Pretty delicious Thai salad. Their complimentary whole wheat bread is okay. I know what amazing bread tastes like. This aint it. I know another soup and sandwich shop which I prefer more. Its the bread issue.
Kneaders saved breakfast for us. We went to Dennys first and waited 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Then they said thered only be a 5 minute wait which was a bold faced lie. We got to Kneaders 5 minutes before their breakfast and all you can eat french toast was ending. They still took our breakfast order and kindly asked if we wanted any refills then before they stopped making the french toast. They were kind, patient, and saved our breakfast that morning. It meant a lot.
We really enjoy Kneaders. Their food seems extra fresh and flavorful with unique menu items. They serve the entire menu throughout the whole day, and their treats are delicious. I also use their gift baskets often for holiday occasions or as thank you presents. The staff is always very warm and welcoming.
I ordered 2 BBQ chicken salads, and the girl told me they were all out of chicken, but that they could do Turkey. Turns out she charged me $3 for Turkey! She never said it would cost extra, and I didnt figure it would since their Turkey salads are just as much as their Chicken salads! This was in the Drive thru so I didnt notice she did that until I got home, and I tried to contact them online but they got back to me needing more information, even though I told them everything that happened on the feedback form. So I had to explain it again, and then she said that she would forward my information to the store, but I have yet to hear back from them and that has been 4 days already since she last communicated with me about forwarding my information to the store! So beware you may be charged extra if they are out of something and offer you an alternative!!
Had a small reunion party outside on picnic tables. A gentle breeze kept us refreshed. Lunch meals fed us. I suggest the lunch box meal. For dessert I had one of the delicious gourmet eclairs!!Give them a chance to WOW! you
I know there is a shortage of staff, however I placed an online order and it said pick up in 15 minutes. I ended up waiting 45 and still was told it would be 15-20 minutes longer. I then had to request a refund of which I was shorted .50. The drive thru lane was working and cars going through steadily. If the gals in front could have helped the kitchen staff rather than stand around and give dirty looks maybe things would have gone faster. I have worked in the food service industry and try to be understanding but for a breakfast sandwich that should take 10 minutes tops, 45 minutes and undelivered food is ridiculous!
Kneaders always has good food, their service is top-notch, and they are fast and getting your food to you. They have excellent cheese and broccoli soup their turkey avocado Swiss is a great sandwiches well. Their prices are a little bit high but the value is worth.
Their french toast is amazing. My husband got the turkey croissant and loved it. I ordered their tomato soup online and when we went to pick it up they said they were out. I wish there was a way they could tell you that on the website. But their chicken noodle soup was good too. Yummy sugar cookies!
Kneaders is a perfect restaurant for someone whoβs fine with limp, brown lettuce in their salads, sandwiches that have been dropped and shoved into a box, and overpriced, dry desserts. The good news is, the building itself is always kept clean and tidyβproviding a charming atmosphere like that if any cute bakery. But do not expect the food to be anything more than dismal, and if you dare to complain about brown lettuce be prepared to meet glares that could melt flesh off bones from the employees. Kneaders puts out the facade that they are a cousin to the posh cafes that working people in the city would go to during their lunch breaks, but this could not be more of a lie. They will serve your food with the same unceremonious grace as a regular fast food restaurant, even if the affect it has on your wallet is vastly different.
Wish they had not run out of gift cards but otherwise everything was great.
The food was ok, a little pricy ($32 for 2 sandwich combos). My order came incorrect. I informed them and they said they would fix it, but just remade the exact order with the same mistake. Not a good first impression for me.
Unfortunately slow. Im aware of lack of employees. Praying u get help needed.
Not sure what the problem was today. Just wanted a simple croissant with ham and cheese. When It came it had egg and I am allergic. Sent it back then waited over 15 minutes and then had to go ask if they forgot. Got the sandwich and had very little ham and cheese and was not very appetizing. Would not recommend.
Pretty good. Pink piΓ±a colada shake was great, cookie was yummy, garden veggie soup wasnβt too special but the bread bowl was cool. Came for the French toast but was too late... another time :) overall good food! Spendy but high quality. Basic cafe menu that wonβt disappoint. Again - go for the French toast.
