The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The paint order was filled quickly. Overall a great experience!

Each time we visit this location the associates are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They assist with what types of paint to use depending on project, and what brushes and rollers will work the best with each application. Would recommend 100%.

Im so glad I went in to Sherwin-Williams the other day! I was greeted warmly and I quickly received the help and products I needed. The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me a lot. I walked out of the store confident I could accomplish my DIY goals.

Sign says that they rent paint sprayers however when you go into the store they say sorry we dont rent them. Probably should take some signs then..

Went to their first shops on Main Street in Logan. The guy who was there didn’t payed one single attention to us. He didn’t greet us & was really rude. He had no motivation to help us & made us feel like idiots when we asked a question that we needed help answering. So, we went to the other store next to the north Walmart. The guy just greeted us & left to the back of store without acknowledging us he’ll be back. Comes back, & his attitude showed it all. He was emotionless, had no spirit of positivity whatsoever. Didn’t help us as much as the last One from the last store. Seems like I’m not coming back for my paint needs.

WHAT A JOKE!!! I went to exchange some spray paint that came damaged and I was even going to buy some more when they told me that even though I had a full can of unused paint they couldn’t exchange it and when I tried to buy more they wouldn’t take my cash. This is the worst customer service experience of my life!

I do maintenance for multi-family housing. I always have a good experience at Sherwin Williams in Logan. Jo keeps me informed of sales that are happening in the near future and even suggests waiting to purchase certain items so I can benefit from the discounts. He also visits the property I oversee to supply me with new product info and consumer guides. They are quick to mix my paint, and wheel the heavy buckets out to my truck. Any time I have concerns with my account, they are easy to communicate with and quick to reply. I have nothing but positive feedback for the staff and products.

We ended up going to two stores. The clerk in the North Logan barely said hello and when we found what we wanted, he didnt have the quarts needed to make the samples. He basically ignored us the whole time we were there. He at least referred us to the Logan store and they got the samples for us. This is a HUGE difference from the experience we had in Ogden / Riverdale. The young lady there was incredible. She came right over and helped us in selecting colors and gave us great advice. We arent designers and it was nice to have someone genuinely interested in helping. We live between the two cities and will NEVER use the North Logan store again but head south to Ogden.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. Went in after talking to the manager to exchange paint and Stuart was in there, decided he didn’t have to be nice or have decent customer service at all. These are the worst people I’ve ever had to deal with. I will no longer come back to this store and give them hundreds of dollars for them to treat me like they have. Go anywhere else but here

I like this branch because I know one of the managers well. He has been super helpful over several years. He remembers my preferences and is very personable.

Unlike a warehouse-style hardware store like Home Depot, the folks at Sherwin-Williams have deep knowledge of the specific products theyre selling.

Very disappointed in the staff and assortment of products they were very unhelpful talked down to me like they were discussed with me and all I wanted was a good paint to make my adult trike to look nice and they told me that they didnt have anything that would cover rust or plastic will definitely be not going back there again and this is supposed to be a paint store seriously and I also had to force them to even talk to me

Very poor customer service. My husband went to get small pint sized paint for doing touchups. The guy behind the counter was rude to my husband. He told him that they dont sell paint in pints. He proceeded to tell my husband that he would have to buy gallon size paint for 30 dollars each. We had two different colors and had to pay a total of 60 dollars. My husband left to do some errands and when he came back, he was told it would be 100.00 dollars. My husband questioned him about it and ended up paying the 60 dollars which is still to high. To top it off, we also needed some black paint and were told that they dont sell black. The painter that did the painting for us got black paint from this store. Save your time and go to Lowes. Better customer service.
