Very friendly security and usually a decent selection of products. But there is always a big line so prepare to wait for a few minutes.

Of course Vons-Albertsons, etc. are all owned by the same company. Kroger I think? Theyre all pretty much the same. Theyre all good! The Vons in Lompoc is probably cheaper than Albertsons in Buellton?

Its a good store to purchase meats, fruits and vegetables. Sad to see it will be closed down this month.

11/24/2020I decided to take a stroll around the store and to my surprise was greeted with a nice security guard. That’s where all the good ended. I ran into this particular girl several times while mopping the floor, and she couldn’t take her eyes off the phone of hers. There was a good amount of products, but at checkout I ran into her AGAIN. She bagged my groceries as if they were meaningless, and ended up squishing my bananas. Her name was victoria or something that’s starts with a v.The girl literally needs to be trained. It’s not that hard, CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rude

Im a professional shopper now (literally) and I have to shop at many stores. Vons is simply the best store to shop not only is the staff helpful, 99% of the time they have all the items I need which makes my job way easier. Special shout out to the awesome employees at the check stands. Thank you guys!

People customers, dont know how to stay 6 feet, and always crowded! During covid-19 this is not ok! And people try to walk in front of you trying to be the 1st one to buy most of the stuff at Vons and be the first ones at cash register, the customer always cuts me off when Im trying to walk . And Vons employee are very disrespectful and rude and mean towards me and my mom! People always gets too close. And employee gives candies to my kids without parents permission not ok! Worst store in the world.

3 Stars for one bad apple. I asked the woman working the entrance for a paper towel to clean the basket and she was very rude. She didnt listen to my question and gave me an awful attitude. She needs to learn to stay 6 feet apart from others @ 18:15 hrs. The positive side is that the rest of the employees were kind at the deli department and register.

Quality food and staff

Went to send money at money gram an January was an excelent help. She is so friendly that makes my transitions so smooth.

They have prime rib roast with bone in on sale for$5.99 a pound but you must have it in store coupon that you can receive on their weekly flyer upon walking in the door. they also have Peets coffee on sale right now which is the best coffee you can get at a grocery store. And they have a great produce section and bakery and they have a Hands-On butcher to accommodate you personally. Thank u Vons, keep it up but not those those prices

Their Pharmacy honors GoodRx and has the cheapest coupon for prescriptions. I really enjoy their deli as well.

Well, their overall inventory is decently stocked, of course there are some products out of stock but, compared to other grocery stores in the area Vons is the top choice by far. Additionally, I dont get that uncomfortable sense of paranoia and fear, from other shoppers, and Vons staff like Tamra, she makes shopping nice and relaxing she is friendly.

Although very busy good to see people wearing their masks and social distance is in place.

Theres to many homeless around this area, feel disgusted just parking.

Always a line. Never enough tills open. Product selection is great, they have a few niche/odd things you cant find anywhere else.

This is one of my go-to stores if I need to get groceries for the week. Sometimes the lines can be a bit much but they go pretty fast once they get started.

Go here if you want to wait in line. I dont think I have ever seen more than 2 registers open even when theres 6 plus people per line. You have a better chance going to grocery outlet, foodsco, Walmart, or Albertsons. Not going to go back

The very best in fresh meat!

Primarily I use the deli and sandwich area. Their sandwich bar is excellent! They have a great selection of choices in both freshly made sandwiches and deli foods. If your a soda pop junkie, they tend to have some of the best sales - five 12 packs for $2.59 each. The only caveat is that during rush times it can take a while for sandwiches to be made, deli to be filled, and then waiting in long check out lines. Secret is to go to check out at the coffee shop. Many times you can get through faster if you have limited items. Deli folk are super helpful and nice.

Is there any specials on Tuesday to find my old Facebook account. Is great just never its different now but they still have the Grand collection store. Employees all very helpful and friendly, I could not find a certain product and the employee I asked for help was not sure where it was located either. Even though she was going on her break she went out of her way to find a co worker who could help me. I love shopping at Vons 🙂

Vons is great. First time great store

Had exactly what I needed

Checkout is awful if you want to check out when the high school kids are there for lunch!! They were lined up in each of the 5 checkstands open and older folks had to wait in line way too long. They ought to have ONE checkstand open for them and make them WAIT IN LINE. Very poor service. I dont shop here too often anymore because of the poor service and high prices.

The freezer section must be under construction because there was an empty aisle. Prices are usually higher here than other stores. The lines werent as bad today as they usually are so that was nice

THIS AWESOME LOCATION HAS A STARBUCKS! Great store! They will actually offer to help you out with your cart, who does that anymore?

Have been shopping at this store for many years, mostly because of the staff. They were always so friendly and helpful. So glad they removed the cattle guards inside. Unfortunately with the new bag law, the service has declined, so they get 4 stars.

I use Vons Pharmacy and the ladies there are always very nice and very helpful.

The store employees are nice and helpful, however the Pharmacy employees are some of the rudest laziest people Ive ever seen in a business. There can be 10 people in line, 6 employees behind the counter, not one person will step forward and help the person at the register. The rest will laugh, talk and stand around, while people in line are waiting forever to get theyre prescriptions. Ill never go back to them for nothing!

I love the fab5 deals at VONS! In our town because we have an Albertsons as well as a VONS we get to save with very competitive prices on regular items at both stores. The Clearance Fresh Bakery items at VONS are great!

Vons pharmacy sucks. First they sent a text saying my prescription was ready and when I got there, they were just filling it. One of the pharmacy techs asked the person who was filling my prescription if she wanted to go on a break! So they put my prescription away it being a pain pill and all. So I thought that was rude because she knew I was waiting! When she got back, she started filling OTHER prescriptions and I said I was waiting and they were smart mouthing me and telling me I had to come back in 1 hour. I told her my car wasnt drive able and I gotten a ride. So I had to wait another 15 minutes! Im going to take my business elsewhere. Everytime I go into the Vons pharmacy, I get a run around from them and they are so rude,!
