If youre getting flooring installed ask for Pedro to be your installer. I knew where the seam was in the carpet but still couldnt see it. He has extreme attention to detail!

I was looking for a piece of carpet for a car project. They were very helpful in getting the texture and color I wanted for my small order for a reasonable price. I have another car in the pipeline. I will go back.

Great customer service. We have pets and we weren’t sure what was the best type of flooring for our specific needs. They took the time to educate us on the pros and cons of all the different types of flooring. We left feeling confident with the style and longevity of our product. The installation was fast, clean and efficient. We were so pleased that we are now using them to redo our bathrooms and countertops!!

Tyler, and all the folks I dealt with, were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I was very happy with the variety and quality of products from which I had to choose. I had three different installations—LVT, carpet and tile. All three installs were coordinated, quick, and expertly done. AND they came in $3000 under my other estimate. Can’t go wrong here!

To be fair, Abbey carpet used to be a great company until it was sold to the current owner.Under the old ownership and management I received nothing but the best and prompt service, however, that is not the case lately. I was interested in getting a bid for replacing carpet in the living room and a few bedrooms and I was told it would be two months before it could even be measured. I work in the construction trades and I know things are busy, but not that busy. When I did try to make an appointment, I felt like I was totally blown off and felt like I was not important to the busy owner. I got excuses about how busy he was with coaching his sons sports teams and that he was on vacation. Clearly the new owner doesnt have his priorities set on pleasing customers and running his business.I had some neighbors who built a home through a local contractor and had their flooring installed by abbeys, and they were very unhappy. The owner came and dropped off a couple of undocumented and illegal Mexicans to do the work. (The owner of the home speaks fluent Spanish and was told this by the workers) My neighbor said that owner acted too busy to care if the job was done right, and 3 months later, there are huge wrinkles through the living room, which wont be taken care of until the owner gets a minute to go and fix their work.I am happy that my business was not important to Abbey carpet, because it was important to another store in the valley. I will not name names, but would recommend taking your business elsewhere where the value of hiring legal subcontractors is appreciated, and the customers come first.

Good people. Great customer service. I made a mistake on my floor sq ft count and they spent a few hours trying to correct a problem that didnt exist. Sorry guys! They really are great.

We couldnt decide what type of flooring we wanted and they were so patient in explaining pros, cons, pricing, etc until we felt confident in our choices. They have the show room options, but also a warehouse for cheaper options. We felt we were getting a great price for our home.

We got new carpet about 7 months ago from Abbey Carpet. We needed the carpet in time for a party and the owner himself came to make sure it was finished in time. We love our new carpet, it is still stain free with young children on it every day and it still looks brand new. It is so soft that I love walking on it barefoot and every day I feel so spoiled. Thank you for your great service.

We ordered the Mohawk smart strand carpet for our home and they were very good to work with. After about 6 months of buying what we thought was the best carpet it began showing wear in a couple of places. We have been trying for three months to get someone here to look at it but nobody wants to stand behind the warranty on the carpet. First of all it was my sample wasnt big enough (not everyone keeps carpet samples after it is laid) and then after two months it was someone will be there in 10 days to check out your carpet. Well, that was about a month ago and nobody has contacted us. When I contacted Mohawk they said I had to go through the business, when I explained that I have been trying they quit responding.... When I call Abbey they tell me someone will call me back and nobody does, then I get an email, but now they wont even respond back to my emails. Their customer service is the worst I have seen!!! I would never buy Mohawk carpet or buy from Abbey again. Bad, bad experience!

One of my former students, who is a current student at USU, was in need of carpet samples for a wildlife research project. (Long story as to why). I called the company, asking if there was a chance they would be willing to participate and donate a portion of carpet. Not only was Abbeys Carpet willing to help, but did so with support and enthusiasm. I cant thank you enough for supporting our local kids and education. Also, beautiful show room and excellent customer service upon entry. Prices were extremely fair, and I managed to find a few samples Ill likely put in a rental in the basin. Thanks you guys!
