So my new year started off by a lady backing into my car . It worked out though because my insurance (progressive) covered everything. This place is amazing. I called in and gave them my claim number, told them i was dropping it off and it was simple as that. I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning right when they opened and it was done by Thursday afternoon. I couldnt be happier. The guy that helped me was so great, (i completely forgot his name sorry) he was helpful and got me in & out super fast. If you are looking to have work done on your car this is the place to go. If I ever need help again in the future I will definitely be coming back. Thanks you guys.

They did work on my car from a collision. That was fine, but i asked them to shoot some paint on an already primered area. They gave some weak excuse of why they couldnt do it. Just say no or say youre to lazy to do extra work next time. This is why people dont trust mechanics or body shops, they lie.

They did a fantastic job. They told me it should take about 10 days for the repair and that they would call me in a day or 2 to let me know excactly what was going on. They didnt end up calling me but to be honest, I work in a relatively similar industry and understand that if theyre not on the phone, theyre working on important stuff. So leave them alone and let them do their job. If you think they want your car to sit there a minute longer than it needs to, youre wrong. My car was ready on the exact day they said it would be and they also cleaned the inside amazingly. If given the choice, give these guys your business. Also, being inside the cool, historical building is a treat in an of itself.

I would not recommend this shop. They would not fix my car and I had full coverage insurance. My car smelled like smoke and I had extra mileage on my car. There was also another dent on my front hood that they had to fix. I report them to the Better Business Bureau and they will have a court date...

I was very pleased with the high quality of work. my vehicle looked like is came off the show room floor. The paint and repair was flawless. i would highly recommend COLLISION WORKS.

Huge shoutout to Collision works for the work they did on my Tesla. They are Tesla Cerrified and by the looks of their work, very well deserved.I came in with some damage on my bumper after i got rear-ended. I thought it was a minor scratch but once they opened it it was discovered that the frame and stuff was really damaged.They worked with my insurance on everything. They offered to call enterprise to get me picked up on the spot for my rental car. They dealt with the insurance for everything and I didnt have to worry about a thing.They kept me up to date with everything they were buying and set a date time for pick up right away. They delivered on their approximate completion time and got my car back in time for Thanksgiving.They even washed the car for me and topped it with windshield fluid, because i had none ha!, before returning it.The service was immaculate. Very friendly staff. They seem to hsve pretty dedicated staff and definitely recommend to anyone looking to get some repair work.

I had to come here to get the hood of my car fixed. They did a great job and I simply had to drop it off and come back a few hours later. The latch worked as good as new and I havent had a problem with the latch since then.

Front bumper/fender repairs were completed earlier than promised and look great! As a courtesy, they polished the headlamp covers and changed a burned out fog light bulb. Great work and great service!

I needed a place to get my car repaired. This was suggested by state farm. Reviews were good so i decided to give them a try. I was very impressed with service. Everyone was nice and Chris who checked my vehicle listened to my concerns. After having vehicle for one day they called and said i wouldnt get my suv back on day they estimated. They needed to order a part and i would have to wait til following week. I was very surprised when they called me and said vehicle was ready to be picked up on original day promised. They even washed my vehicle. Awesome job!!!!

Really helpful staff, especially Alan and the work done on my car was top-notch. I would really recommend anyone who is looking to get work done on their cars to give Collision Works a shot and you will not be disappointed. They even fixed issues that they were not obliged to fix and did not charge me/insurance for it. I am really happy after getting my car back in a much better shape. I recently had work done and Collison Works STILL offers exceptional service at fair prices. I needed my headlight bulb replaced. The Toyota dealer quoted me a minimum of $200, and Collision Works replaced it for next to nothing in 10 minutes. Ive been taking my car there for the last several years and they consistently perform great work with integrity. So rare now as most businesses only focus on a profit margin. Collision Works will always have my loyalty and I hope you give this establishment a try.

My insurance company sent me here to have repairs done. Work was excellent and car was ready on the date and time estimated.While I hope I wont ever have to return, Im glad they are around, and I would return for repairs here again.

Good customer service but you need to see what they will be repairing. Go item by item and verify. I looked at final invoice an year later and it said they had replaced this and that but that is a lie.

My sons 06 Nissan Frontier pickup was involved in a rear-end collision and looked pretty bad. This was amongst the places his insurance recommended so thats where it went to repair his front-end and were glad we did. The finished product was beautifully repaired to showroom condition, with better looking paint as well! It ran like a top too - like the collision had never happened. Very professional and no idle chatter w/anyone but the vehicle keyholder. Its worth the drive, downtime and every penny spent in repair/restoration.

They do amazing car repair work. I got my car back fairly quickly as well.

Window was broken into the night before. I was quoted $470 just to replace the passenger side window and about 1-2 days. The price was steep so I ended up shopping around and going down the street to International Auto Glass Window and Tint and they did it in about 2 hours for $150. My guess is they would bring the car there themselves and pocket the difference.

These guys do great work, I love walking into a shop, seeing a clean work space and tools put away. Ive taken everything from insurance work to my 67 classic car resto to Collision Works. Devin the shop manager is honest and knows his business. Vic the owner is also very pleasent!

It took 6 weeks, a ridiculous amount of time to fix our side door from an SUV backing up into us. They had issues communicating with the other parties insurance company regarding payment. No need to keep our vehicle hostage though, 6 weeks is a long time to be without a vehicle in Los Angeles! Extremely inconsiderate company! Will not come here again.
