I hope to be able to revisit this review some day and upgrade my rating. There was a bit of disagreement on business hours between Google and the actual business website, but we figured the website would be more accurate and showed up to play mini golf. There was no indication on the website that mini golf (and go karts) were now closed until Memorial Day of next year, we found out by walking up to a paper posted on the door that said so. Would be nice if they kept stuff updated and didnt waste our time. Big bummer because the course looked fun too.

Ive had to take two of my bikes in in the past two weeks and Jace in the service department has been awesome every time. Very friendly and fast service. Kyle and Kevin in the parts department were also helpful. The receptionist is always super nice over the phone as well.

I haven’t had any service done to my bike yet, but I had to give appreciation to Becca! Had an awesome conversation calling in with just some questions, her honesty and respect on the call was of something you typically don’t find nowadays! Awesome service

I needed to quickly replace an innertube on my Bushtec Trailer, so I took the flat tire in to Renegade. They sold me the innertube and told me it would be thee hours before they could install it (not happy, but I understood their priorities). They called me almost four hours later to tell me they had sold me the wrong innertube,and that they didnt have the correct one -something they could have told me 4 hours earlier. They said the tire was also showing threads (it was not) so legally they could do nothing.I found the correct innertube, took it to Big O, and they installed it within 10 minutes while I waited, and charged me nothing. They helped me get on my way. Guess which business Ill use in the future?!

Renegade is great. Ive worked with Fernando most recently and he has been awesome. I happened to stop in about 15 minutes before they closed on a holiday weekend and he didnt act bothered at all. Actually, he went above and beyond to help me out and ended up staying late to make sure I was good to go. No pushy sales tactics at all. Ive spoken with a handful of other dealerships around Utah and none of them took the time to explain options or work with my budget like Fernando at Renegade has. Very up-front and honest about everything. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping you out. Renegade also took care of my last RZR and always did quality work. Ive never had any problems. One time they did break one of the side mirrors while they were doing an oil change on it. I pointed it out when I picked it up and they went and grabbed a new one right off the shelf for me. No questions asked.

I took my wheel and a new tire in to get mounted and balanced. Sadly I got ripped off hardcore!!! Not only was my tire way out balance and I had to take it back when they re-balanced the tire they scratched the hell out of my rim!!! Not to mention the amount of weights they used almost doubled. I will not recommend anyone going here to have there bike worked on!

Inexpensive fun. I made a hole in one on mini golf. Very enjoyable.

04/28/21 Our mule has been in the shop for a month now. It has not worked right since we bought it less than a year ago (still under warranty). We have tried two different dealers to get our mule fixed withouth result. We get plenty of excuses, but no action. We paid cash for this machine. We had a suzuki mule for over 15 years without a problem. We are now struggling to do farm chores like fencing and cleaning up, etc.05/04/21 I am updating my review, as the problem was resolved. We called Kawasaki and the corporation stood behind their vehicle. They stayed with the problem until it was resolved. The shop foreman at Renegade has now changed. The new foreman seems to have fixed the problem. He put in a new starter and so far, the mule is working just fine.For those of you who are following the problems with mules, this is not a unique problem. There is a short in the system that has the mule blowing fuses and not starting. Forums confirm that this is happening to other mules in addition to ours. We think we have traced it to the starter or the fuel pump (my husband figured this out).

I purchased a Polaris 570 from Renegade Sports. In this time of questionable availability, they had exactly the model and package I wanted. They were friendly, professional, and made the purchasing process easy and fast. 3.99 interest is freaking awesome too. They added a snowplow, winch, heated grips and thumb warmer, cover, and delivered it to my home in Hyde Park when they were done. I would and will deal with these folks again.

They have two guys at there parts counter that have no idea what they are doing. I’ve gone in multiple times for wrong parts they have sold me. I order two frog skins for my snowmobile and they sold me two left vents. So I have to take it back in tomorrow and wait another month for the right one. My friend also bought a brand new khaos from them and it had electrical problems that’s not there fault but when then got it warranted then didn’t fix it right and it still had problems after that.

