The technician arrived on time, and he was very thorough, courteous and professional. He was also knowledgeable and did not try to sell me a new system or anything that I did not need, which has happened to me with another local company with a lot of 5-star reviews. This company quoted me a fair market price, without a contract, which I really appreciated. I definitely will be a return customer. They also sent me a confirmation the day before to confirm which I also appreciated.

This is the company you need to choose. After realizing our entire system needed to be replaced because of old age I had them come out to tell us what our best option would be. I felt absolutely no pressure from The technician to go with this company or any pressure to get more than what my home required. He educated me throughout the entire process and made me feel very comfortable. They gave me clear expectations and exceeded those expectations by showing up earlier than they said they were going to and finishing sooner than they did. The technicians Matthew and Luke did a great job and kept my house very tidy while installing our entire system. Give them a try, I promise you won’t regret it.

The technicians arrived on time and prepared to work. My entire HVAC system needed to be replaced so the job took a bit longer than expected. These guys took the time to install, check and re-check to insure that everything was working properly. They explained everything that was done and showed me how to operate the new thermostat. Ive called One Hour Heating and Air a few times now. Each time, Justin has serviced my AC and Furnace. (Note: I have 2 units and its been a different issue because of the age of my units). My AC went out and they came out the next day. Nothing is cheap anymore except the dollar store. So although it was pricey, they were quick and very professional. Knowledgeable and very polite. I would use them again and then again.

Out of the 5 companies we called one hour heating and Air was the only company that answered the phone. Scotty was our tech today on Fathers day and he did an amazing job! He was here in less than 30 minutes had had the part replaced and was done in less than an hour. We went ahead and signed up with a service agreement because we were so impressed!

I was about to call Estes, I just saw a commercial, however, I googled one hour heating and cooling. I called to schedule an appointment (hoping I could at least get next day service). First place we called didnt answer the phone. Took a chance and called One Hour H&A. Showed up within an hour of the expected time frame. Scotty was straight up with us about what he was doing and why etc... and fixed it quickly---made a potentially stressful situation (no one likes a broken AC in the dead heat of summer) not stressful at all. Jeremy from One Hour Heating and Air did a good job, was on time and very courteous. I will definitely use them again. The only complaint I had was that the service fee was not waived even though service was performed and charged. With other companies, the service charge is taken off if repairs are made. I will definitely have to negotiate that the next time.I changed my review to five stars because One Hour Heating refunded the $59.00 service fee. Like I said before Jeremy did a good job. I will be using them again.

It is doing a good job of cooling the house. This company installed heating and air in all of the homes in this senior community 17 years ago. I have used them ever since for my yearly maintenance.

I had a smart thermostat professionally installed earlier this month and after 2 weeks noticed heat was coming from it when it was set on cooling. This service is amazing. After being stood up by AllGood heating and air for a second time, I gave 1 hour a try. I called at 4:00 pm and Scotty showed up at 5:00 pm!
