Waited in line for eternity just so they could royally screw my drink up. Ask for 1/2 the amount of sweetener and got more instead now I can’t drink it. Tried calling to explain no answer.

Before the pandemic when I did online high school I made it a tradition to go to this Starbucks every Friday and spend several hours getting as much homework done as possible, I kept it up for the whole school year, and those study sessions are the reason I had good grades that year. I couldnt go in at all last school year but I intend to continue this tradition the coming year because it was such a great thing for my grades and for my sanity to study somewhere different than my bedroom lol.

Someone please give Rachel some costumer service improvement courses her behavior today was not tolerated not the way to serve a daily costumer

I was at Starbucks this morning and witnesses the most awful thing. I was behind a gentleman that they had messed up his order. Seems like they warmed up his crossonit and he wanted it cold. So the barista her name was Rachel, took the croissant that he had right out of his hand and said I need this back first. Then she said she could make him another one. First off why would you take something out of someones hand so aggressively, Especially something you know you are going to throw away. And she was just so rude to him, and she smirked right at him. I had the same type of incident happen to me a week ago and they let me keep the drink they messed, I have never seem them treat someone so awful. I felt so bad for the guy. I dont know if she didnt like the guys because they were Hispanic but that is no way to treat a customer. Very unprofessional.

I usually enjoy coming to this place to order my drinks, but lately when I have ordered my usual drink, (the trinta strawberry acai ) with the extra scoop of berries at the drive through they never put them in when asked. So today, I went inside to explain this I was yelled at by some heavy set woman with dark hair and she tried to make it so I couldnt get a word in edge wise and I spoke to her in a normal decent tone. The employees need to seriously improve their customer service skills better than what they have by LISTENING and speaking Decently to their customers.

I don’t know what it is about this Starbucks but they always have the NICEST employees. Today, for instance, I was greeted by employee Kylie Kelly, who is by far the sweetest, most personable and kind lady (seriously, please consider nominating her for employee of the month). But in general, everyone at this location is so kind and positive. Although I work closer to the north Starbucks, I always choose this one.

I like this location and the employees are very helpful. I do wish they would be open after 9pm on cold nights after I get off work Id love a hot chocolate but otherwise great location and most of the time friendly service, thank you.

They are out of everything and its takes 2-3 times to order a coffee, at a coffee store, to get one they have the ingredients for. This morning my daughters and I ordered 3 of the same thing the same way, right off of their menu, no specialties, to make things easier. The girl asked us to repeat the order no less than 5 times (salted caramel cold brew), then repeated it back as vanilla twice. She corrected it, then when we got to the window, they were out of SALT, and asked if just the vanilla was okay. We nicely reminded them it was caramel, the person said oh yeah, thats what I meant and then have us vanilla anyway. They dont seem to care. When you spend $17 on 3 drinks, the least they could do is make them correctly.

This place is beautiful, internet is pretty fast, I came here three days in a raw and majority of the stuff seem genuinely nice, couple of times my tea was just water and a bit of milk.

Best hot chocolate in the world (just my humble opinion). On a cloudy, cold day, the employees are always warm and bright. But the hot chocolate . . . oh the hot chocolate!

Disgusting restroom. Poor customer service. When I mentioned the bathroom situation to management, all I got was excuses. This store staff needs training badly.

Great service every day during our 9 day stay

After we ordered our drinks, a group of sorority girls walked in. They knew the barista and she spent several minutes talking to them. She then asked what they wanted and started making their “on the house” drinks before ours. She served all of her friends free drinks and then they finally got to our drinks. We had to wait quite a while. Drink we’re good. Very poor service.

Would give no stars if I could for this location. Today marks the 4th time in about 2 months Ive gotten coffee in the afternoon that was cold. Even ordered an Americano today and it wasnt even warm.Not sure whats so hard about keeping hot coffee at a coffee shop... the employees are clearly not brewing fresh coffee at regular intervals like theyre supposed to (or even paying attention to the fact that theyre pouring cold coffee). Pretty absurd to get cold coffee so regularly, regardless of the hours. Was never offered a pour-over or anything either. Just given cold coffee.

I dont go for the coffee. I love the atmosphere here. Doesnt matter which location. This is one one my go to places for writing. But, I love their Petite Vanilla Bean scones. Freaking awesome. Go buy some. They are like ambrosia for the gods. (In the picture, see, I write here.)

The baristas were so kind and helpful. Holden took my order and he was very patient with me and gave helpful suggestions. My drink tasted wonderful and was made in a timely manner!

I have supported Starbucks for many many years every single day. I just went in the other day and this one particular employee didnt like my mask and told me I needed to change and wear the one they wanted me to wear. I said no thank you and they made my pregnant self wait outside in the freezing cold while they made my coffee. I stood out there for 15 min while I saw the drive thru fill up and empty at least 2 x.

