Had engine trouble while on 93 and took my first exit, ended up pulling into LBP Towing’s lot. I left a note apologizing for using the lot overnight. Mike (the owner) handled the logistics with AAA and was happy to help me get my car towed back to MA the next day.

I would like to extend my thanks to Mike and his impeccable service today while answering a towing call at my condo. Mike, your kind words certainly made a rough day much better.

I really used to like this place, however my recent experience has been less than ideal. I dropped my car off for an inspection appointment. I decided to walk the nearby trail while I waited for them to finish. However, apparently making an appointment means nothing because when I returned an hour and a half later, they hadn’t even started my inspection. I understand sometimes being delayed but I was not updated about this extreme delay at all and had to reschedule several of my own obligations because of this delay.The person in the shop who said “they hadn’t even touched it yet” an hour and a half after my appointment time was incredibly rude and unkind even though I had every right to expect my car was done or almost done.An inspection shouldn’t take over 2 hours. This is unacceptable. We’ve been going here for 7 years but we’ll not be returning.

This auto repair service was excellent! They were able to fit us in quickly in an urgent situation. They diagnosed and fixed our problem promptly and had fantastic customer service. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

I’ve been going to this business for years - mainly for car inspections, but have had some minor repair work done as well. Mike and Wayne have always been very professional and courteous. Great service performed by quality employees at reasonable prices; what’s not to like?

Straight forward and honest, then just to make sure they go way above your expectations.I brought my car in because it would not stay running they diagnosed it as the computer needed to be replaced. I was at 50K miles (the warranty was up to 30K) so I assumed I would be paying to have the module replaced. Instead they told me they were pretty sure that the computer was covered up to 60K. They called two area Toyota dealers to find out if this was the case (one never responded), found out it was covered and even towed my car down there for me using my AAA. They could have just done the work and I would not have known any better, or they could have told me to make the calls instead they went and took care of everything.

Fantastic, friendly and fast service. The gentleman Id spoken to about my car being towed albeit unwillingly by police was extremely courteous and very helpful. Wish I didnt have my car towed but I was glad that it was these people who got it for me.

I just had a great experience with my Mike. Great company, I will be doing business with them again. Thanks again!!

Great all around experience.

Beware of this business. They have very dishonest mechanics working for them (particurlary Mike) - he will fix your car and tell you he is putting new/practically new parts in, when in actuality, he is using old rusted parts. You will get home to discover your car is leaking all over your garage. When your car wont start right up as promised, they will go back on their word and not make the situation right. Because of this particular employee, this business lacks integrity and I would advise others to go elsewhere unless you want to get ripped off.

Only garage Ive used since moving to this area and will continue to use. Always got the job done and awesome that they have the trails right there so usually take the dog for a walk while they work on my vehicles.

Mikes a great guy to work with. And very honest.

My truck was broke down in Meredith and LBP was the only tow company AAA could find to come out and tow my truck backto Londonderry, considering the travel time Mike Z. had me home in a reasonable amount of time.

The guy ( even dont share hes name) was afoul charge much more that was told and say did not accept any credit or debit bank cards cash only did give us chance to use our triple AAA serviceRecommendation avoid that service if you dont like to make you day terrible
