After giving their customer service a test run the week before with a free tire rotation I was convinced they would do a good job. Went by to see if they had the tires i wanted in stock and they had to order them which they arrive the next day. Their price was very competitive and they also matched installation pricing from a local competitor which lowered the out the door price a few dollars more. We set an appointment up for the installation the next day and everything was handled easy peasy. Had the opportunity to speak to the store manager Brandon who validated my decision even more about how customer centered and focused they really. Discount Tires service was very quick, their employees are very friendly and I was able to get the same day service. Had a blowout and riding on a donut, not fun, but they took care of it!

Ordered my 4 brand new General Grabber APTs for my truck and was told they would call to confirm when they were delivered. Sure enough they did just that! Only 3 day wait time as told when ordering and a 25 minute install. Customer service is superb like always and will continue business as usual. Thank you guys!

Had the tires replaced on my 2002 corvette z06 at this location and the staff took great care of my car. I got to pull my car into the bay, they used plastic pucks to jack the car up on all 4 corners, and finished the job by actually using a torque wrench on each lug nut. If you have a nice car and feel uneasy about people driving or working on your car this location is an excellent option.

I walked into this location on Friday, October 8th at 8:30 am for a tire rotation. The clerk who greeted me asked for my name and phone number. He looked up my information and said, sir it will 1-1/2 to complete tire rotation. I said, you only have 2 bays with cars and other bays are open. Plus technicians basically standing around doing nothing. His response you don’t have an appointment and it is 1.5 to 2 hrs. Right now we have appointments coming in at 9:30 and we are waiting for our appointments. What is wrong with people and the world today? Terrible customer services

Great place if youre hell bent on buying four tires. If you try to buy anything less they will do their damnedest to convince you but your other two tires are unsafe.

I went today about 3 hours ago. Joe along with his colleagues took very good care of me. I had a slow leak in my tire and was putting air in it until I was off work after a stretch of 6 days. I was greeted in a professional friendly way. I love the atmosphere. As a woman I’m not scare to take my car there for care. I know that I’m not going to be cheated. In fact my, to my surprise the repair didn’t cost me anything. I was tickled. If you want good work done on your car at a reasonable price and great people stop by. 😊

Absolutely excellent customer service...like the kind Im not used to because its so good. Curbside check-in was great. Didnt have to get out of my car. I was from out of town so I had my dog with me. It was a cold morning so they let me bring my puppy inside with me (well behaved, on a leash). I was so impressed by how accommodating everyone was.I had a nail in my newly purchased tires but since I had bought the warranty (buy the warranty!) it didnt cost me a penny. I had made an appointment (make an appointment!) and I was in and out in a couple of minutes.Great experience!

Damage rim drive side back.I came into the store @ 5:35 pm, the tech replace one of my tires . Around 5:53 i got a text my car was ready. I understand people rush when its time to go home my i did not bring my tire up here to get ?y rims damage.

Set up an appointment here two day in advanced, drove 35 minutes to show up early, then was told I brought the improper tire to mount...I brought the same exact tires that were already on the truck, the same tires I have towed 17,500lbs with, the same tires that I’ve put 46,000 miles on, the same 12ply E rated tires that are actually higher weight restriction than what my truck came with from the factory...Also I called a week prior to get pricing and joe told me $300 for mount and balance, when the time came to actually set up an appointment, he changed it to $375....Joe was responsible for my entire experience with this store, gave a very unapologetic excuse and started to make it out to be my fault, when he did apologize it was very insincere and he offered no solution.. . If you drive a lifted or heavy duty truck, stay away from this place.

Went here earlier today to inspect the leaking stem valve for my driver side front tire. I went here not expecting much and actually being a bit hesitant because some places do not know enough about Teslas to care for them. Instead, the tire technician/mechanic taught me a lot, fixed the issue, and provided outstanding customer service.Shout out to Stephen for chatting with me thru the process, pointing out a small screw in the tire (I had not noticed), and educating me about certain aspects.This will definitely be the place I go to for any tire needs.

Corporate policy ruining an otherwise decent experience. Had a leaking plug(I was unaware of said repair as I bought the vehicle with 2k miles) that a corporate layer deemed unsafe to repair properly, so Im left with a leaking tire(unsafe), and no, im not buying a new tire for leaking plug. Good thing i can fix it myself, I just didnt want to. I recommend using a locally owned tire company.

My tire rotation was finished professionally and in a timely manner. But I had made an appointment online for 8A.M I was there before the store opened at 8A.M. There was 2 cars in front of me and I had to wait on them before my car was worked on. Why schedule an appointment to be the first appointment of the day if youre not going to be first. Yes this is a very minor issue just givi my two cents worth.

Very disappointed this visit because I had talked with somebody on the phone earlier that day I and I was supposed to purchase a tire when I got off work. When I got there the person waiting on me said they didnt have any records of my conversation so I went down the street and purchased a whole new set of tires from the competition.

This place has taken care of multiple direct family members as well as myself and always exceeds our expectations. On 6/13/20 I went there for a screw in my tire that was loosing air. They came outside to my car before I came out. They made me an appointment to return 2 hours later. Once returned they were working on my car within 15 minutes. Speedy service and I was back in my car with a receipt for a FREE flat repair. The 3 gentlemen who I came in contact with were nice and VERY professional! Initially I was pretty happy with them. They seemed nice and like honest people. I got a set of tires which were a little pricey but thats not what this is about.I noticed I had a nail in my tire. It wasnt leaking or anything, but I went to clean my rims and saw it. So I went to have it patched before it did potentially start leaking. They informed me it needed replaced since it was in the sidewall and wanted more money. I was a little confused since I had paid extra for the warranty.Since it wasnt actually leaking I told him I would be back later after work.. I decided to swing it by the tire shop down the road from where I work. I was informed there that it wasnt even in the side wall, which I didnt think it was and they went to patch it. The nail wasnt even all the way in the tire but they were more than willing to sell me a $300 tire...

I also bought tires for my car and got a great deal.The only improvement I would like to offer is if they had alignment services, that would be awesome!

I have bought 4 sets of tires here and received great service each time. The prices are really good and you get to choose how expensive you want to go. Bought the tire replacement insurance and have had to use it once. I called and set up an appointment to have the tire replaced. It was done the next morning with no issues.

Excellent store thanks to what appears to be excellent management. My grandfather and I have made several purchases here and have never encountered the slightest issue. The store is clean and well kept. Watching the employees work through the windows, you can see that theyre all working hard and I attribute that to good respectful management. Got here before 4. Was told I could get a used tire for 45$ if they couldnt plug it. Found out after 2 hours of waiting they couldnt plug the car and only had a tire at the cheapest of 125$. So I wasted 2 hours for them to tell me that. When I specifically told them another place closed at 6 that I could get one for 45$. Ridiculous. Just ridiculous

Every moment their workers are running, not walking, running to and from the cars. They are always smiling and putting the customer first, so I will continue to recommend Discount Tire to friends and family for their outstanding service!