Came in last Saturday ready to purchase a new 300 XC-W. I had to wait well over an hour to be greeted by a sales rep. After making the decision to buy the bike I found the salesman to be very pushy and uneducated. After purchasing the bike I requested that the bike be started before leaving. Well, my salesman started it and instantly revved out the bike wide open. Very disrespectful and had very little knowledge of the bike.Wish I would’ve gone somewhere else.Finance gal was professional and kind, along with the service/parts guy.

Hooked me up with a tire when no else had one, was on the road from Florida to Oregon and took care of me in 45min so I could go on. Thanks guys!!

Have purchased a couple machines here. I had taken a machine elsewhere for service but after a couple weeks the dealer couldnt get what I wanted done but after speaking with Kyle in service I decided to make the drive to logan to drop off the machine. There was a couple bumps in the road with waiting for parts but all in all I got taken care of. Would highly recommend this dealer.

All I needed was a ramp to put my bike in the truck- the staff was SO helpful! I cannot remember the name of the guy who helped us, but he was AMAZING. if anyone is interested, Ill try to describe him, but names are tough!They have a ton of great stuff specializing in outdoor Motorsports: think dirt bikes and 4-wheelers and accessories. They have a small test drive track in the back and everything youll need to go haul yourself into the great outdoors! Maybe not the pickup truck, but everything else!!

Completely ripped my grandpa off on an engine rebuild on his polaris Ranger. Racked up a multi thousand dollar bill and did not even fix the motor remotely correctly. Bush league rookie work. I flew in from across the country to fix their botch job. Never go here

It is getting the time of year to get ready for spring so I wanted to leave a review to maybe save someone the stress I had last year. On April 16 2020 I took my Can-am down for an oil change and for them to fix the winch as I had used it to push snow all winter and it had a short in it and was not working. I also ask if they would look at the shifting because sometimes when I shifted from high to low it read that it was still in high. They said it would about 2 weeks. I called April 30th they said it was not done yet.I called June 2nd Because I had not heard from them and I was needing my bike and was told to come get it. I got it home after Paying $365.13 to find that all they had done was changed the oil!! I took it back June 9th and ask to talk to the manager, I was told that it would be done by the 15th. When they called for me to come get it before I ever went in the store I got on it and checked to see if they had fixed the winch, it did not work! So I got the parts manager took him out and showed him that it did not work! I went home with out it. When they called again I went down to get it the man got on it to load it onto my trailer and it would not go into park to start it!! This time I sat in the business and waited for them to get it fixed. It shifts worse now than it has ever shifted. But there is no way I am ever taking anything back to Renegade Sports!! The only thing they did for my winch was to put electrical tape on the wire and cable locked it to the other wires.So I paid $365.13 for an oil change.

AvoidHad motorcycle tires mounted 8/20201. Scratched the hell out of the rims2. Damage the front right bearing hub seal.3. Mounted the heavy side of the tire on the same side as the valve stem which then required a ton of weights.4. Rear wheel weights fell off the rim within a week.5. Damaged the front-right spacer6. Took two weeks for them to get a new seal which I then installed.They did fine mounting my tires the year before but whoever is working there now is just dangerous.

Just purchased a new Can Am Maverick, had an excellent experience with the sales and service departments. Felt like they cared.

What bad can I say about this place? I have bought 3 machines from them over the years and several accessories. Their staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and best of all they have quite a bit of selection of in stock accessories! Due to this I have spent entirely too much money up there on my new sled that I recently bought, but love it. Thank you for running a good honest business and having great customer service skills!

If I could post a 0 star review I would. Paid thousands of dollars for an engine rebuild on a Polaris ranger. Just a couple of hours after the rebuild the machine would not start. I watched some youtube videos and got into the top end and found out the engine was not timed correctly and all the valves were completely out of spec. They were the old valves that were already in the machine also. Despite paying for an engine rebuild they put the old valves in and did not have the decency to even spec them correctly. Also cant seem to put on a cam chain tensioner correctly. Bottom line is if you are in the logan area resort to youtube or find a local mechanic on facebook marketplace because Renegade is just in the business of lying about their work and taking your money. if you are into a dealership taking shortcuts to fix your machine temporarily and misrepresenting their work, this is the place for you.

