The proprietor has an over the top good neighbor smile and you quickly realize that this guy is real. He truly wants to be that Bodega everyone around here loves. Prices are considerably better than 711 or whatever on every corner. This one stands out as he keeps it tidy and clean, unlike some of the generic shops that feature roaches with each bag.
