Nice and clean! Huge selection and always has coupons in the app for things that we want. Already get a rebate back from shopping there in the first month. This is our regular go to grocery store.

Im sorry but they are ridiculously overpriced and they are snobs. I go somewhere else Like grocery outlet on F and ocean or foods CO on central right next to Walmart and Royal smoke shop. thanks . JC

Very nice, everything is fresh and where it should be.

First really negative experience I had there. Employee(cashier) did not honor one of the coupons on the app. and ended up owing me $7.00. Again, I think they thought they could get away with it because of my disability. I contested the mistake and won, but at the expense of my peace of mind. Observance is key in these situations. Sometimes an honest mistake, sometimes out and out laziness on the part of the cashier or mgmt. Dont let them rip you off!!

Purchased a custom graduation cake for my daughter it was terribly decorated. Crooked layers, it looked like someone threw it together at the last minute. Very disappointed because I’ve had great cakes in the past from here.

Shop here most often. Fairly well organized. Constantly rearranging shelving/merchandise. Staff very helpful. Always clean and orderly.

Very friendly and decent prices

Many advertised sale items had empty shelves. Store in midst of remodel which should have been done before Vons was closed. Lacks hometown feeling that Vons had. We need a store that has quality merchandise, specialty items and quality service with fair and reasonable prices.

Most of the workers came from Vons, so glad that Vons is no longer operating... Their price of food was outrageous... Albertsons is no better than Vons theyre all the same... And the economy like this they have a nerve enough to have high price food. its the value of Walmart... In addition to not only are the food prices high; I dont see you hiring a fair share of African-American men or African-American women... The only people that I see in the majority of you guys stores are Caucasians and Hispanic.. and this was the case of Vons they hired one or two African Americans I guess to satisfy the public eye... I dont understand this but yet you want our money. Explain that to us.. because your store seem to always have excuses why you cant hire African-Americans... Many have applied but none have been hired...

They are in the process of reorganizing and some what of an update to the grocery store. In my opinion they can offer and stock more quality, and specialty grocery products and produce. A good quality grocery supermarket in Lompoc, especially now that Vons is closing the doors sometime in May 2021

They do not have a lot of products that Vons. Miss VONS.WE SHOP ELSEWHEREOK IF YOU JUST NEED ESSENTIAL ITEMS ALTHOUGH, no matter how many times they say they ARE THE SAME NO THEY ARE NOT!! TRUE VONS SHOPPERS CAN TELL YOU THAT TAKE BLINDERS OFF!! WE WILL NEVER BUY YOUR MEATS WE GO TO SPENCERS WAY BETTER. NOT QUALITY.

Its gotten alot better since they brought the people from vons, its a pleasure to shop there now.

People are nice but I am having a hard time getting a J&J vaccine. Cant make an appointment on line and pharmacist out to lunch when I got there. I was told to come back and there would be a long wait possibly. I may change my mind on the shot as I am nervous about side effects.

The parking lot is a mess, but you walk into the store and its a cluster f! Its nothing like the Vons layout, and people wonder around with blank expressions asking people if theyve seen this item or that.

Albertsons is horrible. I went to get a Western Union with my ID and because my middle name was missing, they would not give me the money. I go back today only to have to wait due register mistakes over 45 minutes. I should never have had been turned down last night. Dont go to Albertsons. There service is horrible. Not because of the mistake. They have rude workers up front

Nice grocery store!

This is a pretty good Albertsons but definitely due for a remodel. Their hot bar is okay but I would love to see more offerings like Sushi, and maybe a salad bar. Their beer and wine selection is alright as well as their meat department. They also have a pharmacy. There is a large homeless encampment just up the road and so its not uncommon to see those folks loitering in the parking lot although Ive never had a problem.

Came in to use the restroom and came out with dinner! Staff was helpful for what I was looking for.

We went in to get a dozen helium balloons for a birthday and the staff was fabulous! Sasha and Andrea were lovely and very patient since the birthday boy was very particular about matching colors. They helped us get all our balloons perfect, all while being friendly and kind. Thanks guys!

Store is amazingly convenient, prices are fair to moderately high.Highly recommend the “Save-On” pharmacy for their friendly staff and prompt and accurate service.Once you learn the layout of the store it is easy enough to find what you need.

I go mainly for the SavOn Pharmacy.The staff is very friendly and efficient. It is, in my opinion, the best pharmacy in town.The main store is very clean and well stocked. A bit pricey for the area. But, the Weekly Fab-5 bargains are usually pretty good.

I wish to offer very high praise for the Deli department and pharmacy in particular. I can shop at several local markets including the commissary at Vandenberg AFB but find that the LOMPOC Albertsons offers excellent service and overall good value. Elsie (Deli manager) went out of her way recently to ensure I was able to get what I needed. Due to trouble with my hands shredding chicken is problematic for me. The Deli was out of shredded chicken but when I asked she immediately provided me with freshly shredded chicken and I was told that anytime I needed it I should ask for her and she would ensure I had it. Excellent, excellent customer service.I also wish to commend the excellent service I receive from the pharmacy. All of the staff are helpful and friendly but the pharmacist Rufus goes out of his way to be helpful. His kindness and expertise are much appreciated.The butcher shop is also very helpful and customer oriented.

As a frequent travel, I typically come into a new town and stock up on essentials at the local grocery store. This store is laid out very well and easy to navigate to find what I needed. Friendly and attentive staff were a tremendous help.

I run in usually late at night before closing and have always been treated like a special shopper. Everyone is always in a friendly mood and perky that late at night.The store is always clean and everything is replaced constantly so I never have to go to a different store for just 1 item.Albertsons is MY GO TO MARKET!!Francine Silva

Stores that was playing. The large variety of imported and local flavor vegetables and fruits voice talk stop is friendly I never see it too crowded in there but going down the time to do my hair and theyre going to shopping bag and enjoy every time I go in there and look pretty with us

Great place to pickup your meds

Consistently has plenty of the sale items in stock even the last evening of a sale. Also, keeps a slightly larger variety of flavors/items in the products they stock. Even though they share the same sales as Vons you can do better together come here first.

Went to pharmacy & they are the best pharmacy in town. The pharmacist are the sweetest & helpful. Just love them all.

First trip in three months. Cleaning controls in place. People all wearing masks. Checkout distancing was very helpful.

I think they can improve on their customer service, because the majority of their employees arent very friendly to the customers. No one greets you as you come into the store, or offers to assist you in finding items you maybe looking for. However, their deli department rocks! They have the best wings, and fried chicken in California!

I love this Albertsons. Its not too fancy, but it always has what I need, its clean, and always stocked. Lompoc almost lost this store a few years ago when it sold. Fortunately, THEY REOPENED.. and I for one was SO stoked!
