Sam at MBA Motors in Long Beach came highly recommended from a friend. He has taken his BMW in for service and I was looking for a mechanic in my area. I went in for a free estimate to his shop and I ended up choosing him to do my tune up and timing belts. The price was good and competitive. The BMW dealer wanted almost twice as much for the same work. So now I found someone local to service my 330i :)

I drive German cars - have been for over 20 years. Sam is the only mechanic here in Long Beach that I trust my cars with. I have 3 German cars that I own and I never go to the dealership. Why would you when you have a great mechanic that gets it and works for you. Its a no-brainer. Highly recommended shop for your German car.

Sam and MBA motors saved me $5000. After another highly reviewed shop in town said my 2011 BMW needed a whole new transmission, I took it t same for a second opinion. As it turns out, it just needed minor maintenance for a couple of hundred dollars. Ill never go to another shop in LA or Orange County. Id give Sam 7 stars.

I was one of Sams first customers when he opened his shop back in 2009. I still take my car here today. I used to go to my Mercedes dealer but I realized I was getting ripped off with those high prices theyre known for charging. MBA Motors is a great alternative if you want your car fixed by the same guys who work at the dealer. Its the same high quality work but at cheaper rates! Its a no brainer. Its a small and clean shop and the work gets done. What else could you ask for?!

Ive been driving around for about three weeks knowing that I need and oil change. I own a new Mercedes Metris van, and have been hesitant to take it to a Jiffy Lube type place. The fact that I knew I need to this service, but hadnt gotten it done was weighting on my psyche. So, I was thrilled to find MBA Motors while driving down PCH the other day. On am impulse I parked and walked in to inquire about the service. Sam was nice enough to drop what he was doing, to take care of me right away.He used premium Liqui-moly oil, which isnt cheap stuff, so I thought the price was reasonable, especially given the while-I-wait service. Knowing my van was new to me, and I was curious, Sam didnt mind letting me watch him work -- which might annoy someone else. He was very kind and professional.I dont live in Long Beach, but I would make a special trip to see Sam, in 10k miles, for my next service.
