Amazing new ownership! Grace was persistent and helped me find the perfect Yakima rack and tracks Ive been in search of for months. It took her two days and got me an appointment right away.Alfredo (owner) and Luis were Pros. I was thinking about installing the rack myself, but after watching them precisely measure, drill, cut, and install, Im glad I did not. This place deserves all of the 5 star reviews it received and so much more!!!! My father has a custom Snug Top tonneau cover on his truck which he purchased 8 years ago. The snug top was manufactured in Long Beach but installed in Sacramento. About 3 years ago, he started having difficulty with the lock on the cover and, over time, paid several local (Sacramento) mechanics/dealerships to get it fixed. My dad spent hundreds of dollars and nothing they did fixed it. So, after reading all the positive reviews about this place, I decided to take it down to Discount Camper Shells in Long Beach to see if they can fix the problem. Im glad I did. Not only did they fix the problem quickly (within 15 minutes) but they didnt charge me for it, saying that they dont charge for adjustments on their products. I am so appreciative of them. I am a woman and my dad is a senior citizen. I cant begin to tell you how HARD it is to get good, honest service on our vehicles. The people at Discount Camper Shells knew that I wasnt a local (so was unlikely to give them repeat business) but still chose to go above and beyond with me anyways. Weve been driving around the vehicle for several months now and have experienced NO problems since their adjustment. I am so grateful for their honesty, superior workmanship, and kindness. PLEASE support honest businesses like this one.

Covid precautions in place. The guy that help me, name Alan was very knowledgeable with the products they sale. I bought a bed cover and it came in on Monday and he scheduled me for Tuesday and 2hours later I was out the door cover fully installed. I would recommend this shop for anything from running board to bike racks.

I don’t leave reviews very often but this is long overdue. This place is amazing. They’re helpful over the phone and have decent pricing. They’ve explained anything I’ve asked about and even gave me cap-nuts when I asked about where I can get some. Get your shell or rack here if you want someone who will make sure you’re satisfied. These guys are impressive professionals. I brought a camper shell that I bought used from someone else, and they were able to take it from janky to something Im proud and happy to have on my truck. The price was unbelievably good, and the service was genuinely above and beyond my expectations.

Worked with me to find exactly what I needed at the right price. Flexible in their appt dates even when I needed to change the day of they fit me in. Worked very fast and gave excellent customer service, going above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Camper shell looks great and they sprayed it out and dried it for me too.
