Very disappointed with this dealership! This is my second car with them. First one I really had no issues. My second car Honda Hybrid 2021 I just purchased & I’m having so many issues from flat tires, alignments, sensors, battery, start button, alarm & screen issues. The whole purpose of me purchasing a new vehicle is so I don’t have to worry about these type of problems especially that I JUST PURCHASED this vehicle! To hear there is nothing that can be done for me is very disappointing. This time around I feel like I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. This is unbelievable this issues I’m experiencing it’s like I was given a car with so many issues this is not fair! Honda Shame on you for letting your good customers feeling like they were sold a car with so many defects!!

I called yesterday about a car I am interested in buying. The salesman said the owner had it and would bring it back today. I emailed this morning, the salesman said he did have it and they would clean it up and do a video walk through. No word for 3 hours, so I sent an email. No word for another hour so I called. The salesman said he would check for the car and call me back. Half hour later he called and said the owners wife took it again and thought we already did the walk through. How frustrating, since I have a trade in and all CASH for the rest. No financing needed. Ive never tried so hard to actually give my money to a dealership for a car!! The owner doesnt seem interested in selling the vehicle and its a little weird he just uses the cars at his leisure. Im definitely taking my business elsewhere!

Rocket Town Honda Rocks! I was going out of town and needed an oil change and tire rotation. I originally had an appointment with SB Honda for the service (Im a commuter) but called and asked Rocket Town if they had an appt for the following day because of the hassle with the shuttle and getting back to work on time, the day of the appt. Rocket Town had a heavy workload the next day but Eric said he could fit me in if I could drop off at 730.I did so and they had my car completed lickety split. However....I had a major tire issue, which Eric promptly let me know. (Threads showing on inside of tire- I couldnt see)Due to the out of town schedule we started to make other arrangements for transportation. Nothing was working out - so we needed to get the tires replaced asap!I called to let them know I was coming back- but in the meantime there were several other people who needed help as well. They could no longer guarantee the 2 hour window quoted when I left.We were in a pickle. Our reservations in Los Angeles were at 7pm and the Rocket Town Honda schedule was packed.Eric promised he would do his best but could not really guarantee a time it would be done with so many others ahead of my request. It was a two hour service as well. I was just happy he was even able to get us in line.Eric called us 1.5 hrs into the two hours to let me know the service was complete- with the front wheel alignment and car wash!We had just enough time to deal with Friday traffic and get to out destination safely and on time.Way to go Rocket Town Honda! You saved our weekend and possibly our lives with the inspection and notice of the bad tire. I cant thank you enough!! Kudos to you and the quick working technicians!! Needed buckles to seat belt replaced on driver side and behind driver seat. Was told they are under warranty and Honda in Lompoc was able to fit me in on their schedule quickly. Since the vehicle I took in was my only transportation Honda in Lompoc was able to provide a transport for me to get back home. Great service from All team members. Because the work on my car took longer than expected they threw in a nice surprise on cleaning my headlights. New key that was made was also tested on my vehicle and confirmed that it worked on all doors. When my vehicle was ready I was given a call to see if I needed a ride back and transport back to Honda Lompoc was on time to the second. Since the pandemic I have noticed companies shorthanded and increased dissatisfaction with customer service. It was great to see that the pandemic did not impact Honda in Lompoc customer service, best service I have received in a long time. Shout out to Eric, Justin, cashier, and transport drive at Honda in Lompoc that worked on Monday 8/16/21.

I just bought my 2021 Honda HR-V from RocketTown Honda in March of 2021. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. Not only do they ALWAYS offer the lowest price, but the General Sales Manager, Wes Hofer, offered to have my new vehicle delivered to me. More than worth a long drive here to buy a Honda. Ive purchased 2 Hondas in the last 5 years, and unfortunately only one was from RocketTown Honda.The sale with Ron Hirzel was easy, no pressure, no BS like I got a few miles south. I was in and out in under 2 hours and there were no surprises, other than the fact that a car dealership with genuine and honest staff actually existed.I took it in for its first maintenance recently. The experience was much better than first maintenance at the other dealership. No hidden charges, no pressure to replace that silly cabin air filter like you might see at a chain. Car came back washed and with a fresh battery in the key remote.

I was told my car would be ready in an hour. I was back just after an hour and the car was not ready. I was told it would be another half an hour because there was somebody else ahead of me. But what actually happened is they took the person that came in after me and did their car first because I decided to leave the showroom and not wait inside. so it doesnt matter if you have an appointment what matters is if you wait in the waiting room for your car. What I was told was going to take an hour then another half an hour ended up taking two hours. They did give me a discount. But when I got in the car and they had rotated my tires I still had low tire pressure. I have taken my car there for a long time I dont know that I will be taking my car back anymore.

The only experience i have on this dealership is that theyre not very helpful at all when it comes to service.They set me up for appointment to replace the airbag of my Acura tl. When I got there they told me that they dont do acura cars. I told them what kind of car i have when I called for appointment.

Last week my wife took her car to this dealership for an oil change. Her car has the 1.5l motor in it which requires 3.7 quarts of oil. I checked the oil level in her car yesterday and I was shocked as the oil level was around an inch and a half over the maximum level line! I checked the recepit that she got for her service and even that says they put 5 quarts of oil in it. I also opened the manual for her car which says Do not fill the engine oil above the upper mark. Overfilling the engine oil may result in leaks and engine damage. Good job, Honda. If you have the same engine in your car, make sure to check your level after you get your oil changed or they will screw up your car

As far as selling goes, they are on point .But when it comes down to serviceAd in vehicle maintenanceThey are unreliable .I took my car in for a alignment after a month or so my tire went bald . Took it to honda dealer they saod nothing is wrong, so I asked why is the tire bald and they just said idk 😒 like really idk and you are supposed to be professional.
