Online and on the door said they close at 6pm. We got there at 530pm just to drop off a package that was already labeled and ready to go. When we got there the door was locked, there was an employee in the store at the time who looked up at us and then looked away and ignored us. Didnt even acknowledge us aside from the quick glance.

It’s very unfortunate that the new owner thinks it’s ok to chant “Fuck Joe Biden” on his Instagram account. Very unprofessional, this shows a lack of respect for the current President of The United States of America.

Very helpful, the lady that is the notary here is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and very professional. I wish Id gotten her name because Id say it here if I did. Very friendly, clean store, and enforces mask policy cordially and politely, which is very nice.

Very sad and disappointed in the person who attended me today, it was very unpleasant, he did not accept a return from Amazon because the box was dirty and he said that he could not accept it to take it to Santa Maria because there are no accepted dirty boxes. It was rude and very arrogant.

I have been a customer of this UPS store for a few years now. I prefer this store over the other one in Lompoc. They have the best customer service and have their shop is set up well, always adhering to safety measures during this current Covid pandemic.

What a confusing place. I had to print off a couple of word documents that I had saved to a thumb drive. The sign said self serve printing 10 cents a copy. I could not find where to plug the thumb drive in. The sign said ask for help, so I did. I told the clerk how many copies, I asked for two sided and stapled. Received Single sided, unstapled and more then 10 cents a copy.Was told I got a great deal. I Was then told that self served only works with pdf docs. Nice people, however I am not sure if I ever want to go back.

Best place in town, very professional. Help me with a return..I do not have a printer so they could scan my return from my phone. Ive had notary in the past with the same experience. Would give 10 stars. This is the place to go😆

Asked me $2 to print one page from my email. I find that unreasonable. Not the best customer service either. I probably wont use that place again.
