I made an appt for 5:30 pm when I got there the manager was very upset and told me that the last appt they accept for the day is 5pm. ( Posted hours say 7pm). He verbally disciplined the employee who booked the appt in front of me, it was highly inappropriate. BTW he was so angry I had to wait 2 hours, got my car back at 7 pm. The mechanics were very nice so sad that they work for such a horrible person.
I would like to extend a huge thank you to the Walmart Auto Care Center. The service I received definitely deserves more than five stars. Johnny was friendly, helpful, informative and professional. I am so very grateful for the customer service he and his team provided. They assured my car is ready for a long upcoming drive, thus ensuring my safety and my peace of mind. I highly recommend this center for professionalism and quality of service.
Bashiri helped me out in the aisle. Found out I had just been in to them for an oil change just a few weeks ago. I thought I needed my car topped off on oil before a road trip. He had me pull my car around and Kevin checked my car out and quickly made sure my car was topped off on everything my car needed. Thanks for the quick great service!
Super friendly guys! Came in for a flat tire check and they were super quick! Although I did not get an oil change, Robert topped off my fluids as occurred agency check as that is not something they normally do without an oil change. Robert also gave me a lesson on tire pressure which was much appreciated! Kevin also helped me update all of my personal information in my account as there is a confusion on my phone number. Come to find out there was five separate Walmart accounts and all of my information was mixed up so Kevin took the time to update each account. Thank you so much Kevin and Robert, I will be back!
Good prices but dont go when they open expecting to get out quickly. The way the scheduling system works they only have 1 or 2 people when they open. Theyre not allowed to start working until they have 3 guys so you might wait a couple hours until the 3rd person come in.
This place has the worst customer service. They gave me a time frame for a changed batter and not only ever called me back but when I asked them hours later what was going on with my car they said hung up after saying I don’t need to know. When I got there I talked to 2 staff members asking what happened and why was I never notified about if my car was finished or not. The first black man with shades on and his mask on his chin said he didn’t feel like talking or letting me purchase the service? Does that not sound like legal grounds to call the police because no one gave me information about my car? I talked to the big woman who initially registered my car and she finally let me purchase the battery after mumbling under her breathe. Like we all have bad work days but to have every employee just be rude for no reason makes no sense. The lack of professionalism. I should’ve known when I walked in and roaches were running around their desk. 0/10. Do not recommend.
First come first serve as far as oil changes go. I was first there and once they started my oil change it was done within 30 minutes or less. Good staff.

Absolute trash service. We needed one tire put on the rim, and not even installed on the vehicle and would not do it. We got here at 530pm and it says they close at 6pm. There was no line and no reason for them to not do their job. The only reason they get one star is because the gentleman at the front was very nice. It was the mechs who were the issue. The mech we tried to talk to refused to even look at us when we tried to ask. He just avoided eye contact an waved his finger in the air. Again trash service and not worth the effort in even thinking about coming here for auto service.
Called up to see if they had a battery in stock, they let it ring for around three minutes, then I heard them pick up the phone, and not a second later hang up without having said a word. Excellent service.Usually theyre helpful, but that was pretty sad.
Really an efficient, professional operation. Get it done and get it done cheap!
Been to a dozen Walmart Auto centers for 4 different cars over the past 15 years. This location was the fastest and most professional operation Ive seen. I will be coming here for oil changes and tires for the foreseeable future. Great job guys!
I never write reviews, but due to all the negative reviews I thought I would write about my experience. I admit, I was a little apprehensive about getting tires installed here due to the long list of negative, 1-star reviews; however, I planned accordingly and had a pretty good experience. I ordered some tires made for hybrid MPG gains online (saved about $65 on some Goodyear Assurance Fuel Max tires for my Prius). I decided to go when they opened around 7:30am and was promptly taken care of by friendly staff. The install lasted less than an hour and the tires are great. Moral of the story, plan accordingly if you want a good experience and be polite to customer service representatives. A positive attitude can go a long way.
I went there for a synthetic oil change at 530 PM on a weekday. They did an excellent job. I got the car back, vacuumed, smelling better than before with great quality oil and filter all within 20 mins at a very reasonable price, half of what pepboys offered me. Both employees I worked with, Johnny and a AA gentleman who I do not remember his name were extremely polite and helpful. Thank you guys. 100% recommended.
Came in today at 8am for lifetime balance and rotate. 5 cars ahead of me. I was told 1.5 hours to wait. Car was done on time. Great service
This facility is clean and the staff are friendly and nice and they are helpful. A couple of things I got disappointed, I originally requested an oil change and a tire rotation, when they hand me the work order there was a 20 dollars additional charge for fuel injectors service which I never did ask for it because my truck is brand new 2017 Colorado so I have them corrected it right away. The technicians who performed the oil change doesn’t have a clue where the oil filter located at my truck, they are trying to remove the engine cover which is absolutely not necessary and there’s a lot of components attached to the cover. I ask the supervisor if I can come in to point out to the technician where the oil filter located and I told them not to remove the engine cover and one of the technician insist that they have to remove it because the oil filter is on the other side, I got upset I point out where the filter at told them to put the cover bolts back in. My point is... it is just a simple oil change and looks like they are having a hard time. I stayed there for 3 hours and fifteen minutes that Was ridiculous! I will never comeback there!
Came in to get a oil change and just so happens I get a flat tire . I get two new tires, come out my house the next day to find my back tire flat. What kinda of Genius rotated a flat tire. Dont go here Walmart has the stupidest employees
I wanted a conventional oil change, but they refused because the oil cap recommended synthetic. Um, not required and not getting my business
Shawn or Shaun (cant remember spelling) was extremely careless, rude, and did NOT want to honor Wal-marts customer service package for customers. We are regular customers and just wanted a fluids check before a big road trip. First, he didnt even want to serve us. When his associate found our computer service record, Shaun said Ok, but after his subordinate lifted the hood of our vehicle, Shaun told him: Come over to this other bay where we have a paying customer. What?? Our regularl servicing at Wal-mart might need to change now if managers like Shaun cant honor the customer service package. My husband told them to just back our car out. On the freeway we discovered they hadnt even shut the hood. We had to pull over quickly to get it shut so didnt fly up and break our windshield. Extremely bad service manager Shaun. Thanks.
Super helpful staff, outstanding service. No appointments walk in only. Ive had my vehicles serviced here multiple times, very helpful and relatively quick.
1st visit: Came by to replace 4 tires. Sat around for hour and a half till they told me they could not get the tires off my wheels. Went a few blocks away to a tire shop and got the tires done in less than 20 minutes. The tire shop was confused why Walmart couldnt get them off and called them lazy.2nd time I visited: I came by to get my tires looked at because I purchased road hazard warranty and had a tire light on. I was told to wait in a corner. Half an hour later and waiting they asked has anyone helped you yet? All while 5 cars got serviced ahead of me. I just left. Poor management, inefficient and unmotivated team. I will never buy road hazard warranty from Walmart again.
Called this place for an oil change price. Just by the vibe they give over the phone its already the worst service ever. First great impression is always the best but this Walmart does not offer that. Worst service ever.
Oh man. I wish I would have looked at these reviews before my visit. But my tire was not safe and I chose to go here out of convience. It wasnt worth it though. Lesson learned. If you value your time and money, go somewhere else. Horrible customer service and either ignorant or mean technicians. What goes around comes around boys. Im so disappointed.
This is the 2nd time I went there, the 1st time was ok. The other day, Horrible horrible experience, went there for change oil, left my car & key, hoping itll be done sooner only to be informed that Walmart Lube ran out out of synthetic oil, that i have to buy my own synthetic oil & filter & will end up paying more. Told the staff not my problem if they didnt have enough stock, anyway, i just left fuming mad. Worst experience ever!!!
I would give it less then one star but that isnt possible.. the actual service they do isnt bad but the 45 minute to even a 1 hour wait just to get your car in line for service is a little ridiculous. Dont really like spending my whole day waiting for an oil change. And there is only one person working the counter and checking inventory for people. As you can see no one behind counter. Ive been waiting 35-40 min JUST TO PAY FOR MY CAR!!!

