This is a great starbucks location with very friendly staff and quick service. The location itself is kept clean.

I purchased an iced mocha,refreshing and stimulated the moment while enjoying the air-conditioned atmosphere and a brief bit of wifi to check-in on my messages. Plenty of parking and nice hard working staff. Love starbuks, however this lotion didnt have 3 of the 4 items I was looking for.

Literally the worst Starbucks Ive ever attended. Yes staff seemed young but no one seemed to be in charge nor know what drink to make. There was 2 cars in the drive through ahead of me not only did the gentleman rush me through the ordering then I waited a full 15 minutes till I got to window then another 7mins for them to make my drink incorrectly the young lady gave my drink and slammed window Literally the slowest unprofessional staff I watched 6 people stand around grabbing cups to just set them down.

Along with awesome breakfast sandwiches it is the only place I know of to order lactose free coffees. The only complaint I would have is be sure to check your order before you leave as we constantly get someone elses order. But the staff is friendly-with the exception of 1 rude gal- food is excellent and the coffee is addicting!

Clean, conveniently located. I highly recommend ordering ahead of time from the app. The baristas have a hard time hearing the orders correctly with all the masks and partitions.

We ordered then only after we inquired about our drinks did they say they didnt have lemonade??? at 11am? seriously? Then my husband asked for ice tea then they proceeded on giving us something totally different 😒

I am usually very satisfied with my drink but today the coffee tasted burned and its not cheap either !!

Had more customers than usual due to temp closure of other Lompoc store but the staff have done a great job hustling to get orders filled as quickly as possible.

Hit or miss with this chain. Drinks are usually prepared incorrectly. They’re VERY cheap with the milk they use, the coffee is basically still black. Asking for light ice because you don’t like watered down drinks? Expect a ton of ice to be packed in there. I understand it’s a chain where they train new employees but I’ve had a manager there and still mess up my order horribly. The coffee had ZERO milk in it and nothing but ice. If the long term employees are messing up then I can’t imagine how the new comers are going to be like.

Coffee tasted fine, baristas were very friendly. Unfortunately i had to wait over 15 minutes for an iced coffee so the wait is long if you walk in. Additionally, they do not enforce wearing masks at this location. There were 3 other customers not wearing masks in the building at the same time and one was standing right in front of the counter the drinks and/or food gets left on for pickup. Over 8 employees were there today and not a single one asked the customers to put on a mask.

Went thru the drive thru for waters and forgot to ask for no ice, went back through to get another water and the employee offered to run the drink out to us (which he did SUPER QUICK) so we didn’t have to wait in line again. Very polite staff and great sense of humor at drive thru window. Best service I’ve received anywhere!

Being that I am here daily, yes, I love the place. I am kinda picky about my coffee, but Ive never gotten tired of their blends. More than that though, their customer service is excellent.

Poor service. Lack of attention at time of customer entry, with no acknowledgement of there being a new customer awaiting service. Poor facility signage. Disappointing.

I didn’t mean to sound rude of the phone for my app Oder when I could hear my name being called, but we have to wear mask now. So please speak up especially when other co workers are using machines. I know some names are difficult to guess how it pronounced but aleast they can hear it to see if it is there and kinda guess what name your saying. I don’t think my name is hard but it did sound like someone else’s too especially when you voice is being muffled with the mask and noise. I stud in the pick up line for every for my app order I was rude on phone because that embarrassing for me and also made me late for an appointment.

Took so long for one Coffee worst experience I ever had

Not especially quick for dine in customers but they have lots going on with the drive thru and the mobile orders. I ordered a tall Veranda and the bacon and gruyere egg bites. The girl working the oven was working very quickly but the after about 15 minutes I asked for the status and was told she was just putting them in. She was working really hard so I dont blame her. Some larger system process is slowing her down. I love the tables and the layout. If I needed to study or work on business it would be a perfect place, though there are not a lot of outlets and this location doesnt appear to have the mobile charging stations. All-in-all took about 20 minutes to get in and out of there.

