I ordered P100 filters from this company thru Amazon, needed to cancel my order (not their fault) but they had already packed it up for shipping, called them directly and they caught it before my package before it went out; now I wont have to hassle with sending it back. I ordered a Maglite 3-D cell 168 lumen, 412 meter, 85 hour battery life. I was very impressed with the speed in which they shipped my order.I would buy from ITC again. Good people to do business with.

I ordered a set of Ideal coax strippers at the beginning of Feb. After ordering, I found out they didnt even have them in stock and wouldnt ship until a month later. After they were available, beginning of April, I spoke with Molly giving her my new card #, she said theyre ship the next day.I waited 5 business days and no delivery. I emailed her asking about my order... no response... waited another few days and emailed her again... no response. ITC had charged my card on April 3rd, I was going to file a claim with my card company against ITC for taking my money and not delivering anything.On the 15th of April I called again, finally spoke with someone. They said that shipping didnt get the memo to ship them.After my complaint, they finally shipped and I received on the 17th. It took 2 months to receive my tool, what is really frustrating is the lack of courtesy and customer service from Molly! I never got an apology, nor did I get any compensation for the major delay. I highly suggest going elsewhere for better customer service and a company that actually cares about you.
