I went to Kar Stop for an oil change and tune up. The technicians where friendly and quick with my car. I have a few thing needing done to my car and i will be taking my car back to Kar Stop for my repair. Thank you Kar Stop.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. They charged me $260 to replace the coil pack on my #4 cylinder. They did not take off the intake manifold since it was not fully covering that pack. They somehow pulled it out and to put it back i watched them jam it back down. Keep in mind that was a new coil pack. They said they fixed the problem but when I drove it, the issue was worse than when I initially took it. Not only was is throwing the same codes, but now it was throwing transmission codes as well. So I took my car to someone else. This shop has a bad reputation for fixing cars and in the end forcing you to seek out alternative help. If you want to waste money and break your car more than I highly recommend this place. The mechanics name was something Og.
