My garage door suddenly stopped working after 8pm. I tried to open it and fix it on my own, watching YouTube and searching it on Google. However, I couldnt do anything. I became anxious; I thought it was too late to call for the service, and I had a very important appointment next morning. I called this company, and the repair guy showed up in 40 minutes. His name is Tom. Hes indeed kind, polite, professional and pretty confident. He carefully went through each component and explained to me whats wrong and how to fix and how long itd take to fix it and the price in 1 minute. Highly satisfied and they deserve 5 out of 5.

I called three different garage door companies. Zack with On Track came to my home the same day I called. I thought I needed a panel on my door replaced but really it just wasnt installed correctly. He told me even if I needed a replacement it would have only been a little over $400 thats the panel and the labor on installing it. The other two companies one was going to charge me $550 the other was going to charge me $800. Call Zack for any garage door concerns he will take good care of your door.

Tom was great, simple and quick examination of the problem and gave me options without trying to “sell” me on anything which I really appreciated. Install of two brand new doors with new motors took less than a day to complete and I definitely loved the price. Tom even fixed the clearance issues the door had because the previous installers chose doors too high so I was bound to have problems.Tom clearly had a wealth of knowledge about garages and has a straight forward and pleasant demeanor. I had a bolt holding my garage door support beams to the ceiling fall out one Saturday morning. I called late that afternoon and they were able to come out within the hour to fix everything! They made sure all my bolts were properly secured and even made sure my garage door was realigned, as it had been previously crooked from improper installation by the builder. Very nice, knowledgeable and responsive. I would highly recommend using them.

Tom replaced two old wood garage doors with steel insulated garage doors, complete with new springs and tracks, and two Lift Master automatic garage door openers. Price was very reasonable and I could not be happier with the quality of the doors, openers, and installation. The doors are whisper quiet and I can control them with the remotes, keypads, or my smart phone. Tom took great care of me today. I called because I thought my chain was broken and I needed someone ASAP as my wife is an essential worker. Tom brought his expert opinion and was able to let me know that in fact it wasnt my chains but was my garage door opener which had bit the dust. He gave me a quote which was very reasonable and got the job done in almost half the time he quoted me because he was so efficient. I had an old Genie Garage Door and it was constantly working and not working. Keypad was also going out. When youd press certain numbers the until would accept the number press. I was referred to On Track Garage Doors from my dad who also used them to repair is Garage Door Opener. I called and spoke with Zac who was currently handling a job in Sandy Springs. He told me that he would have Tom come out to my location in Jonesboro and take a look at my issue and see what they could do. Tom came out took a look and I had several issues. Springs were bad, stretched terribly and were going to go out soon, keypad of course, motor on Genie was shot. Tom assured me that he could replace/repair it all. I had a new Lift master put in, new keypad, 2 remotes, springs, sensors and professional installation. Tom had the remotes programmed and walked me through how to download the app to use the MyQ for our smart phones. Tom even noticed the rubber had shifted at the bottom of the door and readjusted it. He did recommend that I get it replaced probably later in the year. If you need your Garage Door, unit, keypad, sensors, or springs serviced these guys are your best bet. Great Quality work, fair pricing and excellent customer service.Thanks again guys and Ill call you when its time to replace the rubber at the bottom of the door.

Tom was wonderful he showed up rifgt on time. He was very efficient and my garage door works the best it has in along time. He showed me how to check the bolts which were loose so I can tighten them. He also said I should lubricate my garage workings every 4 months. Not with WD 40 but with garage lube you can get at Home Depot.

Zach took care or me on the day I called. One of my garage door springs broke and I knew that those are dangerous and should be repaired by someone who knows what they are doing. He replaced both and even gave my door a tune up. He took his time explaining what needed to be done. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing garage door work.

I used their services today and am very pleased with how quickly they were able to come out even though I called so late. They truly care and you can tell the difference when talking to a local company VS some of the other companies I called. Because I wasnt able to be there they were very detailed with what was wrong and even sent me photos of everything they were replacing.
