I called trust heating and air out to my home because I was having problems with one of my units. I saw that they offer free estimates and that was a bonus. When the technician arrived he was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately at the end of the visit I was charged $40. I specifically car because they offered free estimates. That is why I chose not to use this company.

Had a great experience. Needed a new system and so I got 3 quotes. Trust had the best price and the service was great! Very nice and they kept communication thru it all. I was very pleased and would high recommend them. I have also set them up to come out twice a year for checkups.

My review is not about services per-say but more of a comment why does it say open 24/7 and when you call it says you have reached us after hours if you need to schedule text some number like whats the ourpose of having to say its 24/7 to lure people in ?!?!?! Like really?

Thank you for being Honest! I recently had three previous evaluations on the servicing of my Central Air system, All three big named companys told me my unit was not worth saving, that my compressor was shot, and that I needed to buy a new unit. I called for one more evaluation, And Jay came out and right away he could tell it was the starter. I know now why they are called TRUST! I have since told my neighbors, and will definitely be referring others to them as well. Jay was so knowledgeable, professional,and such a friendly guy. I had to write a review about this company! I previously had my air conditioning diagnosis the day before. The previous company stated it was something wrong with my board and I may have to get a completely new furnace. I knew that was not true. So I decided to go get a second opinion. I saw their company truck driving up the hill near my house and I typed their name in and saw the excellent reviews. I called them immediately and they the came and check out my Ac the next day. The technician was professional and he actually found the real issue which was my thermostat. I am very grateful for that I found this company. You guys have found a loyal customer!

Trust Heating and Air gets a 5 star rating from us. They made sure we didnt have a night without heat.They replaced two furnaces and two AC units. Walking us through the financial part was a breeze. The men were professional and even moved mulch from our mulch pile to the area around the AC units so it would look good. I highly recommend This company, they aim to please.

I called on Monday morning and they had someone at my house working on the issue in less than 2 hours. They found the issue, got the part, and repaired my AC quickly. I was happy, not only with the quick response, but also with the reasonable price for the part & repair. I picked Trust based on other reviews I read, so it is only fair I leave one for others in the future as well.

Trust Heating and Air recently installed a new furnace at my house. They did a great job (just in time for this winter weather!) and were very prompt and courteous while checking out the issues with the old furnace and installing the new one. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them! Quality work!

Trust Heating and Air serviced my AC unit and they provided quality service and was on time. What impressed me the most was their honest. I missed my winter AC check in 2018;but I received a call a year later to schedule the missed appointment for the fall of 2019. Some companies would have tried to charge you,but this company lived up to its name of Trust and I would highly recommend this company for your heating and air needs. Called for repair service on March 13, was told that would check availability for next day and would text me back that evening. Never heard back. Texted them the next day. No response. Waited another day and called, left message. I never received a call back. Very disappointed as I used Trust Heating and Air a few months ago with no issues. Needless to say probably wont be contacting them for any future repairs. Update: thought I would give them another try. Called them yesterday to come out and diagnose our air condition unit issue. Technician came out today. Jay was very professional and knowledgeable and honest (which is very hard to find) Great customer service!!!!

Everyone here is very professional and nice. They have great pricing and will work with you to get you set up. They were very quick on the installation and have the best warranty (10yr parts AND labor). I couldnt even tell they had been there to do the install. Can not say enough great things about the people that work here especially Kenny. System is working great too. Deff the company to go with for a new heat pump.

Amazing service! My AC went out in the middle of the night. I sent an email at 1am, was talking to someone by 7am, and had them at my house by 9am. The technician David was exceptional. He answered every single question I had, and explained what he found and what he needed to do every step of the way. Will definitely continue using Trust Heating and Air for anything I need, and highly recommend them to anyone else needing service!

Trust is AWESOME!! Kenny came to my house and recommended a ductless mini split system to help the room above my garage. They closed off all ducts to the room from the system that does the whole house. Now the room is the perfect temperature for our kids playroom. AC went out in the late afternoon and Trust Heating & Air was at my house within 45 minutes of my call for service. They ran a complete diagnostic and determined that improper fuses were installed on my unit. They fixed it right away and my AC’s been pumping ever since. It was also found that the pressure was low partially due to the lack of air returning to the unit. They were back the following morning to resolve the return issue and they also added a new supply line to our bonus room that previously did not have HVAC installed. Overall pleased with all of their work and would definitely recommend their expertise.

The Technician, Joshua, arrived right on time as promised and did a very thorough job of testing and calibrating my furnaces for maximum efficiency. He discovered a defective switch on my master unit and replaced it under warrantyI was impressed by the amount of time he spent doing the inspections and the care he took explaining everything to meI signed up for the Trust Heating and Air annual maintenance plan which is far more economical than others charge for the same services and insured my HVAC systems stay in top notch shape for economical performance.The management and staff at Trust Heating and Air are friendly,.extremely competent and display impeccable character.

Some of the best customer service I have ever had from any industry or product. Its never fun when the HVAC units have issues in your home and it never happens when its not hot or cold outside. They understand your issues and make you a priority. They are extremely helpful and they do what they say they will do. David, Michael and Kenny have installed a complete new unit, worked out any kinks and we now save about 20% on our electric bill. I would highly recommend Trust Heating and Air.

Of course, we had a weekend emergency! Sunday morning, we called around to a total of about 7 companies (all big names), and NO ONE was even half as responsive or concerned as this company! We called in and spoke to Kenny (one of the owners), who let us know that they were totally booked for the day, but would keep us in mind for first thing in the morning. Not only did Kenny keep his word with keeping us in mind, but he actually made sure to fit us in before 6pm ON A SUNDAY!!!! He was honest, informative, prompt, and extremely affordable! This company made it clear that the customers Satisfaction was their first priority, even if it was last minute and not originally in the schedule. Kenny was a man of his word and explained everything in detail to where we could understand, and now were not burning up in this house anymore!!!! A million stars to TRUST, especially with customer service! :) we will never go with anyone else for heating and air needs again!!!
