FRED IS A HORRIBLE BUISNESS MAN! he refuse to speak to me when i was asking him questions re a client and he was so upset he hung up on me. Hes very rude I dont understand how any insurance company works with him.

Collision experts took great care of my car. Matt and Fred at the front desk were very friendly and reliable. They have fair prices and serviced my vehicle quickly. Highly recommend.

Brought my 2006 BMW 330Ci Convertible here for Repair. Insurance company said 30 days to fix it. It took 30 days just to get the parts. Total time 75 days. They worked on my car part time. Did an OK job. Didn’t clean the white compound residue from the Convertible roof and all over the rest of the car. They rubbed the paint off of the gas fill door. The passenger side (the side that was repaired) rear window doesn’t line up and now I have a lot of wind NOISE.Brought it back on Monday morning as directed for them to fix these few items. It’s now Tuesday afternoon and they haven’t touched it. Fred then tells me the window is fine and they aren’t going to fix it.Don’t bring your car here. He doesn’t care. Now I have to bring it to another shop to make it right.