Dont take your kids or youll never leave, lol. Bought two new tires for a reasonable price. Paid on a Friday, told me theyd be there Tuesday. Called Tuesday, they said it would be on their truck Wednesday morning.btooke the wheels in Wednesday morning, lady st desk said ups tracking showed Thursday by 8. She showed me the screen to verify. Waited until 5 Thursday to call about status, was told it was done hours ago...but forgot to call. Whatever timeframes they tell you, add 50%. Probably wont use them again for service, but may still buy machines there, but ot trusting them on the service/warranty side of it.But the kids loved it there and their resident mascot cat is very friendly.

These people are very good to work with. They were competent and didn’t waist my time. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in dirt bikes, utv’s, four wheelers, etc. Beautiful showroom with plenty of product and a kids playground for the little ones which allows the adults to spend time shopping the machine they want.

I was not greeted and I was there to look for helmets. I was not approached to find sizing or anything like that and the selection of motorcycle helmets for road bikes was extremely small.

When I went in and they tried to charge me more to loosen the suspension on my 4-wheeler than when I had it tightened 6 months prior. They charged me $25 to tighten it and they were going to charge me $50 if I didnt question it. Also they told me my belt was damaged and when I went to look for myself there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. They were trying to charge me $250 to replace the belt. These guys will lie to your face in order to make money off of you.

Crazy after reading some of the reviews how different each individuals experience with a business can be. I am a first time customer with these guys and just purchased a 2020 summit so that it could be sent straight to cycles and sleds to get wrenched on. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly. They were efficient and got things done quickly. They also hooked it up on some sled parts and some gear so I felt very taken care of from these guys. Thanks for a great experience!

My service was poor. I was told my parts were back ordered. I checked with Newgate in Ogden. They could have had it the next day. It took 6 weeks to get my bike back. I told them to fix my brake at the same time. When I picked it up the mechanic told me my brakes werent working. I told him that I had asked them to fix the problem. He then read the work order. Im not happy with there service.

I have purchased 2 brand new snowmobiles from Renegade Sports. Todd has always taken good care of me both before and after the sale. The service department handled a recall on my second sled very efficiently.They have anything you need for snowmobiles, 4 wheelers, motorcycles, and side by sides. I have been going there for years. Never had a problem with anything.

Went to by a sidexside no sale person seem interested in helping us so we left .

Not impressed with renegade Motorsports at all. Bought a gas jug from them, filled it up with race fuel immediately after and found out it had a hole in the jug. called them to let them know and they told me they wouldnt do anything about it. pretty upsetting after you spend $60 on a jug and $100 on fuel. I also requested a price quote on a can am maverick. I got emailed once then I asked for a price on the specific vehicle. Never got a response. Emailed them back and still didnt get a response. Clearly they dont care to earn anybodys business.

Bought 3 brand new 850’s last year spent a ton more on accessories and oil then just ordered in some seats for a ranger when picked up the guy back at parts wasn’t very friendly and helpful got the impression he didn’t like his job. Glad I won’t be driving 2 hours anymore to come here.Sucks to see the help doesn’t have any customer service.

My mom literally walked in there with cash to buy 2 wheelers and had walk out after being flipped off by one of the mechanic techs for parking in the wrong spot. She was not helped at all and ended up going somewhere else and purchasing them in Logan. All I can say is that things need to change and that you lost a very loyal costumer.

They had the machine for four months. They never listened to me on the problems. So one problem got fixed. The other didn’t. Waited another 2 months for the second problem to get fixed. Was told the part just came in and it would be ready in a day or two each time I called. I finally just took it home unfixed.

Terrible service. Didnt even finish putting our 4 wheeler back together after fixing it.

