I called Ready Lift this morning after the belt on my garage opener broke and they were very detailed on my options and advise on how it can be fixed. To my absolute amazement they were able to fit me into their schedule today and get it done for me for an extremely reasonable price! I called around to all the other shops in Gwinnett County and Ready Lift ended up being between $50-$75 dollars cheaper! Don’t hesitate to call these guys they are honestly A-1.

Disappointed in costumer service big time! My door was done April 1st still havent received any type of recite/warranty. I spoke to Brandon multiple times, he promised me he will give me a written one and email format one. Last few times no response to my calls or text left a voicemail still nothing. Thats not how you do business. Very unprofessional and shady.

He said he can come out and replace it, I told him that is ok with me, but he said that there will be labor charge of $129.99 for it. Now you tell me the springs you had installed and now you asking me to pay again to replace it? think, That is not right the rest is up to you all out there if you want to use the service or not. This review is what happened to me, and this the truth that is all. Thank you

I contacted three companies to discuss repairing my garage door. I selected Ready Lift because they returned my call promptly and made an appointment to see me the next day. When Brandon couldnt make the following days appointment, he called me ahead of time to reschedule. Ordinarily, I would have said skip it, youve missed the appointment and Ill call someone else. However Brandon seemed genuinely sorry about not being able to make the original date. When he came on the rescheduled date, he promptly diagnosed the problem (broken springs). He replaced the springs and repaired my door (which became damaged because of the broken springs), letting me know the door repair was not permanent. Brandons pricing was fair, his work was excellent, and he didnt try to up sell me. Hes an excellent example of what a business owner should be, honest. You cant go wrong selecting this company for your garage door needs.

Brandon is a consummate professional and one of the nicest guys Ive ever met. I called him to my home to service one of my garage door units which I thought was done and needed to be replaced. It hadnt worked in months. He came out and in just a few minutes was able to adjust the sensors and program the garage door openers. I must admit, I was amazed because both my husband and I had been trying to do it for months. That goes to show you that sometimes you have to consult a professional. Not only was the guy very polite and great customer service, but was able to come by and look at my problem within a few hours from my initial call. He looked at my door, accessed the damaged and gave me a honest assessment. He let me know the options and what his recommendation is. He never tried to force any higher priced options or tell me what I should do. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. They would be hte first on my list if I ever need garage door repair or replacements or any type of work.Update on 2/1/19:I had called Brandon back for another issue I was having with my door. He had agreed to come out between 12-2pm 3 days ago. He never showed, texted, called, etc. I texted him confirming that he was supposed to be at my home and he said yes, and asked to reschedule. No apology or acknowledgement about the mistake. I agreed to to reschedule because he was as so prompt and professional the first time. And sometimes things happen.However he was supposed to be here today and its now 3 hrs past the time frame: no contact, nothing from him.I am no longer recommending Brandon or his company.
