All the essentials with pharmacy and photo services. Its the best place to buy batteries. And they charge for the convenience but its nice if you dont mind burning a little cash in the process.

All the workers were nice, but the security guard followed my girlfriend and I around the entire store until we checked out. The fact that I was racially profiled for the entirety of a 5 minute trip is disgusting, and whats even worse is that he did in a store full of black and latino workers. Im never coming back and I suggest you dont either.

It takes over 40 minutes to just get through to the pharmacy to ask a question about your medication for updated or whatever business you need to get taken care of over the phone you can forget it here youll have to drive there in person. Even if you want to change turn on the pharmacy on the pharmacys t will not call oh, someother Pharmacies REFUSE to transfer me FROM WALGREENS BECAUSE THEY SAY ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THEM on pfGET THE INFORMATION THEY NEED TO BRING A PRESCRIPTION TO THEIR PHARMACY Y U fromii8/ Walgreens because they dont pick up the phone. and the pharmacist and other pharmacies for always have the time to call back six and seven times before they get through.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Majority of the people behind the counter are incorrect and inefficient when it comes to something as simple as picking up a prescription or providing prescription updates.

Walgreens allergy pills are underrated. It works better than the name brands one and it’s less expensive, non-drowsy, there’s a coupon for it.

After asking multiple employees for help, Kim was the only one who took me serious enough to actually help me look for whatever it was that I needed! Thanks kim, if only all the other employees could actually do their job. She’s the only reason I’m giving a 5 star.

First, this is not in the ghetto. Yes, it is in Downtown Long Beach right next to a couple transit stops, and it may not be the nicest part of town, but ghetto it is not.Second, the staff of the store are usually slow as hell, but all-in-all fairly nice. The pharmacy staff is pretty great though. Gave me an emergency supply when they couldnt get a hold of my doctor one weekend. It gets busy, but its not horrible.Third, if there is someone already at the drive-thru, do not wait behind them. It will take you forever to get what you want. Youre better off going inside. If there isnt someone already there, they usually have you in-and-out. I know, seems weird.

First of all it frighten just walking into the store the pan handler around the entrance !the pharmacy staff is off and on with there customer service skills .it appear that everyone is working very hard ! yes you do have a wait time last week I waited for a hour for two prescription. but it was the staff lunch hour note do not go between 12pm-2pm LOLother then this Walgreen . is the best here in Long Beach CA.

This store is convenient it has a lot of small sections of different everyday things. The downside is there security doesnt stop looking at you like you dont have money and are trying to steal something. I went in to go buy stuff for Christmas and she kept on observing me from a distance kept on checking up on me to see what I was going to buy. I ended buying something and she was still looking at me after I bought the items from the camera area like if I was going to put something in my bag before I leave. I have money !! Why would I steal I dont have time for that ! FYI a white security lady..

Customer service is needed in photo department this morning, felt like she cared less to help me out! My photos were supposed to be ready for pick up and they were not ready for pick up remind you i order online in ADVANCE!

If you order photos from here be prepared to wait forever to get some help. Never enough employees on staff (but the ones that are, are friendly and helpful)!

This is the most incompetent group of people Ive ever seen in my life. After waiting on a line for 30 minutes, they mixed up my medicines, left me standing in front as the man that was helping me walked away, and they took 5 other people after me. Its officially been one hour and I STILL Havent gotten my medicine, I now see it sitting at a different counter, and the man that was originally helping me still hasnt returned, so they forced me to get BACK IN LINE!!! Someone needs to fire all these idiots and get people who know how to do their job over here. Completely unbelievable and ridiculous.

I love stopping by here in the eves, so conveniently placed right on 6th st, as u cone off the fwy, corner w Long Beach Blvd. I always had a good experience here, its a pretty good size, well stacked, great for quick trips to get essentials. Right across from McDonalds, and CVS and El Super across the street, literally right next to the train station.They are open late, and the staff is always nice and helpful. They have a security guard!

Always a huge line, maybe 3 competent employees working there in total. The manager seems to think talking to the homeless and chatting with other employees doing nothing is more important than checking people out. Its a bummer as I have to frequent this dump, which if you ever walk thru the parking lot will find that it is just that, a dump. If you need something just go to CVS, at least you wont get stabbed or stand in line for 20 minutes. All this joint needs is new management and a broom, boom fixed!

The pharmacist at this store asked me if I take my ADHD medicine to get ahead in school, causing me to have a breakdown in the store. The stigma surrounding this medication stopped me from getting the help I needed for a long time. If the pharmacist knew anything about ADHD, he would know that it isn’t just poor attention, but also impulsivity, emotional deregulation, memory problems, and more that can severely impact an individual’s ability to have long-lasting relationships with other people.

My medication got stolen and my doctor is out of town, so another Dr wrote me a script. Walgreens refused to fill it even though I was going to pay out of pocket. Staff was rude about it, they kept saying that i already got it filled, and I cant get ahold of my Dr to authorize, I felt the paper script he wrote for me with notes about the theft would show his support. Anyway, I went to CVS and explained everything and they were happy to fill my prescription.

It was great. I like the store.

Worst customer service I have ever had at any Walgreens pharmacy. Made me wait an hour and a half to tell me that my prescription was not in stock. Now Im late and have a lingering sour taste for the Walgreens corporation. Good going. Next time check your stock before asking someone to return in one hour, and then they return only to stand in line for another half hour so you can tell them that you dont have their prescription. You just ruined my day. Thanks Lomg Beach Walgreens Pharmacy Staff!
