This place is amazing. Not only can you get brand new furniture ordered from here way cheaper than wayfair, overstock, etc. but the customer service is phenomenal! Not only did Chrissy take 20 minutes to help me over the phone when I was having an issue building my chairs, I brought one in and had the pleasure of meeting Gustavo, an Angel on earth. He was so patient and helpful. He took apart my chair and rebuilt it for me, showing me how to do the other ones correctly (I had a piece backwards). I recommend this place to anyone looking for good, stylish furniture. I will definitely be back.

Visited this place for the first time today. Last time too. I’ve never, ever been to a furniture store where they won’t let you use the bathroom. They tell you to go to the gas station down the street!! Plan on telling everyone I know…not to patronize a business where paying customers cannot use the freakin bathroom! Ridiculous!

Buyer Beware! I bought an extremely poor quality cheap looking tv stand and when I got home to assemble it, it was missing a critical piece. I have had to call the store multiple times to ask where this piece is and not getting anywhere. Its a sham of a business and they do not do refunds. Be aware that this is not a quality place nor does it have acceptable customer support. You will purchase a piece and are on the hook. Spend a little more for your peace of mind. Shameful business and shameful customer support

I ordered 2 items from the Lombard location that I need to pick up Friday 3/27/20...I have called the location but no answer. Will I receive an email or call letting me know how that order will be handled?

This place is ridiculous, not only its a cheap made furniture, on top of that they have no masks to offer yet they require them for 2 year old children, the guy that greets you is the worst saes person ever, stay away from this place!!

If I could give them a zero I would. Poor customer service and they’re condescending. Cute furniture, however I prefer better service and would much rather spend money where it’s appreciated. I’ll pay extra for superior service.

Over priced goods, customer service is sub-par

Not great experience.. I had to wait for 7 weeks for my sectional.. They order from China.. When you ask reason for delay, they say that we cant travel in containers and push them faster.. After 7 weeks, I received my order with wrong color.. And due to covid you have to take your sectional from your ground floor loby and because I had to replace and wait for more time to get right color, I had to do thay process thrice...no warranty of products.. Ofcourse these are from China.. I would never recommend this place to anyone...About the response from owner on discount, that was because after 7 weeks, I was told that color I had chosen was no longer available and they gave me option to take floor piece with stains at lower price..

Items are affordable as of pricing but costumer service is extremely bad! Do not come here unless you are ready to have a very stressful and bad experience! They only care about you paying besides that they do not even talk to you unless you approach and not even.

We bought 2 couches and 2 end tables. Eric, our salesman, was great. Not pushy, answered all of our questions, and moved things around for us so we could see how the furniture went together. Pieces were exactly what we ordered. There was no damage to the furniture. It was delivered when we were told it would be. We thought a small piece of the sectional was missing, but called and they were very nice about helping us find it nested in another piece. The prices are outstanding. The trade off is you have 48 hours to notice anything wrong. After that you own it. Weve had it for about a month now and we are very happy with our decision.

Fell upon this store by Google Maps and so happy I did. My husband and I went in just to browse for a sofa and ended up purchasing a beautiful Victorian style sofa, an entryway bench and a multifunctional coffee table. Thanks to the wonderful customer service of Chrissy, we were able to also purchase these items and will definitely return to buy more items for our first house! Make the trip to Baxton, you will be so pleased with their inventory and prices!!

I purchased furniture from this place and it was setup as a display in my home. My house is not kid friendly so kids that visit do just that visit for a short period. Well as I arrived home I went to check out my furniture, being Im in Wisconsin for the summer I noticed the right arm of the sofa is broken. I called the store and the young lady was so rude about the issue I had to get off the line with her. But this store is a knock off when it comes to things being damaged and wanting a return . My ratings I would give a zero if I was able. I will be posting all on social media and calling ABC 7 to make things right.

I have little experience in the past. The prices are very low and attractive. The products very often look nice, but if you decided to bay any furniture for a daily use check two times what from material is made.

If you want to experience what good old-fashioned customer service and friendliness is then visit this Outlet. The staff was friendly from the time I walked in the door. And Tim was awesome in assisting me in finding the perfect daybed😊.

This place has great deals on furniture but be mindful of the return/refund policy. Get on their email list for added discounts. Most items will need to be oddered in to their showroom for pickup (or you can deliver) so dont plan on taking big stuff home same day.

Ive purchased a few things from Baxton. Never had any issues. Sales people were always friendly and never pushy. I will definitely be back soon for some new furniture.

I love this furniture outlet store! No frills on the the displays but the prices are the lowest Ive found. Ive shopped at Crate and Dania and everywhere online for book cases and desks and these were 1/2 the price if not better. Worth the drive from Chicago.

They have good reasonable prices. We went there on Black Friday when they had extra 20% off. The salespeople are helpful and attentive. Bad thing was their delivery was expensive at 85 bucks without installation. Its expensive than any other furniture place. But all in all I had a good experience.

We bought our bed here 4 years ago and ventured here again for a new couch. They have a good selection with good prices. They didnt have specifically what we were looking for this time but would definitely recommend it.

(I learned after purchase) They don’t accept returns....and exchanges of faulty furniture within 14 days only. I purchased 4 $200 chairs....2 of the 4 broken with minimal use in ironically 14 days. The manager said their return policy is why they have low prices. What I’ve learned is that they sell furniture that is junk.Lesson learned.

I went in around 4 pm and in the entire store there was only one lady sitting at her desk doing her work.there is no sales associate here to help you out.the prices are goood, some pieces of furniture are beautiful but when you go into this store it feels like its just a display center, u cant buy some thing cz there is no one around .3 families were in the store looking and in the entire store there was No One to offer help.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a dresser from here in February. The drawer has collapsed multiple times and is unable to be fixed. How is the life expectancy of a dresser 4 months? I have had IKEA furniture that lasted years. I called this location to see if anything could be done, and they said no because it was an outlet. They did not offer me anything expect potential parts that I would have to pay for. Horrible customer service, and horrible product. Save your money and buy something that is actually of quality and will last you.

I just bought my couches from Boxton studio outlet. I m very happy with the couches and price. Store manager and employees are very friendly and knowledge. Delivery was on time i received 30mins call before arrival. I would highly recommend anyone to go buy furnitures at this place.

I DID NOT have a pleasant experience with Baxton. I bought a table last Saturday Sept.26th. I changed my mind about the table, and decided to return the table to Baxton. The box was still unopened and only in my possession for 6 days. I spoke to the manager and he would not allow the return. He stated that they have a NO RETURN POLICY!!!I am very upset, dissatisfied, and feel misled about this transaction. When I shopped for the table last Saturday, the sales rep DID NOT mention their NO RETURN POLICY. If I knew about their policy, I would have not purchased the table there. BUYERS BEWARE>>>>>>BAXTON has a NO RETURN POLICY>>>>>their sales rep may also FORGET to inform you of their policy during your purchase.I WILL NOT SHOP at BAXTON. I WILL NOT refer BAXTON to any of my friends or family.
