I took my car in at 7 am this morning, granted I did not have an appointment since this was a slight emergency situation. It’s now 2:24 pm and my car still hasn’t been touched and may not be done today. I’m having the keyless panel replaced because it broke off in-two while I was driving on the 91 FWY last night. It popped off my door and split in half with wires hanging out. For a $193 part, I’m being quoted an estimate of over $500.I really feel taken advantage of and will NEVER return to this dealership.

This place is a scam. AVOID THEM. I had recently brought my SUV in after a minor collision, which caused damage to front bumper and fog light, because they are part of Mercury authorized repair shop. Caruso had destroyed my car in an effort to hike up fee for repair. They damaged my car fender, running bar, and plastic molding. Now my vehicle is a total lost. This place is a fraud. I will report them to BBB.

Took more than a month to fix my door and then I had to bring it back twice but they hooked me up with a nice rental.
