So I needed to get two small documents laminated. I searched Maps and went to the closest business that did these services. Upon arrival there was a short wait in line. The atmosphere was quiet and the store was clean and orderly. Tristan helped me select the right product and laminated both of them in just a few moments! 15min and $3 later mission acclomplished!

Store: 0163 location: LGUKTristan was awesome! All the staff is awesome! Im a bit of an old timer and I still hang pictures of great mememories on my wall! FedEx had a photo enlarge and modified to accommodate my daughters 15! I was highly impressed. Price was reasonable! Thank you for the keepsake! FedEx! Great job!I tried doing the online survey but it wouldnt let me.

My husband went here two days ago to get a passport photo. When asked if he usually has his glasses on during a picture, he said yes and they took his picture for the passport. The next day, he took the passport information to the post office. He was told by the postal office worker that you cannot have glasses on in a passport photo, and that they had informed the FedEx office in Logan that glasses are not to be worn and to please not do photos this way, because they have received multiple people with glasses on in their pictures taken at the Logan FedEx office, and these pictures will be rejected by the federal government. When my husband went back to get a refund because the post office retook his picture, both employees he dealt with were incredibly rude. The first one, who was the employee who originally took the picture, said I remember you and I asked if you wore your glasses in pictures. At the time he had told her yes, assuming that she knew her job and it wouldnt matter one way or the other if he had his glasses on or not. She said that she could not give him a refund, and would need to get the manager. When the manager Brenda or Barbara (not sure of name) showed up, she told him that she could not give a refund but could retake the picture. He told her that the new picture had been taken by the post office and his passport information was already mailed. She was extremely rude in saying that she could not give a refund. He then told her that he was just asking for a $13.88 refund. She knew he wasnt leaving without a refund, and said, Fine! I will refund it this once but never again. He gave her his debit card information to be recredited. It still hasnt shown up. He tried calling corporate FedEx to file a complaint, and all he got was computer voice recordings. Go figure. We will NEVER go back to FedEx again. Horrible company! They need a serious wake-up call when it comes to customer service. There are too many other options available in Cache Valley.

Terrible service.Nickel and dime for a little tape.They won’t let you cover up and reuse express envelopes.Printing is very expensive. I ran across the street to the UPS store for printing and saved a bunch of money.

Equipment that does not work and employees doing even less. I was shocked that the employees were so willing to sit around and watch this customer trying to get the fax machine to work. The sitting manager mentioned that their machines didnt work well, perhaps because employees are as good at maintenance as customer service. I went to the UPS store and it was like night and day. Wont be back to this place.

I have trusted them with all of my package needs for the last several years. Everything is always delivered when it should be, and in perfect condition. I cannot say the same for other delivery services. I will NEVER use anyone else but FEDEX! 5 stars all the way!!!

I went in tonight in search of a package that had to be redirected. Everyone was was so helpful! Even one of the drivers picking up package made a call to help me find the missing package. I was so very impressed. I will be back to support such a great group of employees.

Cant speak to the other services, but the Pack & Ship area is such a scam. I took in two boxes--one of which was quite heavy. I was told it wasnt packaged properly for transit, so I asked to buy a cardboard box to repack it myself. They quoted me $15.00. For a cardboard box. Plus additional charges (which were huge) if I wanted it professionally packaged. They refused to accept the shipment even if I accepted liability. I drove it down to the FedEx warehouse, where it was accepted without question, and it arrived at its destination without incident. Improperly packaged, indeed.

I so want to leave a good review, but I cant. Fortunately, the employees were nice to me when I went in, but they didnt deliver what I wanted - even after a phone call explaining what I needed. Im a graphic artist, so having a print shop nearby that can deliver what I need is necessary. Unfortunately, here is not the place. Ive since taken my business elsewhere and do not plan to use Fedex printing in the near future.

The staff is nice, but the package service was dismal. I went in to send an important package international. I paid priority shipping to have this package there within three days. The employee told me that if I filled out the forms, it should sail through customs and arrive on time. It didnt. It got to the location 5 days late. The person to receive the urgent package had already left, and so no one could pick up the package. I called customer service to get a refund for it, and after 30 minutes on the phone, I got half the money back. They blamed customs, but the package didnt get TO customs in the time they promised, and they told me customs WOULDNT be an issue.That is the last time I ship with FedEx because apparently they dont really guarantee on time package delivery. Very dissatisfied with the shipping services.

My package has been delayed due to a busy holiday season. I am out of town and all I wanted to know is if a family member could pick up the package. They said yes and hung up on me before I could ask any other questions, which I had. My first shipping experience with FedEx and I think Ill stick with UPS from now on.

There are a couple reviews on here about a staff member that I believe is the one I encountered as well. I went in with some intentionally open ended questions about shipping large volumes of personal belongings and what the pros might think my best options were. I was hardly given the time of day, much less any kind of respect or courtesy. It was so upsetting that I returned the next morning to tell that same staff member that I was shocked at the lack of professionalism (he actually waved his hands in the air and rolled his eyes at my very first question) and acceptable attitude. The only reason this isnt a 1 star review is that he apologized (eventually) when I returned to confront him. After reading other reviews I thought that I too should let people know about the terrible service at this location. I saved my business for the UPS across the street and they were absolutely lovely.

Depends on whos working. Some days Ive had great service with quick and attentive employees. Other times its hard to get any quality help at all for copies or printouts. Shipping department has always been good though.

I just went in to print some photos. While I was there, this ray of sunshine by the name of Calley helped me. I had asked about bigger prints for my art and she happily grabbed 2 Goliath books to flip through and explain all the different options with me. She had me laughing so hard I didnt want to leave! I hope the owner values her (and gives her a raise) because Ive never had such a great retail experience. As long as shes there Im never going anywhere else for my printing.

I have been getting copies at FedEx Kinkos over 20 years. One particular project Ive taken there many times. I took the same small project in today and was greeted by a young man, where his first opening lines were actually demeaning. As he reviewed my project his incompetency began to become evident. When he proved to be incompetent and rude I decided there has got to be a better person to work with, but he assured me he had four years of experience, which means he must know what hes doing right? I took my job straight away to Staples I was not only greeted with kindness and acceptance of the job, with complete understanding on how to do it.Little does this boy realize that works at Kinkos that it doesnt matter how long you worked at a place, courtesy and reaching beyond your current skills is a path to great success. I am happy he saved me time, I was going to buy the materials additional for this project at Staples anyway. Thanks Kinkos kid.

Went in the other day and we were treated quite rudely by who I am assuming was the manager. I felt he was almost mocking us for asking questuons about shipments and we left feeling frustrated and with none of our questions answered. I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone. We wilk be shipping our items with UPS.

I concur on everything. Last attempt - I sent an item over Print Online and said it would take 30 minutes to get it. After an hour it was not there. Sent a guy to see, and they could not find it. He mistakingly said it was sent via email but it went through the online service - but they did not bother to check that. I called and after serveral people I must have woke someone up. She said Oh yeah we got something online and they would get to it. Had no idea if it was mine, and they would call. 5 hours later its ready. They did handle my 200 plus orders much more quickly! Use AlphaGraphics in Providence. Much better! Alphagraphics is now as bad as Fedex. Overcharged on large prints - twice as much as anywhere else, and made a mistake as well - on 12 prints that were so big you could not miss them. Inept idiots all of them! The guy I dealt with had hair in his eyes - maybe that was the problem (or hair in the brain too)