On a rainy night when all we wanted was some soup, the card reader was broken so it was cash only. The line was so long and we only knew the card reader didnβt work when it was our turn to order. Obviously we donβt carry cash because weβre millennials so sigh. No soup for us. We then had to wait in line just to leave because it was a single lane drive thru. Waste of 20 minutes. π Iβll update if we decide to come back when their card reader works because who even carries cash anymore?
Ordered over the phone around (8:15AM) after already struggling with their Door Dash and personal website services and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. I arrived around 8:40AM and still did not receive my food until 9AM. Guess Ill have my breakfast for lunch at this rate.
I really enjoy Kneaders Food is great and pastries are delicious. We usually get a chocolate dome and eclairs. For lunch we have tried their salads, soups and sandwiches. You can get any of their cafe sandwiches on a croissant instead of bread. I would recommend that. The Logan location doesnβt seem to be as busy as the bountiful or city creek locations so unfortunately they have been out of items I wanted a few times because they only planned for a smaller amount of business I think.
The food was incredible and the serve was great, too!
Nicely fresh baked food. There are many baked desserts to try along with their sandwiches and soups.Only real compliant is the slice of bread used for some sandwiches. Theyre much too big for the amount of everything else put between them. Could be that Im not a huge bread fan where others would enjoy it. Still an OK spot for this type of food.
Slowest drive thru in the valley. Their sister system must be faulty because Ive had to repeat myself multiple times to confirm my order. And about 10% of the time they get my order wrong. The food is pretty tasty though.
Saw this poor girl run to the bathroom crying during our visit yesterday after getting yelled at by the manager in the bandana. We were so disturbed by what we saw, we left! No wonder they have we are hiring signs up all over the place, I would not want to work at a place like that either! This is not the first time my husband and I have witnessed the same manager acting VERY unprofessional and RUDE during our trips to Kneaders!
Wow, I am really not impressed with Kneaders lately. My husband went to get me lunch today so I checked the menu, which offered a lobster bisque on the soup menu, and also a tuna melt. When he got there and tried to order the lobster bisque, the person taking the order told him they donβt have that and didnβt have an answer when he said that itβs on their menu. So he just ordered the tuna melt. When he brought it to me, we discovered that it was actually a chicken salad sandwich (which I canβt eat due to the nuts and water chestnuts), not a tuna melt as he had ordered. So I guess Iβll be going without lunch today! Iβm only giving 2 stars because the pastries are good (although the fruit tarts lately have had fruit on them that is mushy). Sadly, I think weβll be steering clear of Kneaders at this point.
Ordered a large Green Avacado salad. Salad was small, barely any avacado, a little bit of Oinion and a few cucumber chips. Bad value for $9.00.
Fast, service and pleasant personnel. Good food.
A little pricey but its been worth it for my family. The French toast is the best but only served during breakfast. We like the sour dough bread for sandwiches. Its subtle and thinner sliced which I prefer cuz Im not a fan of super bread-y sandwiches. I get a planet peaches smoothie everytime. Yummy!
No complaints. Decent place for salads. Thats all Ive had since Im gluten intolerant.
Food was good but they literally forgot to bring 3 out of 4 people their food
I was disappointed today. It took 20 mins to just get my cinnamon roll. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes to ask about it and had 3 ppl completely ignore me. I finally spike up and the woman was upset that I spoke to her and said she didnt see my order but she will check. I finally got my roll 5 minutes after that. It was not that busy and I was very patient. I felt as if her attitude was unnecessary and deeming. Then one I sat to eat my roll found out it was not worth $4. Was very dry and hardly any icing. The environment is very nice place to sit and music is good but I was not impressed with the attitude and service.
What started off as a normal online order turned into a process, in the end I am giving 5 stars. We made our initial order online expecting that the items orders would arrive as ordered. When the order was slated for delivery the driver (doordash) called and said they didnt have some of the items. We received the order about 30mins later. The driver did say he was picking up two orders that needed substitutions due to out of items. When we received the order, it was incorrect and missing items. I went to the store and was able to talk to the might manager. She was apologetic, listened to my concerns, corrected the order, and reimbursed the missing items. We even talked about what might help in the online ordering. I am giving Kneaders 5 stars for amazing customer service and really wanting to make the experience right. I will also return because the quality of food has been great. Definitely hit the spot on a cold rainy night. Thanks Kneaders for the great food and customer experience!