Long story short took my bike in for a foot shifter/tie rod replacement cause the part had been recalled said it wouldnt take long ended up over a week longer then expected, then told me it wouldnt shift anymore which is weird cause I drove the bike there and all gears worked fine and they told me it would be 130 dollars if they used all the parts at the end they told me they didnt use all the parts and was still over 200$ told me I wouldnt have to pay for labor cause the part had been recalled.

Drove from Another state to pick up my new toy. They saw me pull in and had it waiting to load before I even went inside. Cody and Todd were awesome to work with, well worth the drive. Very friendly place to deal with, patient and understanding. Couldnt be happier

Go karts arent the focus of the business. Only 4/8 were running and they all have very different speeds. If you are a family going to piddle around it could be fun for kids.

Updated; Took my clutch to Renegade and told them the whole story. They are fixing everything and covering the cost. Everyone was great and willing to help.Do not go here for service. They told me they went through the clutches on my rzr and everything looked great. It took them 2 weeks to do this. 20 miles later still having issues. Took apart the clutches myself and the primary was toast as well as parts in the secondary.

We ordered a tire from another place. The tire did not come in time for our trip. Kyle saved us by getting us some great tires at the perfect price. I will call this place first next time. Well worth the drive from Ogden

Went in and walked around for about 15 minutes and no one offered to help at all.I had been looking at motorcycles on their website and went in to see them in person. When I finally asked a sales person if they had any road bikes, they responded with Not very many. They didnt offer to show me any and showed no interest in helping me at all. I will not be going back to the ever again.

I cant say enough about how impressed we are with Renegade Sports in Logan. We blew a tire on our road bike in the middle of town on a Saturday evening and a very Good Samaritan stopped and helped us get to Renegade about 20 minutes before closing for the weekend. They stayed here an hour longer to change the tire and get us back on the road. They bent over backwards in every way. Classy place! Highly recommend them! Very professional!

They have been super helpful and I havent even been ripped off yet, so thats a little out of the ordinary for a dealer. They will be my go to from here on out

Great bikes! The dirt track is perfect for trying to learn to ride on and even has activities for the family s7ch as rock climbing, jungle gym, play area, and mini golf.

Never have the parts I need. Soooooo over-priced. If you dont make over 10-20k per month, you just wont fit in. Ive never walked out of there with a smile. I wish this was different. Id kill to have a place in town who I could rate with 5 stars - but Renegade just isnt it.

It is a nice facility, but I have been here several times and they either dont have salesman or they are not interested in selling equipment.

Its nice to have someone to talk with and know what youre getting. When Im unsure about parts they take care of me.

Just bought a 2018 RZR from these guys last month. The staff went the extra mile to accommodate our requests at every step in the buying process. Rayden was very responsive and flexible which led us to feeling comfortable in giving them our business.

Went in to buy a couple of four wheelers and the service was not there, waited for a half hour and then was approached by a young man who was nice but didnt know any prices or could work out any deals, also we got flipped and yelled at by a young service tech punk for parking in the round about, he had to drive around the other side, we are certain we hurt his day, real friendly customer service right ? Renagade sports you are in need of some serious attention. I hope its gets pulled together before the crummy service wipes you out.

I really dont know what to say anymore! Just got lied to and told my rigs were ready and new parts were on it. When I investigated the new parts were not on and rig was not put together properly and did not run good. It ran better before I took it in! When I asked what the Hell? They were WAY embarrassed, but really didnt care! They acted like, oh here it is, I cant believe we charged you and didnt put on the new parts and make sure your rig ran ok?!? Oh My Gosh We Got Caught!!! Check your rig, check your bill, and check your wallet!

My husband called and gave his card to put a deposit down on a bike. We were just informed the bike was sold and that they never ran the card. They were not helpful at all in helping us get the bike we thought we had placed a deposit down for.

