Good quality and fast, but prices have far outpaced area competitors. Ill be using Take 5 in Loganville going forward. I literally took in my Expedition in Aug for a $52 oil change, and paid $62 for my Hyundai in Sept. Theyre simply not competitive.

Be mindful that you are an establishment that provides CUSTOMER SERVICE. some of these technicians do not know how to speak to people. and when someone is reading something they are required to sign, do not rush them. let me find out y’all grown and not reading documents that require a signature…

Went to get my oil changed quick service nice guys I had asked the technician about a emission test not knowing you had to wait until your birthday which is 4 months away he said I could get it done now he forgot to mention I would have to get it done again in 4 months I will not return and I will make sure my friends and family will not do business with them

They perform emissions tests. Its often difficult to find an emissions place. Theyre fast too!

I visited this business for the first time to get an emission test on my mothers car. I was very impressed!! I was greeted in a friendly manner, told it would only take 10 minutes and he would have the car back to me. I waited in the very clean and comfortable waiting area. Sure enough within 10 minutes they were done and I was out of there. They were very busy at the time I was there, however they got me in and out in no time. I will definitely recommend RMR Auto Care.

Called to ask a question about my truck the gentlemen who answered was very rude and not helpful at all. Clearly he could tell I didn’t know much about what I was asking him but offer no help I mean you are the mechanic right.

I just want to share this. An older woman came by, because she had a flat tire pulling at kroger`s parking lot and didn`t know how to change the tire. So she walked to RMR Auto Care & Quick Lube, LLC asking for help. So you guys put the spare tire on for her charging the old woman 35$. Seriously. Ripping off elderly people. Unbelievable

Bunch of idiots working there.... I went to get an emission test done. Apparently the previous had gotten one prior to selling the vehicle at the auction and failed. I didn’t know any history of that ever happened. I went there last Friday to have the emission done, the emission guy came and asked me for the failed paperwork, I replied I just purchased the Veh and didn’t have any information of such, he left and said I will have to talk to my manager. Ok I waited the manager never came in the waiting room nor the emission guy(looks like he was on drugs) returns. Finally they pulled the vehicle around I was told I need to call the Georgia Clean to have them wipe the history of the failed emission then I’ll be able to complete the test 🤔🤔. The emission guy handled me a brochure in Spanish as if I speak it. I called clean Air Force as I waited in their lobby. I was told by the clerk since I’m paying for new test if shouldn’t be any problems. I told those idiots that, no I will them myself was by an other tech. I gave the number he walked way, when into the lobby sat down watching tv🤔🤔. I asked any words he replied I spoke to the guy that died the machine he says it’s not going to to work unless you have the paperwork from the failed test we need the barcode from it, but we will try it again. After waiting for so long in their waiting room for more then hour for an emission. I left went down the street to Go Green Emissions, I was able to get the emission done for $13 than their rate of $20. I’ve explained the situation to vendor upon arriving to have the test done he says those guys were being jerks and lazy. Ive taken my vehicles here for years now. Occasionally theyll try to slip you a new air filter but Ive never felt like they didnt do their job and rip me off. They appear to be honest and my family was the ones that recommended them to me. Word of mouth is best advertising and I havent heard of anything negative.

Got an emission test done at this location. The staff isnt outgoing and the guy that took my car around the shop peeled out in my car when he raced it into the garage.As far as the response below, I guess they will say about anything to cover their own. I doubt they remember which customer I was as I only have visited this location once. I left this review a month after going. I have no idea what window excuse they are trying to use and its still not a valid one for speeding around in someone elses vehicle. I simply dropped my car off and watched this guy peel out my car. I try to give good reviews to the ones that deserve it. I gave this place 3 stars, but because they wouldnt accept responsibility, they are now a 1 star.

The guys at RMR do a great job. Only place Ill go for any work or diagnostics i need done. Never had any problems and have never felt the prices were unfair. They have done several repairs for me such as a new radiator, alternator, and oil changes over the years. Every time they have worked on my car they treat it with respect. I highly recommend stopping by and talking to them if you need any work done.

Id like to thank all the guys at RMR Auto Care & Quick Lube for the great job they did on my old 1995 Ford Ranger pickup truck. I was told by another emissions place that I probably wouldnt pass, and that I would need $900.00 of work done to get my truck to pass. I decided to take it the RMR Auto Care, and those folks know what they are doing. I passed my emissions test and they didnt try to scam me. Good Honest people that care about their customers. This place is a good place for car service,,,.I have known the owner for years. Ive been doing his wheel alignments for about five years. they do suspension work at there location,,,,,,The quality of there work looks outstanding on every car they have brought to me for a alignment. I use there services for some of my own cars........emissions test,, exhaust,,,etc. I run a auto shop of my own...so most of my repairs on my cars are done by me. But anything I dont do....he dose it for me....he is honest,,,,,,,,,hard working,,,,,,, and his prices are reasonable . I would highly recommend him to anyone. good people..good service

Oil Changes are excessively high.Response to RMRs reply to my initial post: Yes, I am aware and I made an informed decision to take my business else where without being ripped off financially. You didnt complete work on my vehicle. Also, I notice youre very defensive (see other reviews and your reply to their post) when customers have an issue with your establishment. Humble yourself and remember the customers keep you in business.

Their prices are high....compare!! Your response is false. Comparatively speaking, with knowledge and truth, your prices are higher. Your shop tried to charge me over $180.00 for the exact same repair, that I, as an educated consumer, found elsewhere. I stand by my review with facts.

