Went in to have my phone looked at because it stopped charging, mike took care of me and fixed my phone for free! Wouldn’t even let me pay him for his service! Awesome people and awesome service and great prices on all of their phones!

I have gone here 4 times, if not 5 in a matter of months. They have applied each screen protector for me and I have NEVER had such trouble anywhere else. Air bubbles appear within hours of application and do not disappear as they claim. They also cannot apply it correctly. Its over part of my front camera. I kept giving them chances, having different people apply, spending well over $30. No proper application. Not coming back.(I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+, they also told me my phone case is not the issue.)

I had a screen protector put on the day I got my phone and they forgot to pull the film off from the factory so I went back in and they did replace it for free but now the new one is getting big bubbles in it and I cant get them to go away. Ive never had that problem else where so I wouldnt recommend going here. Now I have to go else where and pay to have one put on!

BAIT AND SWITCH. Paid premium price for a screen protector with a lifetime replacement warranty for $6. Now they are charging $10. It was NOT a subscription we bought. But a unlimited replacement warranty! Shame shame shame.Update. Now the replacement screen protector is downgraded to plastic, not the tempered glass purchased under the agreement.

Had a poor experience here my first visit. Waited and waited while the associate chatted with his buddy. Finally walked out.Today I had a screen protector replaced. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The store associate today was awesome.

I feel very cheated out of my money. After paying about $60 for a lifetime warranty and only using it once, they never told me that I had to keep my old screen protector in order for the warranty to stand. I thought it was used through my phone number. After getting a new phone and replacing my old one, I never thought to take my old screen protector off. When I went in expecting to be able to get a new screen protector for $6, they told me I had to buy a whole new warranty. Paying a total of $60 for a LIFETIME warranty but only getting 2 screens out of it is extremely overpriced and ridiculous. My family will not be buying any more warranties or going back to Zagg.

After reading the reviews on here I cant decide if I just went in at a bad time, or if they have just gotten all of their friends to write reviews......There were two employees and no other customers when I went in today and I felt like neither one of them wanted to look up from whatever they were doing on their computers to help me. The one who finally did kept messing around on his computer the whole time he was helping me - he was obviously very distracted.Update: I went in again today and had a great experience. This is my second time into the store and I am very pleased with the work. My new Samsung Galaxy S9 + screen protector looks great. They installed it saving me the hassle. I am glad I went to them to get it done. The prices are pretty fair I will happy spend $37 to protect almost a $1000 phone.

Horrible customer service. They didnt have the screen protector on hand that I needed. They then told us 3 separate times to come back on a specific day that they would have it in, only to find out that they had sold out again, even after promising they would hold one for me. Their hours are 11-6; we have shown up at 11:15 to find out they still werent open, along with another time showing up at 5:30 and and they were already closed. We love Zagg, but do not recommend this location.

Was closed even though I came during business hours. No sign, no explanation. I triple checked that I was there during business hours and even called their number to get no answer and no call back even though I left a message.

Love Zagg, but don’t ever answer the phones, and the hours on google are incorrect. Tried calling before I drove an hour to get my screen protector and to make sure they had the correct size for my phone, but the phone was never answered, all day. Drove from Layton to Logan to get my screen protector and got to the store at 6:40, when we got to the store we we were informed that Zagg closes at 6:30. 😡

That store is so honest and up front! We loved our experience. Go there for quality screen protection.

Long time ZAGG fan. I’ve been using Ryan’s services since he had a cart in the mall. Amazing customer service! I hadn’t really used this store location because I live on the other end of the valley.I upgraded to an iPhone XS Max at Best Buy 3 days ago on Saturday and bought the glass+ 360 for it at the same time. I put it on as soon as I got home, but couldn’t get the back piece to sit just right with the bumper. So over the weekend, the sides of it started to peel and it quickly got dirty and was unappealing. I came in to have them replace it and was ready to pay for the replacement and install, and he DIDN’T CHARGE ME! Apparently there’s like a 1 or 2 week install guarantee!

Good scam you have going on. Charging me $6 for ground shipping and then requiring me to ship the old screen back at another cost for shipping. How exactly does that constitute a direct replacement? No thanks! From now on Ill use Amazon. Hopefully more people will wake up and punt this business to the curb. Verizon is also complicit in this scheme because had they explained the complete warranty process Id have told them to shut their pie hole.

I continued to wait and when they finally addressed me, they simply said they didnt have the screen protector i needed. What a huge waste of time. Poor customer service.

I went in today and I was treated very well! He put a new screen protector on my i phone 6 and did a perfect job. I usually like to do that stuff my self but he did awesome !!!!! My macbook screen was really dirty but he cleaned it and made it look awesome. not one impurity on it! The glass screen protectors are awesome! Go to Zagg!

