I inquired on behalf of my mother months ago and I was recently contacted by Alex to see if I would like to continue the application. He was there every step of the way and answered any questions I had. Always followed up the next day. My mother has an installation date set. Super Service with the respect and trust you dont get now a days from all these AI workers and people doing customer service jobs like they cant stand helping folks. This is one organization that I cannot recommend less. They are unresponsive, irresponsible and have mediocre service. I paid for internet service that suddenly got disconnected and they didn’t even give me a refund for the month. As bad as can be.

Today is may 20, 2020.They gave the chromebook, it wont work, they asked to to try different options, never worked, it wont work, because the Human IT is not the one I recommend.Worst ever customer service, I was on the text, they will only send text once ever 27 minutes, and you will have to wait another 27 minutes or longer, just to receive one single text, Its really a waste of time, without any assistance/technical support.

They were very friendly, and helpful, they quickly got me great affordable internet service

Alejandra (Alex) helped me to get onto the program and to get me a router and she was perfect in every way. I have been officially Disabled since 2005.
