UPDATE: I reached out to the manager again after he replied to my review. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my phone and service with t-mobile, doing far more than any manager Ive ever dealt with.. They still didnt have the pink s21 in stock but he tracked one down from another store in Salt Lake and swapped it out for me. I finally have what I originally wanted so Im happy. 👍5 stars because the manager David did what he could to fix the problem and more. His employee with the man bun really needs to improve his communication skills and KNOW WHAT HES DOING so the manager doesnt have to clean up his messes.-Original Review-I went in to t-mobile already educated on pricing and promos. We were going to get the galaxy phones on the buy one get one promo as well as trade in my s9+. We went in rather than ordering online only because the s9+ was not an option in the trade in menu.The representative to help us specifically told me that my trade in was worth $800 (yeah that amount was surprising to me to) and that $90 would be applied today. Well it turned out that I traded my phone for only $90! I could have sold it for AT LEAST $300.Then the phone I wanted (the pink base model s21) was out of stock. The rep told me they had the s21 plus in pink, so I said Id have that instead (unaware that the plus did not come in pink).Then I get home, take the phone out of the box and see that its purple. Then I insert the sim and the service doesnt work. So I had to call in to get my phone going.I took the purple phone back in on Monday and talked to the manager who let me know that the plus didnt come in pink. I went home and thought about it then went back a week later. I told them to just switch it out for the original phone I wanted (base s21) in black or white. They were going to do that (while also treating me like an idiot) until they said Id lose the promo at which time they also said I wasnt getting anything out of my trade in.So I went home incredibly unhappy with my brand new service provider and totally ripped off. Thanks, I guess.

Thanks for the help and efforts to improve 👍Original review:I went into the store, two reps were helping other customers. I waited for almost half an hour and neither of them greeted me nor said hi when passing by me twice. Bad customer service!

The employees were great, the manager David was awful.I recently upgraded my phone and wanted to sell my old one. In order to do so I had to go through T-Mobiles unlock process. After following all the steps and meeting all the criteria it wouldnt for whatever reason unlock.While the employee was trying to help me he cut them off and insisted that we leave the store. He had no sense of customer service to the point that other people in the store commented how rude he was being.Will not be returning.Reading through the other reviews it sounds like this isnt the first time someone has had a bad experience with David. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.Edit: Reached out to the email they provided and never heard back... Guess they were just trying so save face? Cant say I am surprised.

A couple weeks ago I upgraded my phone and after a few days decided it wasn’t for me. I went in and spoke with the manager David. He was extremely helpful in not only helping me return my phone but find a phone that I would love. I highly recommend him and his store to anyone looking for a new phone/provider.

David and his team are great! This is the second time I’ve gone in and received more than amazing service. David explained everything in great detail and made sure that we understood what was going on and he was super helpful in showing us our options and helping us understand what we could do. The team is fun and hard working. They try to get you in and out as quick as they can so you can go on with your day. Love them! Highly recommend.

In reality in customer based business you would think that would be top priority, an employee should be trained adequately to handle every customer needs and not ever have to waist a customers time calling for assistance, I think a manager is not doing his job if an employee is calling him for assistance.

Nice people but poor and unprofessional customer service (largely from the manager), not only to me but to other customers around me. Will not be returning to this store because of the poor management. Took care of my problem with a T-Mobile rep online that was much more helpful and actually had a real desire to help me solve my problem to the end.

It breaks my heart to have to drop my review from 5 stars. We have really loved this store because it felt like they care.They post on their door that face masks are required for all employees and guests.This is a blatant lie.There were customers without masks inside.The manager came out of the office and did not have a mask. I can no longer trust them!

I’ve had multiple very poor experiences here. We were told one thing multiple times by multiple employees so that we would switch carriers and then when we switched they took that deal away. The manager Dave then called us liars multiple times and told us there was nothing we could do. This is not a real T Mobile store but an “Authorized Dealer”. The employees are either ill informed or lie to get your business and the manager Dave is extremely rude and condescending. I would 100% recommend going to the other T Mobile store in town. I will never return to this location.

Really disappointed with this store and their employees. I feel like I was lied to and manipulated so I would purchase something from them. I talked with Jaxon and the manager there (who I am still waiting on a call from 6 days later). Dont get me wrong, they are kind and respectful, but just bad business. Left a really bad taste in my mouth.However, long story short I am paying a few extra $100 for something I was not made aware of. I understand that there are contracts and they give you receipts but I really feel like I was lied to. Fact of the matter is that things were not fully explained to me.I am taking this as a learning experience to ask more questions, and if you are going to this location I would recommend asking questions and making sure you get the clear picture of what you are getting yourself into.

You are always guaranteed to wait around at this place.Today, 12/12/20 we waited for an hour, outside the building. Everybody walking out was commenting on how annoying and time consuming their visit was as they walked out.By the time we were done, we had been there for an hour and a half to exchange a phone.This location is pathetic.

Sam was the guy that helped us. My wife was good to go, then I showed up with a barrage of questions. Sam hooked us up with a NOW deal and a FUTURE deal. We wanted old style flip phones for 3 new middle schooler boys. We did not want smart phones because of distraction, gameplay, etc. BUT when they’re older would be Ok. Sam hooked us up with FREE smartphones for our 3 boys we can activate maybe next school year. I got a new tablet and service. Since then I’ve designed a hotspot camera setup for my vehicle.We went to the other Logan location and for some reason there was no mention of this kind of deal. They did want us to not go to the other location as to not pass COVID.Don’t flip a coin between the 2, just drive a couple miles south to the South Logan location.