My poor poor screen has seen some things. Thankfully I went in and had sooo many options when it came to screen protectors. Now my phone can live on another day WITHOUT a cracked screen. 🙏🏻

This is not my favorite Zagg to go to. There is only ever one employee there, and last time it was at least a 30 minute wait to get screen protectors replaced. The owner/operator, Ryan is a nice guy, but he can be hit or miss. Sometimes you can go during open hours and no one is there. Sometimes he does not have the items in stock that you need. If you are looking for keyboards, speakers and batteries, the stock is even more dismal. I try to go to Salt Lake and the Zagg there, just because it is so consistent. But Logan is closer and sometimes the gamble pays off.

Store is something to be upgraded and cleaned. I dont think they own a vacuum, but my shield for my phone has held up great.

Best customer service and products! We were so impressed~ we drove over 60 miles to have a warranty item fixed~ we left a message 20 mins after they closed, we had a call back within 10 mins and they stayed after hours, waited for us, went the extra mile to clean our phones and help us with a few issues we were having. What an awesome couple! They worked together to get us fixed up and on our way~ no pressure to make a purchase~ they simply wanted to make sure we were taken care of and happy! What a great example of how to run a business! We will keep making the drive for their service and products! :)

I’ve stopped by on three separate occasions when google said they were open and they were closed. Further, on previous visits, I’ve gone in and they haven’t had my phone size in stock. They took down my number and told me they would call me when they got it in and then never called me. I’d rather drive to Layton or Salt Lake City for a replacement than the Logan store. Not reliable.

Been there multiple times and have now been told 2 different prices for redoing the screen. There was a bubble in the front screen which I pointed o ut and was not given any sort of acknowledgement for the mistake or discount for redoing it on my new phone. When it was done I was charged $6, which should have been for both sides. When I left it had only been for the front screen and from what I was told it was $5 to redo both sides of the phone after paying full price the first time. Also the new phone that was done was not cut properly and has a bubble.Redo: he took care of my issue promptly and I will continue to refer and to go back to zagg he did an amazing job and i was given an amazing experience

Bought a screen protector from these guys and when i went in about 6 months later to get a new one they wouldn’t honor my warranty. The owner flat out called me lair, stating that there was no way I bought it there (i even had the receipts to prove it). The owner (Ryan) was a complete ass to my wife and I. I’ve been going to these guys for a couple years now but there is no way I want to support a business ran by a guy like that.

Faster and cheaper than the zagg in saltlake

I stopped in here to get a screen protector on a Trimble. The tall guy working was too busy talking to his neighbor and sipping his soda to get anything done, so I left. I have never seen anyone work so slow. It was painful to watch.

Ive been to 3 different zagg stores and none of them are good like this one in Logan . Every place I went to did half ass jobs and I always was walking out with bubbles on my screen and all the edges are lifted and they all said the same thing to me . That should go away and seal down . And sadly never was true . Till I drove all the way to Logan and they did my screen perfect and didnt let me walk out till all bubbles was gone and everything was flat on the screen and even used a blow dryer to speed the process up so sealed before I even left. I will always make the drive to Logan for my phones and iPads. They worth every penny and more . No other zagg place dose what these guys did for me and my phones .

They are “supposed” to be open at 11AM on Tuesdays. I showed up at 11:20AM and was told by the man working at the cell phone outlet in the same office space, that I shouldn’t expect to see someone until noon. This is ridiculous! If this location can’t even follow their normal business hours on a regular basis, they shouldn’t be allowed to operate. Pathetic.

Zagg is super high quality product and Ryan is the man to talk to if you you need professional high quality work done and for a great price also!

Dishonest, liar, and a cheat. Horrible customer service. Ryan snapped my wifes iPhone case in half while twisting it not in an effort to remove it. He was just fiddling with it, and even let out a oops! when he did so. 10 minutes later when I went in and asked him about it he gave me a smirk and said, I didnt break your case youve got a crappy case, and made no effort to offer any reasonable compensation. He snidely said I could buy a new case off the rack and that he would take a dollar or two off, but flat out denied damaging it at all.Before he snapped it he questioned my wife up and down about the Zagg shield that was being replaced was actually a Zagg shield. I understand that you need to make sure, but even after she showed him her receipt, he still was reluctant and made her feel like a liar.Bottom line, dont go there unless you want to have your integrity questioned, your stuff broken, and be lied to straight to your face.

My wife and I were needing to get a screen protector for our ipad and we were not sure how this place was but decided to give it a try. As we walked in we were met with the wonderful smell of freshly baked bread. No sooner had we walked through the door when an employee greeted us and ask how he could help. I was very impressed with how well dressed the man was (I believe his name was ryan) and how much of a gentleman he was. He quickly helped us out with our needs and we were on our way. I will never forget our experience at the Logan Zagg Store.

Brittony was great and stayed after hours to put a cover on my phone.I called previous to going in because my protective cover had bubbles in it and I could not Swype text. He said okay and there would be no charge. I told Brittony and she said okay and then charged me $20. This doesnt make me very happy.

Ive been in 3 separate times and they never have the screen protector for my phone. He tried to upgrade me and charge me another $25 but I declined. Ive already paid for mine and its not serving its purpose because I can never get it replaced! He took down my number and said hed let me know when they were back in stock, never heard anything. Such a joke, Im taking my business elsewhere!!!