Turkey Cranberry Sunflower Salad! So so good
The best I loved the chicken salad sandwich and the most amazing cheesecake ever!!!!!!
Food is great and so are the desserts. Love the ruben and roasted red pepper gouda soup combo. Best combo ever! When we order from work, there has always been a mistake with our group orders for 8-12 people.Large orders are a challenge. We keep our fingers crossed for our first error free order. That may sound a bit exagerated but it is the truth. We believe there is a cosmic sun ray causing the problem? This last time our desserts were not delivered, so I called and they explained that the door dash person left a sack with our desserts at Kneaders. They kindly asked if we could pick them up and I told them that since we paid for delivery I didnt think we should have to come pick up the desserts. They agreed with me. After a brief consultation with the manager, we were told the manager would deliver our desserts in about 30 minutes or so. The food is soo good and they do their best to serve and make things right when they make a mistake.
IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD. The management at this Kneaders location is TERRIBLE! I went in for some coffee and to see there selection of baked goods. As I walk in I could immediately see the tension between the supervisor and the people working the front of house. I had heard rumors about the management bullying workers who put in their two weeks but I did not believe and still went in as a loyal patron. This all changed this week when I went in and saw that the supervisor Willow was screaming and yelling at the workers and claiming that they were giving attitude even though she was the one being completely out of line. THEN IT GOT WORSE! The store manager Kace was extremely unprofessional with me when I wanted to talk to her about the supervisor in the front and she told me I need to mind my business and order the food and hurry along. As I was waiting for my food eagerly waiting to leave I saw Kace scream to the entire staff to clean up a tiny blot of whip cream that she had spilled??? As I was about to leave I heard the manager Kace pull back one of the employees to their office. The manager was screaming so loud that the entire store could hear them and made the employee cry just because she needed to go get a back brace. I will never go to this location again and I do not advise anyone else to go.
So I love their food but a lot of times they are out of things. I went there yesterday to buy a loaf of bread early enough and they were out. Today I decided to call ahead to make sure they had it. The person who answer the phone put me on hold to make sure they had some. I waited a little longer than expected but was told they had it. I then drove to the location and when I showed up they didnt even know I called. They were out and said that they had a support line that takes care of calls and probably forgot to check with them. I wanted to take advantage of their loaf new years special. Please do something about this or otherwise youll continue to lose customers.
Cashier/waitress/future manager made this experience for us. Very friendly and kind while taking mine and my wifes order. Told us that her manager told her to tell us we were super cute when she brought the food. Really made our day! I cant remember how the food tasted, but I will never forget how I was treated, and that is worth the money.
Dont go there if you want what you ordered and in a timely manner. You will wait in the drive thru for 45 min, just to receive the food of person behind you or in front of you.
Food was fantastic! We tried so many things and I was in love with them all! Brownie, cookie, cake, bread, fruit pizza, pie, cheesecake! Its ok to splurge sometimes! Saturday night is the time to go! ;)Feel like a real foodie trying a variety of different gourmet desserts! So many gems in Cache Valley!
Friendly service and fresh fare! Beef dip is pretty good and the soups are always flavorful.
Super fast service and the staff were helpful and pleasant.
The food here is amazing! However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I placed an online order and arrived at the curbside pickup 20 minutes later. I texted that I had arrived and received a confirmation that they were working on my order. I thought that was a little strange since I had given them plenty of time but figured that they were just busy. After waiting for 10 more minutes I went in and found that my order had not even been placed. There was not so much even as a sorry until I asked on my way out what had happened to my original order. Like I said the food is amazing otherwise I would never consider coming back.
First off, you get 3 sourdough pancakes, sourdough. Nice and fluffy not too dense. Then theres the caramel sauce instead of syrup. Very decadent, smooth sweetness caramel sauce. Top 5 pancakes Ive had.