45 minutes wait today for them to get our 2 drink order wrong and they have absolutely no food prepared. Seems like thier making up thier own hours, I have tried to go multiple times recently when they were suppose to be open and they had shut down with explanation.

I Went through the drive thru. They were out of stock of what I wanted. So I told them I didn’t want anything, while waiting in the line I changed my mind when I got to the window I ordered 2 drinks. They told me to pull around and wait for my drinks, which wasn’t a big deal. I waited 17 minutes and still nothing. It’s not even that busy. Two cars in the drive thru. I go back through the drive thru to get a refund and there was no sorry, no nothing. What a joke of customer service and for not even being busy what where they doing?

This Starbucks is my favorite. The staff are always so friendly, and have always gotten my orders correct. Even if I’m on the North side, I will purposely wait until I’m on the South side of town, so I can stop at this one. :)

I ordered no whipping cream on my drink because it makes me sick, has ever sense my first pregnancy. They did add it. however even though it was super super super busy they quickly made a new one and they were very polite about it.

Theyre always messing up my orders. Theyre very impatient in the drive-thru while taking orders. It makes you feel very rushed. Heres an example, I order a venti Carmel frap, is that all? No, with extra carmel, is that all? No, with no whip and coconut milk, is that all? No, can I have it double blended please, is that all? For that drink, I have another drink to order too. And it goes on and on and on. They love to interject is that all is that everything its soooo annoying. I will tell you if that is all. If you want to communicate that you got what I said then say repeat it back to me or just say ok. Ughh. Very frustrating.

The only thing I ever get at Starbucks is the Vanilla bean frap. Its my favorite thing ever. The reason for the 3 stars is because the first time I went to this Logan location, I went through the drive through and was handed a melted vanilla bean frap. I was only slightly personally offended. But all is well 👍

I have been having to go to this location due to the north logan location temporarily being closed. Very poor customer service. On this last visit my drink was made wrong and when I asked the counter about it they said they were out of an ingredient and had forgot to tell me.

Hey, consistency is King here. I will visit a lot of mom and pop coffee shops for thier unique brews or atmosphere (Ibis).However, if I need to put on the coffee shop headphones and get work done. SB tends to be my choice.

Im from Seattle and love Starbucks, but they cant seem to ever get my order right in Utah. In Seattle, they boast that theres not a drink they wont make. In Utah, they tell me if its not on the menu, they wont make it.

I dunno what the guys name was that just made my drink but it was the BEST extra caramel frapp Ive ever had!! Its the only thing I ever order and usually when I ask for extra extra caramel they seem to put less than they normally would on it😒 but this guy put the perfect amount! I was drinking caramel basically 😂😍 and they were all super nice here! This might seem like a dumb comment but that just means you dont love caramel as much as I do😏

Came in tonight for a couple of toasted white chocolate mochas. I had one a week ago and it was excellent. Tonight, I basically got hot milk. Didn’t get a receipt either. I will definitely be calling the manager in the morning.

If it were possible to rate them higher I would. Just great customer service inside, and at the drive thru. Ive been to many a SB where you are treated like number. Here, the morning regulars are greeted warmly by their name. Of course though, all are greated warmly. So happy that I live near this Starbucks

I do love a good cup or joe with an extra shot. This Starbucks is always a nice pitstop if you are on the south end of town and dont want to or cant get out of car. Drive throughs are always a plus with kids!! They seem to have it down to a science when getting those long looking lines down to you pulling up to window and grabbing your joe. Very impressive! The only reason I give this place four stars instead of five, is because I do enjoy their coffee, though I normally venture further north into town because my taste buds really feel that extra shot from the walk-in coffee shops. Though, this doesnt stop me from making a quick run through here, now and again, even if the strength of my drink doesnt seem to hit me quite the same.

I drove by this morning before work to get a Caramel Frappuccino, without coffee, but I may have said the latter part too quietly and the one I received included coffee. I gave the coffee to a friend of mine at work and was going to just chalk it up as a loss for me, but my co-workers all urged me to call them stating that they were really good at fixing those errors and it would be worth it for me to at least call.I did and they fixed it right away! I was blown away by their customer service and willingness to fix any problem.

I love Starbucks and usually I tell everyone that this one is the best in town. Recently, they have been making my drink wrong after they have re-read my order and still ask me at the window. I went the other day and the barista said they made my drink wrong and if I still wanted it. I said no and he brought me a completely different drink that was smaller. I was so annoyed but there were cars waiting behind me so I didnt even bother telling him and left.

Im being generous on the stars. Starbucks what do I say about this company? The coffee isnt that great. The prices are ridiculous. Dont understand how people pay the prices they do for mediocre coffee. My suggestion is to kick corporate America in the junk and start drinking real coffee. Black Rifle Coffee Company is the best coffee you arent drinking. So come on Starbucks faithful and drink real coffee.