We had a terrible experience here. I always felt like Dave was shady, like a used car salesman, now I know - he lied. We left the store, called customer service and got exactly what we were asking for. Dont go here if youre an existing customer, theyll just try to upsale you and arent interested in helping if youre not buying something new.

Dont listen to the guy below, I was there and saw what happened. The gentleman and his female companion were in the store and asking questions. The employee was explaining everything and I specifically heard him say that he was looking for a water damage indicator. He handed the phone off to two other employees to see if they could find it when the gentleman became agitated and started speaking in a demeaning way to the employee. The employee then explained again when the gentleman stated that he was losing his patience and that the phone came from you guys. If it were me I would have told you to leave long before he did. How dare you during the holidays, behave in such a way and then take to the internet to lie about it.

This week my phone started having problems with the charge port, where it wasnt picking up a charge at all. I went in to this store and told them of the problem. Since I have the T-Mobile Jump service, they were able to inspect my phone and get a replacement shipped out, which came to the store the very next day. The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. Although I think some of this experience was due to the additional fees I was paying for the Jump service (which I would definitely recommend after this experience, only $10 extra a month), the way in which the staff handled the issue was understanding, friendly, and very prompt. I was out of a phone for maybe two days at most. Ill definitely keep coming here.

Dont go here. I never take the time to write a bad review but the sales people here scammed me. They promised me a promo that doesnt exist and a free trial of another service that also doesnt exist. When I when to purchase my phone that had a $390 discount, the guy couldnt find the deal the next day when I went to trade it in. I was overcharged on my 1st bill with t-mobile even though they pride themselves on not having mystery charges. Im not saying t-mobile is bad as a whole, just skip this place and go to the North Logan store.

We were immediately greeted by Eli (Elizabeth) when we walked into TMobile. She was upbeat, friendly and extremely knowledge regarding the questions I had. We ended up switching to TMobile from ATT and got new iPhones. She was helpful, patient and through the process, we had so much fun talking to her and getting to know her personally and she patiently listened to us, getting to know us personally as well. The other employees and the manager all talked to us as well, they were all so friendly which made the store have such a cool and comfortable feeling. So glad we switched!

This store didnt even want to help me out with the promotions that was going on. I had to go to the north Logan they looked up my account with out Hesitation. Three men Argued with me. I was so upset. I am taking my business to Logan. Even though I live closer to the south one. That is fine to drive 2miles more to get good service

I would not recommend stopping at the store to anyone. Theyre really nice and helpful when it comes to buying a new phone but once you try to warranty it if when something goes wrong, thatll change real quick.My phone got a cracked screen so I went in to get it fixed. I only had had the phone for about six months, the guy at the counter said it was still under warranty but gave me a pamphlet of instructions on how to receive the warranty and would help me with nothing else.Long story short after 2 months of the runaround through their third-party service to get the warranty on the phone I found out that they were not going to warranty the phone!I went back and asked same guy at the phone store and he said oh, sorry that damage is not something covered under warranty even though he told me before that it was.I will not be buying a phone from T-Mobile ever again.Do not shop here it will be a waste of your time and money!!

When we switched over from our old server, Nikita the T-mobile worker at the store told us that if we switched over that he would pay off our other service so we could switch, he told us we could get the new iPhone XR and that I could get any color I wanted. Well a few months later our bill for the old service was never paid off so we called T-mobile and told them that we were promised by Nikita that our bill would be paid for and they ended up giving us a credit for half of what our payoff for the other service was and then left us with the rest. Dave the other T-mobile worker who is a manager and has a big beard would never return our calls and we called over 14 times and he never even bothered to call us back. they promised us a free IPAD that we never received but we’re getting charged for. We were lied to and deceived by Nikita and Dave at T-mobile To convince us to make us switch in hopes thinking that they would pay off our old service and start out with t-mobile. They wanted a new customer and Nikita wanted a sale. Dave never bothered to help us and Nikita didn’t care that he lied in order to get his sale. They are LIERS and they don’t take care of there customers. NIKITA and DAVE from T-mobile you are deceiving and you both are terrible customer service workers.

Terrible customer service. Theyre paid on commission so theyre only motivated to help you when it comes to selling a phone. They are not upfront on all the additional costs associated with buying a phone. When it came to helping me replace an old phone with its warranty they had a terrible attitude and were very unhelpful. Also, stay away from the tmobile revvl, it has many software issues and tmobile hasnt sent out any updates to fix the issues. Stick with more trustable companies like Samsung and Apple.

Im sure not all employees are bad, but I sure got one that wasnt good. I went in to buy a new Iphone, and I felt like I was pulling teeth to get answers from the dude about the different options available. After 45 minutes of barely learning anything I finally concluded to get the Iphone 6s plus. He told me it was back ordered, but would be shipped in 4 days (at the latest). Well here I am two weeks later and my phone hasnt been shipped yet. If he would have told me that back orders can take this long I would have bought another phone! I would have gotten the iphone 7 that was in the store. The guy would make stuff up and did nothing to help me. He wouldnt give me any options, and it felt like he didnt care whether I got a phone or not. Poor customer service.

Do not go to this store, after 15 min of the employee looking at the phone, I simply asked what was taking so long, his response was you can leave, it wasn’t sorry its taking so long and explain what he was doing, the whole time he was looking at the phone, he didn’t say anything to me about what he was doing, finally after I asked what was taking so long he said you can leave, really thats his response, horrible customer support