Very kind people! Lovely atmosphere.
Delicious! I wanted to add to this ! The bread is so good. The tarts are my absolute favorite. I love coming in for lunch and getting the turkey avacado.
I had their turkey bacon avocado sandwich and it was really good. We ordered out so I cant really rate the facility or staff.
Holy smokes this place is awesome. If you get the chance to have one of the raspberry cupcakes they are to live for. It makes everything right in the world after eating one of those.
The potatoes and sausage patties are to die for. The eggs are sometimes really juicy.
It tasted sooooo good. The food was amazing
Love their food but when Ive ordered for online pick up ive had to wait quite awhile a few times
Weβve been waiting 30 minutes for our food to be delivered curbside. Called the store and turns out they donβt do that anymore even though itβs still an option on their app. Terrible customer service and very slow. This is not the first time weβve had to wait 30+ minutes for our food. Will not be coming back.
Their French toast is amazing. Make sure you get there before 10 am though because after that it seems like they just give old French toast. Its cold and stale.
In our last few visits, we have not once received our full order. If this hadnt happened multiple times in a row, I would still leave a few stars because the food is good, but unfortunately the staff at kneaders leaves off at least one main menu item each time. Order two sandwiches, get one. Order two soups and salad, well you will probably at least get the salad. Not worth the hassle.
Kneaders french toast is amazing! Definitely worth the visit. Worth every calorie. Worth waiting all day (but they only serve french toast before eleven so make it on time!)
Had a special- irish stew. So yummy!
Lunchtime for my family can be chaotic with a picky 4 year old and a busy 9 month old so we look for a more relaxed environment. The decor was simple with displayed fresh bread and pastries alongside small boutique items for sale.Lunchtime seemed quite busy in the restaurant, but we were helped promptly. I ordered the Turkey Avocado Bacon sandwich upon asking what the employees recommend. I asked for no cheese at all because of food allergies and unfortunately my lunch was served on cheese bread. Dont get me wrong, the bread looked delicious and I am sure it tasted even better. I simply went to the front and ordered another sandwich. The homemade white bread was amazing! The kids meal didnt disappoint with fresh grapes and a delicious ham sandwich. My husband loved his turkey and artichoke panini.Overall, lunch was delicious! The downfall...be prepared to spend some money. The sandwiches are pricey. My sandwich alone was $9 - no chips or drink included.#lfthx#kneaders#kneadersbakery
Good food, good service, good environment, good indoor seating spaced out if you want to eat in.
Have visited numerous times if you enjoy fresh pastry/ bread and crisp salads / soups/ sandwiches very well maintained facility this is the place
Good food love them.
This place is the best, the staff is great, the food is great I just love eating here
I frequent this Kneaders! They are amazing. Order is almost always correct. Quality of food is on point. The staff is awesome! They always go above and beyond. The manager is very attentive and fixes any problem that arises right away. I love this location and will continue to come here :)
Always good, grandkids love the cinnamon French toast
Great sandwiches! My wife loves this place.
Visiting from Florida and we discovered this restaurant. Weve literally had lunch AND dinner here 3 days in a row! Yummy!
Good food but frequently out of items (breads, broccoli cheddar soup) and they frequently make errors on our order (wrong salad, wrong salad dressing). Really expensive.
The pastries here are fantastic, definitely recommend the cheese melt on the asiago cheese bread! Super tasty!!
We try to stop here when were in town love this place
I dont like sandwiches. But I loved this sandwich. You guys did an amazing job. The girl working the front counter was so nice. She was patient with me and my taking forever in deciding. She told me her favorites and what she would recommend. The service was fast and establishment was clean. Keep up the amazing work you guys. You have an awesome team.
Good desserts
I was a little disappointed with my most recent visit. As I am not from the area, then I donβt eat here often. We did an online order, which said that it would take 9 minutes to prepare. We finally received it about 20 minutes later. Then, they almost forgot our drinks. I was a little disappointed but understood that they were probably busy. The food itself was decent but expensive. I got a cinnamon roll on the side, which was fine.
