I Love to come to this Verizon store because of the helpful staff. I enjoy having someone help me and answer questions in person

Im very impressed with how quickly and efficiently they activated my phone and answered the questions I had. Clean, simple store. Lots of customers when I went in around 1:00pm but the employees working had it all under control and were very on top of things!

We had a GREAT experience over the last few days getting our plan and phones upgraded. We worked with Tresdan and he was SO good to work with. He answered all our questions, helped us find out what would be the most cost effective options for upgrading our plan, gave us a breakdown of exactly what our new bills would look like including all the options we were considering. He then helped us get some great discounts upgrading 2 phones on our plan and making sure we could get the best deals available. I was impressed with the time and attention he took for each of us including the time it took to set up and transfer multiple phones. We had a great experience here! Thanks Tresdan!

These guys are a third party for Verizon not a Verizon owned store. They were upfront about the cost of a phone upgrade. They were misleading about a trade promotion and dont inform me of the trade in credit I couldve received at the regular Verizon store. It also costs more because of the setup charge. Next time I will just go to the actual Verizon store in North Logan.

I can not express this enough!!! These guys are what you want in a company! Brennan and Tresdan were amazing to work with and are fine young men! I would highly recommend this store to all of my friends and family!:)

Was in the south Logan store at the begining of April. We boought 2 A71 phones. The phones are nice. The gentle man help us was helpful at the time. However, two weeks after purchasing the phones, i was reviewing our bill and noticed that he sold use screeen protectors for A51. When I called and asked about it, he tried to tell me they were the same, but the A71 is a bigger screen. He than said that he was out of the A71 screens.I asked why i was not told that and he said he must have forgot to say something. He than told me, that because I got the 100 free accessories I didnt pay for it, it was free and my phone was protected. However, I was thought I was getting a screen protector for the A71, so I was not getting what I paid for. It does not matter if i was getting a discount or not, the point is i should have been told. I warn any one going to this store to beware, they are not straight up. The feeling i get is they are more concerned about selling product than customer satisfaction. I would not recommend buying from any Russell Cellular store.

This store is joke! They didnt report to corporate or to Google or anyone that they were closed down so Verizon corporate sent my replacement phone to them instead of the real Verizon store and I had to spend roughly 7 hours on the phone and in the other store to get a working phone. I live on the south end if the valley but I will drive past this joke of an establishment to go to the north location. I would advise everyone else to do the same using these hacks is asking for a problem.

WORST PHONE SERVICE OF MY LIFE!!! MY PHONE DOES NOT WORK! I have had to call CS 4 times and they do not fix it!! I have spent 2 hours on the phone each time ive called. I got the new S20 and have had it for 2 months and calls are still dropping! Do not get this service. It is practically a scam! I have missed so many important calls. When ppl call it rings once and says answered remotely and goes to voice-mail everytime. No one can get ahold of me.

Liars. Overcharged me, ported the wrong number over. Would never tell me what accessory credit amount I had. Ive been trying for two weeks to clean up their mess on the phone with Verizon. If I were you, Id steer clear. Never told me about Russells hook up fee, above and beyond Verizons. All around rotten place. Horrible experience.

Bought a Gizmo Gadet Watch for my daughters birthday. Brought it home and there was already numbers programmed in it. Called the store and told them it was used and they said to come back in and they would replace it. Brought it back got a new one and came back home. Not only was this one also used it had no power cord. When I went to get my money back they tried to say I could just facyfac rest it. I insisted I get money back since I didnt pay for a used one. They did give me my money back but the the sales man complained now he was going to get dinged for having a return under his name! Seriously so lame. I will never go back.

Very bad experience there. Was totally taken advantage by a crafty salesman that showed me the display phone and then sold me the upgraded version for $100 more without telling me. Dont go there. Go to the real Verison store on Noth main. Russel Celular has their pocket book and not the customer in mind.

I am NOT happy with the service at this location.Yesterday, I was in SLC at a corp location for Verizon and upgraded two phone lines for my parents. While in the store Verizons system was down so our new phones could not be switched over in store and they said it would take 2 hours. My parents had to drive back to Logan, so I told them to find a Verizon dealer to help them with activation and moving contacts.My dad went into the store today and the jerks charged him $20 per phone to move the contacts. I was so livid i called customer support with Verizon and they said that locations are to charge for moving contacts over, but that its only $10 per phone, not $20 like they charged my dad.these guys are shady and i will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Luckily, the support girl with verizon was helpful and she credited me back half of what my dad paid.They also never asked my dad for account info or verification, upon his arrival. All dealers are supposed to do this so it tracks all history for customers. another shady deal. these guys are crooks.

It was good.

Brought my phone in because it was unable to make calls. An hour later it was fixed, I had damaged some delicate connectors in the antenna wires when replacing the USB charging socket. The repair was speedy and the price reasonable.

The rep was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me quickly with my needs.

Phone isurance didnt even cover manufacturers defect in my phone kid at the store tryed fixing it and physically broke the phone and the store wouldnt replace it I imedatly dropped verizon and went to tmobile

I had a good experience with Mark at this location. There were some problems with one of my wireless products and mark was diligent until my situation was resolved.

They were great! They helped us get signed up for an awesome deal on Comcast internet service through an exclusive back-to-school promotion they had. Its going to save us over $500 on internet this year! We will definitely keep them in mind next time we need local Verizon support.

We stood in line for OVER an hour waiting. We were next in line and then when it was finally our turn someone cut in front of us, just to pay a bill. When I mentioned that we were next the store attendant continued to help them.This was by far the most miserable service and help Ive ever received at any Verizon store anywhere in this country.