I stopped there on Saturday around 11:00am due to a piece of my front bumper (underneath) dropping and dragging the ground. They stated they could fix it. They showed me a piece that they had taken off and stated it was that simple and did not charge me. I advised them that I have along drive to work and I needed this problem taken care of. They assured me it was fixed and I would not have this problem again. So, since they did not charge me I purchased lunch for the guys. Well, around 5:15pm I was on my way home and the under part of the bumper dropped again. They were closed. I went home and a relative that had been under the car the day before and saw what the problem was came by and looked to see what may have gone wrong. He stated the car still looked the same underneath and whatever they claim they removed was a lie. They did not remove anything nor did they fix anything. WOW.

They were very professional and fast.

I recommend this shop to everyone. I was in the area for vacation, ran in car trouble but these guys did a great job diagnosing, explaining and repairing my vehicle. Excellent customer and great prices and of course the fact that there is a tech they call Jersey, which is where Im from, made me feel at home.

I took my van here a few weeks ago. I had locking lug nuts on my wheels that we could not get off! Apparently the key was stripped, and we were trying to avoid purchasing another one when we didn’t want the locking lug nuts anyway. My husband tried some other tools, as did our neighbor who is a mechanic, and we even took it to a tire sales store with no success. A friend of ours recommended we give RMR a try. When I first spoke to one of the technicians, he didn’t think they would be able to do it without the appropriate key. However, they pulled it into the bay to give it a try and got all of the locking lug nuts off! And they didn’t even charge me to do it!!! I will definitely use them again.

Although I have been to this business to have my ancient cars emissions tested for the past three years with no incident, the young guy on call sent me on my way because he wasnt able to hook the machine up properly. Since there are very few garages that perform this annual, necessary evil on a 25-year-old car, I was sure I was SOOL. Fortunately, there was one garage in the area that was able to help me out. That I was unnecessarily frightened and inconvenienced are the reasons for this Meh score.

I came in because I had heard a noise and I was told by Gene it was my AC and I needed to pay for an analysis. After doing so he said the noise was gone only needed freon. One day later the noise returned. I took my car back and the owner told me it was in my transmission. When I asked for a refund for my analysis because it was incorrect he refused. That Gene no longer work there and was not qualified to do anything but oil changes and therefore was fired. I said by your own admission I was misdiagnosed by your employer if you wont give me a refund could I please have some free oil change certificate and he refused. The noise turned out to be a loose bolt diagnosed and fixed free of charge at Brannon transmission. I have had both my cars here for oil changes and belts replaced. I will not be back.

I stopped in today with my 2013 bmw 328i... needed my head light bulbs replaced. I met Alan and Miguel.... told them my situation, which was I could not get the new bulbs in place. Miguel sacrificed some skin on his hands but Alan ultimately made it happen because the size of his hands was just right. In no time they had my bulbs in and all was right. They gave me an extremely fair price on the labor too! I will absolutely be visiting these guys in the future. Thanks for all your help today Alan and Miguel!!!

With the current climate (COVID-19) we are in, you would think they would take extra precautions when it come to hygiene. No one wore a mask when entering customers Vehicles, the Manager (who has no personality) claimed he washed his hands after finishing off work on a Customers car before working on mine, when I wipe off the steering wheel after he had finished, pure dirt came off. I showed it to him, and he stood there with no response. Their attitude is so wrong!

$55+ oil changes. Always tries to get you to buy a new air filter even though the one you have is perfectly fine. $40 brake inspection and $40 check engine light charge.Dont do it!

This shop is the best. Arvai knows cars and can diagnose any problem he has help me with everyone that i have had and he is fair. So take it from me, if you wont it done right take it to RMR Zoe said so.

Regarding customer service..just be careful of what you say when you are on the phone...just because you cannot hear me does not mean I cannot hear you...(sometimes a signal is bad...at least hang up first before you say something rude). I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back and it sounded like it may have been a different person (not sure) but they sounded unfriendly and impatient...so I did not want to be serviced there because of that.

Was in a hurry to get to a meeting and also needed an oil change. Drove by and saw the entire staff sitting down and all bays were empty. I thought it would be fast so I turned around and went back. They had a sign out front that said 21.99 oil change. When they were down my bill was 40. I asked how did a $22 oil change cost $40. They told me I had a Special oil filter.now I know why Noone was there. I will not go back.

Becareful about taking your vehicle here for services. I recently took my vehicle here for an AC check up and discovered my vehicle had an AC compressor leak. The tech that conducted the service stated that the shop would charge me $1,200 for the repair but he could conduct the repair for $800. The tech provided me paper for the AC check up but not of the cost for repair by the shop. I asked for the paper work and he stated he could not print it out but wrote on my paper work for the AC check up the cost the would charged for repair. This didnt sound right so I took the vehicle to a second shop which this tech did say the vehicle had an AC compressor leak and could repair it for $450.

Theyre nice but pricey. Went to get my honda fixed and was told by the gentleman it would be 180 I said ok. I went to kroger to get cash and come back an hour later and he tells me its 300. When I ask why double he says because of labor. ok? dont you think you should say that first? way too expensive for my 1998 honda.

This is one of the best Automotive shop around the Loganville Area. These Guys are very Honest and their work is outstanding. Three years ago, I went to another automotive shop (Name confidential) for an estimate on my SUV. They told me $637.12. I wanted a second opinion, so I went to RMR AUTO Shop, the Guy did a diagnostic and came back and told me it will cost about $390. plus tax. I asked him when can I get it done, he said they will close in 45 min and they can get it done the following day. I was at RMR at 7:45am the next day. These Guys did an awesome job and my vehicle has been running ever since. I will recommend RMR auto care to anyone at anytime. They work is done with honesty and the environtment is great.Chris Baker, sorry you had that experience but it seems like you want to buy your parts on line and return it to RMR. It doesnt work that way Buddy.