I bought a 2017 Rzr 4 900 from Renegade and they gave me a great deal and were awesome to work with! Fernando gave me their best no-haggle price up front. I was just planning on fixing the Rzr I already owned, but decided to go ahead and purchase a new one from them instead. There were some cracks in the plastic along the bottom I noticed and they were really good to file a warranty claim and order some new plastics. They even let me borrow one of their trailers to get it home no charge.

I had a buddy go into renegade sports in the Logan location and bought a BRAND NEW 2019 kx450 when he did the oil change there was gas in the oil but theres no warranty on the bike thats brand new how is that possible Ive heard nothing but bad news about this place go to northstar for your need or out of the valley!!!!

Every time we walk in there no one is around to help or to answer questions. There are people there, but it seems no one wants to make a sale unless you walk your item to the counter.

I needed some parts for my bike, so I called and verified they had the part. After driving out there they ended up not having it, even though they told me they did. I have never been able to get the right part from them, every one has been wrong.

Renegade Sports complex is like the recreationalist dream land. I wish I had some pics to show you. It is huge and even has a ginormous upstairs full of all their dirt bikes.

I took my Ducati to them to have the rear tire changed. As it is a Ducati it has a lot of foreign parts on it. they did not have the tool to take the wheel off. They then told me they would buy the tool so that they could change the tire. I went back when the tool came in, they switched my tire for me and didnt even charge me a shop fee! Very nice people. Very helpful. Highly recommended!

Not serious at allI had a delivery of some moto items, I called at 2:30pm told them that i will be at delivery in 2h to make sure someone will be there,they said ok someone will be thereCame here at 4:15 no one is here called to see what is going on was told to wait 15-20 m because they had to go somewhere waited until 5:40 called again they said at 6pm they will be here otherwise i can come in the morning (than why I called you to set an appointment?)Not serious at all if they do bussines like that than it’s not good at all

Worth the drive! We bought the new jagged X from Todd and the whole experience was great. They beat everyones price. Salesmen are knowledgable about all of the makes they sell and will help you pick the right one for you, and they are NOT pushy! They can be a little busy on Sat. but if you stop by around 3 youll avoid the rush. They also have a nice off road track to test drive the machines on and lots of fun stuff to keep the kids busy.

Expect to pay 30-40% more than you would elsewhere. All things considered, if you dont own a Harley, this is pretty much your only option in cache valley. Service was slow.

I like coming here Every few months with my kids to see what is new at this location. Wish they had a ninja 650 and 1000 to look at, as well as a better selection.

Went in to purchase snow scratchers for my sled, we were 2 of 3 people shopping. After finding the scratchers with no help we went to the counter. There were three gentlemen behind the counter, not one of them acnowledged us. I asked for help and they didnt reply. After 5 minutes my wife and I left the items on the counter and walked out.

It would be nice of they actually open at 9 am like their sign says! Ive been waiting for a half hour for them to open, on Saturday morning.

Picked up our new RZR 4 1000 and could not be more happy with the service and expertise. Todd is the man and the vibe of the store including finance, parts and service is 5 of 5!

Recently took my WaveRunners in to be serviced. (2015 Sea-doo Sparks) Renegade Sports Service Department went out of there way to make sure things were done on my small timeline. I was on a trip from Phoenix to Vancouver on my Ninja 1000. My rear tire was not going to make it. I showed up at Renegade first thing Saturday morning and they took me in and were working on my bike right away. I am able to keep my planned trip route thanks to these guys. Thank you!

We had a four wheeler that was bought brand new and had maybe 100 miles or less on it. We took it in to be serviced. When we got it back from Renegade we started it up and it sounded bad, leaked oil all over our garage floor and quit. We took it back in and they told us we needed a new engine. We feel they did something to it but never offered to do anything to make it right.

Terrible!!! I called 3 times! Just trying to get a purchase contract so I could go to the bank! I was preapproved at mountain America and everything. All they had to do was email over a purchase contract. Never got a call back, never got the email that Fernando said he was sending me right away. Go somewhere else to buy a bike! Dont worry I bought another one somewhere else!
