After the Harley dealership in Lindon couldnt correctly diagnose an issue with my bike I trailered it two hours to Saddleback Harley in Logan on recommendation from a friend of mine. Brandon and his team figured out the problem in no time and I got to enjoy a very scenic 300 mile trouble free ride home.

Just spent the night in Logan after about 5,000 miles on a 10,000 mile trip (2016 Road Glide Ultra). Headed out to Jackson Hole the next morning and got a check engine light and coolant light. Sister in law googled Harley Dealers and I was thrilled Saddleback was 2 miles away. Pulled in, checked in with service. Where I was traveling they made my bike a priority. They replaced the coolant pump and had me on my way in about 4hrs, unbelievable. This was a once in a lifetime trip and the crew at Saddleback came through for me. I cannot thank them enough. Mike was awesome to work with and understanding when it comes to the needs of the customer. You wont find pushy sales people here, but they will acknowledge you ever time you walk in the door. Purchased my 2020 sportster through them and they were great to ship a bike from one of the salt lake stores and was able to pick it up same day! Will probably buy a 2021 model in the coming months. Badass bikes, fast service with no pressure.

We were 3000 miles from home and I had issues with my bike, I called them and they told me to come right in. They had me back on the road in no time. Customer service was exceptional. We even bought another bike before leaving. Mike Udy and the service department were top notch! Highly recommend these guys.

I was on a trip out of Canada. It was my first time in the US and the people working here really came through for me. My tire picked up a nail and needed replacing. They had it done in a few hours. The mechanics in the back walked me through all that they were doing on my bike too. Place has a nice lounge for you to wait in as well. One of the staff also recommended me some routes to take for some beautiful riding, and his advice was right on the money. So overall Id say that this is a spectacular shop and would recommend it to anyone passing by!

Mike Udy went out of his way to listen to all of my wants and needs of purchasing a new bike and trading my old one... And made it happen...Weather was poor yesterday he even personally after the deal was done loaded my new bike and drove from Logan to Layton to deliver it and to pick up my trade-in ...

They have had a complete turnover of personnel. I really liked the old crew. They did great work for me. The new crew seems to be very competent and friendly. I have not had any major work done By the new crew so far and hope I dont. Nothing but good to say so far.

This one was a hard one. Ive had so many experiences here always good other then the bill. Ive had them do everything to getting my bike in on last minute or even right there to just hanging with them to just to talk. These guys are ones you can trust.

I disagree with the two previous reviews on this dealership. My experiences have been nothing but positive. I have personally bought 5 new motorcycles from Saddleback Harley-Davidson and have had nothing but good customer service from them whether it be from their Service, Parts Dept or Sales. I have shopped around and they cannot be beat. I just bought the first 2017 model Road Glide Special to come out of this dealership and have nothing but good things to say about the bike and how I was treated. Excellent customer service. I will not go anywhere else period.

Horrible Harley Shop. Went to this location while on vacation for sovereigns. clothing selection was limited, they had no tall shot glasses, clearance rack was sale prices, poker chips had a sticky substance on all of them.

I recently bought a Harley-Davidson I stopped by here to get oil and a filter I wanted to learn some things from their mechanic he didnt really seem to know the information that I needed I was a little disappointed the lady at the parts counter knew exactly what I needed how much I needed and was very helpful
