I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. The staff here treat my family and I very well. Brad, Greyson, Shannon and company are exceptional at making you feel welcome and consistently going the extra couple of miles. You can tell a bunch about an organization when you observe them operating, while they are extremely busy. This crew doesn’t fall apart or get agitated when their business is packed. They methodically clip along and take thorough care of every customer. There is a good reason this business is successful. It always comes down to leadership. Leadership makes or breaks an organization. This business has been gifted with competent, nimble and seasoned leadership. Please keep it up.

I had to call on the phone with a question about a return, the young woman I spoke to was warm, kind, and took the time to make sure my question/concern was answered. Thank you so much. I shipped a turbo through this location. They helped me package it and it was destroyed when it got to the recipient. Even though I insured the package. They blamed it on my packaging. When they inspected it and helped me. I purchased their box, and their bubble wrap. I told the owner I wasn’t going to use ups anymore and his response? “Welp sorry” what a joke. I used this location hundreds of times and wont anymore. And I’ll be sure to let everyone know.

They were really efficient and helped me as soon as I walked in and they did the same with every customer that I saw come in. And this was just days before Christmas. They were friendly and kind and organized.

Wow! This is by far the fastest and easiest postal service I have ever used. Before even making it to the service counter, I was greeted warmly and helped by a knowledgeable and kind staff. I would give six stars if I could; I was back out in my car in under three minutes to continue with my busy life, knowing my package had been taken care of.I was thoroughly impressed.Works flawlessly with Amazon returns as well.

Outstanding service! I was there with my business partner to get some documents notarized and the staff there were swamped with customers dropping off holiday packages needing to be shipped. The staff there were efficient and very friendly even with the heavy customer load they handled everyone in the same friendly manner. To a person all the staff there were great!

Every single time I go to the UPS Store on 400 N, the staff is friendly, helpful, and totally capable of solving whatever issue I might have with shipping. Forgot to print a label at home? Theyre happy to use their email address and print it off for me. Box isnt taped? No charge- they just get it shipping ready. Im a hurry? Just drop off the box and the label and they do the rest. Im so impressed by their customer service culture. Easily a five star business.

Wow! I’m so impressed! I’m like Ron Swanson in that I rarely endorse things. They were so fast and had amazing customer service. I was returning 4 packages and I was there less than 5 minutes. They open the door for all their customers. Really pleased with my experienced.

I came to this location looking to mail a large volume of personal items quickly to my new address out of state. I had a less than ideal experience trying to do the same thing earlier in the week at the nearby FedEx, so I was a little gun shy. I was more than pleasantly surprised to find them not only helpful, but extremely friendly and hard-working. Id recommend them over the Logan FedEx any day.

Talk about customer service!! Walking up to the store with two huge boxes, someone had the door open and waiting with a smile, several employees called out good morning, the person who helped me was Brad. Very happy, helpful, kind and upbeat! What a great way to start my day. Quick way to send packages

I made an error on a shipping address for a package I mailed out and called to see if they could do anything about it. The employee (thanks Brad!) was very friendly and helpful and quickly resolved the issue. Fantastic customer service!

I choose to do all of my shipping through The UPS Store in Logan Utah. The young people who work there have always been helpful and informative. Ive been there twice this week and I wish to especially commend Hans and Alex. Good job gentlemen!

Outstanding, exceeded expectations!This was my first experience with the Logan, UT UPS store. I researched lamination services in Logan, but all the businesses I contacted hesitated to assist me due to the number of small items (some the size of a quarter) needing lamination and cutting. Cayleen at the UPS store was the only exception. She enthusiastically accepted the challenge and worked with me to make sure the product would turn out the way I needed it. She even took the initiative to sort the items after completing the lamination and cutting. I dropped off the job and it was ready the next day. The lamination was high quality and the outcome exceeded my expectations. Even more surprising, the cost ended up being less than quoted by any of the other businesses. They charged me $8 one day to laminate 4 sheets of paper and the next day charged me $50 to laminate 4 copies of the same sheet. They claim its because they forgot to charge me for some service fee the first day, but no one let me know there was a service fee and refused to refund me that extra $40. Manager was a complete jerk and talked to me like I was a little child. Probably a good store for shipping purposes but AWFUL customer service. I will never give them my business again.

I was dropping off a text book and the girl there opened up the door with a big smile and held it for me while offering to take my package. I was impressed enough with their service to leave a review which is saying something.

Sometimes can be more expensive than the post office but the customer service of this UPS store makes it worth it. They are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help.

They charge to tape your box. Can’t say I’ve ever had a ups store charge me 1.00 to tape my box closed before for a bit of tape. Little on the ridiculous side.