The food is still good but the last two times we ordered or picked up food they left out large parts of our order. The main course for one and kids sides
I like the food here but it seems that the staff doesnt care about individual requests. My wife and I eat their occasionally and we order a sandwich that has bacon and onions on it. Every time we ask them to make the sandwich without those items. They say okay, but never fail, they never listen. I went through the drive through today and we ordered the same sandwich, no onions, no bacon. We got it, it had both. We had to tell them to take it off. I know that it is easy to just take it off, but when someone is pregnant, even those smells can cause trouble. However, if I am paying for something, I should get what I ask for.
I did a curbside pickup and they never brought my order out. I had to call them and tell them I was waiting for my order. I followed the instructions for curbside pickup. I had to wait another 10 min for them to make it and i didnt get the bread that was supposed to come with it. The salad was $8 which is high especially when they dont fix the order according to their menu.
Always a nice place to grab soup or a sandwich. The girl that helped us was really friendly. The Lobster Bisque was delicious and the Asiago bread was amazing.
Really good food and service
Their French toast is great
Every other breakfast place in Logan had an hour plus wait, so we decided to order Kneaders online. They said it was a 9 minute wait. We got there and the food was right on time, and it was delicious! Thanks Kneaders!
Very disappointed. Ordered online an hour before pickup. Stopped after work to get it. It wasnt even started yet. Watched them talk and wander for 3-4 minutes before they started (just 3 bread bowls and soup). Got it 10 minutes after arriving and store was nearly empty. I was annoyed but it happens. What really was frustrating is that when I got home I didnt even have the right soup. I really dont like tomatoes based soups but thats what I was stuck with considering I live 20 minutes outside of town.
Ive been craving their french toast, so I went in last Saturday morning to satisfy my craving. The french toast came out cold (not even warm enough to melt the butter), and something about the strawberries and whipped cream was off. It tasted like it had been prepared a couple of days ago, and left in the fridge.... uncovered. My second piece of french toast was better... but not much. We sat by the fireplace, but alas, it was turned off. Not sure if I want to go back.
The service has usually been great here, but specifications of my order have been wrong a couple times, hence removing one star. Food is obviously amazing, just a little pricey.
One of our favorite go-tos, especially for breakfast! The food is always delicious, the staff polite and helpful, and the seasonal products and decorations are fun to browse too. Try the all you can eat French Toast or the Greek omelettes!
Kneaders food is always delicious and has some nice healthy options. But this particular location will ALWAYS forget part of your order. We have visited over ten times and each time at least one item has been missed. Unfortunately we usually discover this after weβve driven away and are always disappointed. Even more unfortunately, the food is good so we keep going back even though they perpetually shortchange us and leave us disappointed.
The crumb here is very derivative. I was raking it up on a Monday and was chased away. I only got two bags into la barge that week. Apple juice non existent, which is sad. The absence of distractions make it easy to work on my thesis here. But they ask you not dance and that lights stay on. And they are closed nights too. So Ill never get money for my bike without that crumb and stuck riding the bus. RTM Out
You βkneadβ to go here! Haha, get it? Anyway...
Love being able to order fresh delicious options! There is something for everyone here. Dessert is a must, its all so good!
Delicious pies for our family dinner. Its very nice to be able to reserve and pick up freshly made pies for dessert rather than work on them myself and worry if theyre going to come out well. I know they will be wonderful from Kneaders always. Theyre a tradition now! Everyone has their favorites and our list is growing!
The food is awesome, but Iβve never received good service at this kneaders. At 1 pm I scheduled a pickup for 3, I got busy at work and didnβt get there until 3:15. My food wasnβt ready, I had to wait 10 minutes while they prepared it. They gave me the wrong drink and told me they had substituted my pastry because they didnβt have the one I ordered. Iβm allergic to almonds and couldnβt eat the one they had substituted it for.
This is my favorite place to get breakfast in all of cache valley. Their food is amazing especially their endless french toast. As a bonus, it is very affordable. I took my sister and we both ate our fill for $12.50 (we both got water cups). The atmosphere of the place is really nice too. Its well lit, with lots of natural light coming in huge windows and the whole place smells amazing!
The endless French toast was good. But it ended after one plate when they informed me they ran out of endless French toast.
