up. I will probably have to sue them to get floor fixed. Four different appointments in six months. Dennis you should be ashamed. Mannington flooring has affirmed you are responsible.

I would have given a zero star rating if it was an option. This company is one of the most dishonest, and downright crooked companies that I have ever worked with.The hardwood flooring in our home was installed terribly with so many fallacies, including the quality of the wood. After a third party company inspected the floor and install, they ruled that the floor needed to be replaced by fault and responsibility of In-Stock flooring. After at least 2 years of back and forth with Deno (the so called Owner) he finally gave us a replacement floor. However, now we have spent the last 2 years trying to get him to install the floor as he is responsible to do and as he agreed to do (verbally) several times. To this day, our floor is in boxes in our basement and he hasnt replaced and installed as promised He is very difficult to get a hold of and he avoids issues and puts them off in hopes that you will go away. How this company is still in business is a marvel to me. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from In-Stock to not do it. You will likely end up with extremely poor service, product and a migraine to say the least.

Terrible company. They have the worst customer service ever. They don’t inform customers of the warranty policy. Refuse to show the spec sheet showing us what carpet was purchased. I really feel they take advantage of the elderly in the valley. ANYONE would be better than this company!

Nice people but cant follow through. Got a measurement a week and a half ago and was told the bid was coming shortly. after a few days I called and they just had a couple things on the bid that they had to finalize but the bid was coming shortly. Called again 3-4 days after that and I was told the quote was getting emailed to me as we spoke.... So I waited for an email...nothing. Five days later I call and (surprise) there is no finalized quote... hmm..I probably would have gone with this company if they could be on top of their job and be professional in getting me a quote but there are better companies in the valley who care about earning your business and being professional, so I went with one of them.

We were referred to InStock by a family member, so we thought it would be a good company. We went to pick out the flooring and they seemed really nice and helpful. However, we felt a little like we were being steered toward a certain kind of flooring ( the more expensive kind) because that was what our family members got. The flooring was nice and we needed it in soon and was promised that it would be installed in three weeks time. So we chose some laminate flooring and paid for it. Well, after our initial visit to the store the communication from the store owner/managerDennis began to break down. After four weeks had passed we called him multiple time asking when it was going to be installed. He gave us the run around and every time he said he would find out from his son and call us back. Six weeks after we paid them our money, still no floor. After seven weeks, I finally called and threatened to take my business elsewhere. The next day they suddenly appeared and finally installed my floor. While installing they asked if they could store their saws in my garage so they wouldnt have to transport them back and forth, which was understandable. I gave them permission to do so. However after they finished, I noticed that they not only stored their saws in my garage but was cutting the flooring inside the garage and got dust all over our stuff that was in the garage. They still have not finished some trim work that they promised, to cover the gap between the floor and the cabinets. I would never recommend these guys to anyone I know or anyone else for that matter, unless you want to deal with a big headache.

I am very unhappy with the job In Stock did on my floor. They didnt check the cement before laying the vinyl. As result I have a wavy floor. Had I known the cement wasnt level, I would have chosen a different product. However, I am happy with the fireplace and carpet they did.

We shopped all over the region for carpet for our new home. We wanted quality carpet, quality installation with good prices. We stopped at InStock Flooring on our way back from SLC (looking for carpeting). Kayden took very good care of us. The Customer Service at InStock Flooring is excellent. We ordered the carpet, it was installed when they said it would be and was an excellent job. We will be going through them for our basement as well.

We hired In Stock for several jobs for an interior remodel. We had nothing but trouble during every step: carpet ordering, tile installation, hardwood floor vents. Customer service was below average (with the exception of one employee who has since left), and finish work was shoddy.

Love my flooring but would not recommend this company. We were not happy with the service provided. We used two vacation days and our install cost about $1000.00 more then expected. We were scheduled for install on Wednesday and were push back to Thursday. On Thursday at around 2:00 pm I called to see if anyone was showing up and what a surprise the owner had gone on vacation and no one would be installing till next week. This lack of communication resulted in two wasted vacation days and four extra days without a dishwasher and stove/oven. Oh and the fridge was in the garage. Ok, now the extra $1000.00... get everything in writing!!! The floor needed some extra leveling which cost us $2000 we expected at most $1000.00. Sorry In Stock Flooring you missed out because we still need carpet in three bedrooms and a very large family room.