First off, I try to steer clear of the corporate fatty that is Walmart when I can, however I received 4 Goodyear tires as a gift through Walmart, so I had to go through them for free mounting and balancing.how to have a decent experience at this Walmart tire center location:1. Dont be in a hurry, even better if you have NOTHING planned all day.2. Go early. Tuesday and Wednesday around 11 is best.3. Have someone take you home or drive you somewhere else, for the wait. Theres a freakin movie theater in walking distance from there.4. Remember this is Walmart were talking about. Some of the lowest paid employees in the country. I bet the next time one of you one star reviewers are yelling at them theyll quit because it isnt worth dealing with your bullshit.My experience:After about 3k miles I got a nail in my front tire, and since I got the full coverage on my tires they repair and rotate tires for free. So I was obligated to return here. The first night I show up around 4pm ish on a Friday, and there was only 2 guys working in the shop and one on the register. The guy tells my itd be about a 2 and a half hour wait. Screw that, I left and went across the street to Americas tire, but the line was out the door. Decided to try Wally World again the next day.The next day I show up at Walmart at around noon, and the guy tells me itll be an hour and a half before they get to my car. I say okay, drop off my keys and my girl drives us home in her car. We hang out home for like 4 hours, drink a couple beers, etc. I come back with everything perfectly fixed and tires rotated, with a $0 total. Grabbed my keys and left. All the employees were very friendly and helpful, but theyre so rediculously understaffed that its hard to get anything done in a reasonable amount of time.
We been here waitting for 2 1/2 hrWhen we gave them the key to the car, they said it will take one hr.Its. Taking forever.They keep saying half hr and nothing.Dont come hereThey suck.Fyi. And when i got. My car 3 hrs afterI found it dirty.And i had juat washed it.
Had to wait one hour in line, on top of the 2 and a half hours for the oil change. All the clerks kept on disappearing and reappearing. There was multiple ports open to do the oil changes and they remained vacant throughout the duration of my wait. I have no idea why. Not to mention there was a lot of staff on hand. Get it together Walmart, at least take all the customers orders and then disappear.
DO NOT COME HERE. Was told an oil change would take 1.5 hrs. After returning 2 hrs later, the worker was very rude and got angry with me asking how much longer it would be and refused to give me an estimate. Finally, another worker told me it’d be ANOTHER 1.5 hrs after asking many times because I had things to do.In summary: slow, unprofessional, uncaring, and rude.
Dont you never ever go to this place the worst place in the world of tires👹👹👹👹👹 you will wait forever. OMG I give them 0 out of one million.

Website says Store is open at 6am on Sunday, no mention of tire store opening @ 7am .They finally got us in at 7:16..and yes, we were first in line..Update department hours on your website PLEASE !
