The cashiers and anyone outside of the pharmacy are really cool, fast, efficient, and friendly and THEY deserve five stars. The pharmacy staff however is horrible. Amir, and the girl with the green (?) hair and the young girl working the evenings are all really nice, but everyone else is rude and incompetent. My friend asked to use the restroom and one of the ladies just shook her head and yelled “nope” and then the next day I came in to get my medication and I watched the manager letting in a woman to the restroom. The applies should apply for everyone or for nobody. Also there are like at least seven people behind the counter and only one register open. EVEN THOUGH the line is out the door and nobody is answering the phones . Every single person had an issue with their medication or they couldn’t find them in the system or the medication wasn’t ready. There is no reason to have to stand in line for 30 minutes and with no air conditioning. Both registers need to be open and if people are not working or actively doing something behind the counter then they shouldn’t be there. It’s so frustrating.

I am only specifically speaking about the pharmacy. The store clerks are great but the pharmacy is one of the worst I have used. Not only are the staff rude and unfriendly, they are also inept. I have to call multiple times to get my prescriptions started and there are never any explanations or apologies as to why it wasnt started the first few times I called. I am going to be transferring soon. I cant handle both rudeness and incompetency.

CVS is one of the main stay pharmacies I goto when I need something medicine related. This particular CVS has an expanded selection. I didnt check it out but I assume it has more grocery selections.

Horrible service on the phone

For the pharmacy it depends if you are there in the morning/evenings. The morning pharmacy staff are very rude. They don’t want to help you at all. They nit pick everything. They take advantage of some elderly because they don’t know what to do to get their meds. They overcomplicate things that don’t need to be and in doing so leave many without important medication. The evening staff are nice and helpful. I brought my mom in at 15 minutes till closing time for her antibiotics and the two employees there filled it and even helped me out finding an over the counter med.Very helpful and quick to fill unlike morning staff. All in all. You can’t have a barrel of apples without some rotting ones thrown in.

I have never at any other business found such nonstop friendly helpful knowledgeable staff. I am not saying one employee but everyone at this location. The sales are excellent and pharmacist knowledgeable helpful. I wish I could do all my shopping here.

I have always had friendly service in the pharmacy. The pharmacist are all knowledgeable and do everything they can to get your meds for you.

The only reason I even rate this store a 1 is because of help I received from a pharmacy intern. Otherwise I would rate them a 0 if that were possible. The staff I have encountered here today and on previous occasions have been truly unwilling to help, totally lacking in knowledge and compassion and extremely rude. After not finding the iron supplement on the shelf I was looking for (which I had bought all they had from them a few weeks ago) I asked the pharmacist intern about getting it in. I was told to ask the staff up front for help. After asking the cashier I was told she couldn’t help but she would get the manager. The manager Tina came to the front and I explained VERY CLEARLY what I was looking for and tried to show her a picture on my phone. She kept pulling away from me and refused to look at my info. Told her again what I was looking for as she was walking away. Told her “IT ISNT THE ONE ON THE SHELF!” She was EXTREMELY RUDE telling me I didn’t make any sense and that she was busy unloading on the dock!! As I tried to explain AGAIN she said “are we on the right page yet?? At that point I was extremely upset and angry at being treated so rudely so I just told her “this is the worst pharmacy in Lompoc and always has been”. I left the store after asking for her name. CVS has lost my business for ever and I will also tell everyone I know how badly I’ve been treated there. Buyer beware with this store!!

I love this pharmacy, the staff is very friendly and courteous, the manager Ryan is fantastic, so thorough when explaining new meds and after in the ER had to rush to get my script filled, called and spoke to Ryan at 845pm and he told me get here asap and Ill fill it for you and sure enough with 5 min to spare before closing he filled it for me, everyone has been kind and helpful the entire staff are awesome. I wont go anywhere else. 💜

I was surprised at some of the reviews. Perhaps there is one rude person whom I havent yet encountered. Personnel at the pharmacy counter have always been courteous and helpful.

Yesterday I went to pick up medications for my mother, one of the medications was Hydrocodone 5-325mg, I was told that in order to ge the medication I must buy the Narcan. I end up leaving without it. At the hospital we were told that the medication Narcan is suggested but did not have to buy it. I went to other pharmacies and ask they offer the medication but clients can still buy the Norco without the Narcan. My mother hist had a knee replacement. Out of all the meds she was prescribed, I was not able to get the Norco because I was being forced to buy the Narcan that cost more than the Norco.

I pick up my parents meds here multiple times a week here. Today I had to pee when I came in and asked to use the restroom, I asked the old lady at the front named sandy if I could and she told me they just got cleaned and I should go use the gas station restroom. That lady is rude. Im a paying customer. Poor service!!! Nothing but bad reviews and I wouldnt be surprised if all of them are about the same rude lady. Wake up CVS!! Sandy needs a different job