The service was friendly, and everyone there is super cordial! The orders are always made right too🙂

This store is always slow whether you order online or go in person. Drinks are tend to be short on actual beverage and staff not particularly friendly. Prefer the H st location over this one.

The one on ocean is faster, but I feel like this one has WAY better customer interaction

Drinks are good just the wait time that is upsetting the people I know that where going there. It took 22 minutes to get from a to b. Hire more people please. Thank you Starbucks

I waited over an hour and a half on a very busy mothers Day morning for a drink for my wife just to find out they had been throwing away orders prior to them being made just to try to catch up

Drive thru line was a lil long but they get you thru pretty quickly considering.

Wow, was the customer service horrible here. The staff was mad at my family because we were ordering so many drinks. The cashier and manager were making annoyed faces at us and giving us so much attitude, I had never experienced that at a Starbucks.

The one on Ocean was great! The employee at the window was sweeta d friendly!

I really enjoy their spinach feta wrap, its really good. Not to forget their honey citrus mint tea its perfect when you catch a cold its soothing and helped me sleep.

If your busy say so or ask the person to hold dont waste time by having your customers explain it all then repeat it ! Get it right the first time please and thanks

Apparently when I say I want light ice they think it means cram as much ice in there as possible to give me less actual drink. But what can you expect from Lompoc.

Great place to come with my study buddy. Feels extra safe because of the police station next door. Sometimes I see Pokemon Go players outside form. More for a place for chit chat, bring earphones if you want to study here without the background noise. Grocery Outlet is also next door if want to grab more snacks to eat.

These guys are great. I ordered some coffee travelers for my work event and they were ready exactly when they said they would be. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. Im really lucky to have such amazing people nearby, ready to help start my morning off right. Thank you!!

Waited behind two cars in the drive through for over 10 minutes while the line backed up to the street. REALLY slow service especially for a drive through. Drink was good.

Starbucks always has a great atmosphere. Store has a very, loungy theme to it. Very clean, organized, and wide variety of baked treats and food for vegans and non vegans alike! Also 2 unisex bathrooms that looked and smelled great!

Im not a snooty coffee drinker but what can I say about Starbucks other than they have a wide variety of coffees and a wide variety of the sweet-tasting kind as well. Plus they can custom make you one. They also have super fast Wi-Fi and have pleasant public policies four people.PSIve been a Christian all my life and I havent seen any problems with their Christmas holiday cup. Really, get off from that trivia drama.

Great Starbucks, great customer service! The drive thru layout was horribly placed though. Theres always vehicles in the alley and parking lot, ultimately making two lines. Its a hassle but the customer service here is great.

Like this Starbucks and glad it is on our side of town. Always wondered why powers that be picked that location. Parking lot is too small, drive-thru interfers with cars trying to park.

Food was good, but order taking was troublesome. I almost had the young lady scratch the order and start again. I also noticed that the order taker was not at the window to serve us, it was another employee. Coincidence? I dont know. It would be interesting to get some research so as to surmise if the young lady came to the conclusion that it was our fault. Im in communications and need to speak clearly in adverse conditions. Its a shame.

I visited the new Starbucks on ocean avenue in Lompoc for another round of white chocolate mocha venti of course extra hot with to add shots and it was delish as usual staff was friendly places clean sat there and did a little Wi-Fi off the phone enjoy my drink was there for prison sign I love Starbucks I love the atmosphere the vibe and the staff are off the chain so great you got to go visit this one that is 3 to choose from at this one happens to be my favorite for some reason my daughter works at the other one across town and I wish I had been there so I could have saw the most beautiful girl in the world but for now this one will do

It was the worst, all my drinks were ready at DIFFERNT times so the drinks were already water downed or cold had them remake all of them. The trip took about 20 min from ordering to finish. What a waste and you gotta love the lompoc customer service......
